Jim Marquette: Make no mistake about it - this is a smaller independent jewelry facility. But sometimes David is better than Goliath, and this one of those times. Boils down to that lost art of customer service that so many retail stores have tossed aside. At Madison it’s alive and well and that’s quite evident when you watch Jeremy take care of each and every customer that comes thru the front door regardless of their mission. And old retail “ism” states that anyone can walk thru your front door for any reason. The goal is to have them come back a second time. And that’s exactly what Madison has accomplished.

I was in a bind/time crunch for a work holiday party and needed 70 tumblers personalized w our company logo, and another company I was working with was terrible and screwed me over. I sent her our company logo and she customized it exactly, and let me choose from many fonts for the engraved names. And the best part is it’s etched into the tumbler unlike cricut that’s just a sticker. It looks so professional! Laura literally completed it in a week! Renee Haynes: I went to this store to get my fiancé’s finger sized… there is a doorbell on the door. I pressed the doorbell once, no one answered…. I was peering through the window and saw a young lady with a customer but two other gentleman just roaming behind the counter…. I waited about 45 seconds and rang it again….. still nothing….I waited another 30 seconds…. NOTHING AGAIN. Then I decided to press it three times because I thought maybe it was broken or something and she finally buzzed us in. Once we were inside the store everyone was staring, no one greeted us and they continued as if we were not there…. I immediately turned to my fiancé and said “oh no…this is not the store for us”. I was walking out and the door was locked, I said out loud.. “ can you let me out of here” and she opened the door still to this day not one person acknowledged our presence. Long story short if you are BLACK do not go to this jeweler!

Mrs. K Berry: Incredibly unprofessional location. I typically frequent the Briarwood location, but have recently moved and this is now the closet location to me. I’ve been to this location twice to get my jewelry cleaned and have waited over 15-20 minutes without an associate speaking to me to inquire about what brings me in, let alone to say hello. The branch manager of this location is either blissfully unaware of the poor customer service that is being received here or encourages it. Either way, 2 out of the 3 times I’ve come here I’ve walked across to Helzberg Diamonds to ask for assistance and was IMMEDIATELY assisted and I’m not even a Helzberg Diamonds customer. I’ve written this entire review while waiting to be spoken to. Take your money and business elsewhere.

Devin Cronk: So I had bought a 10kt matching bracelet and necklace and after getting the bracelet back from being fitted and realized there was a RL ON IT so I then check the necklace and sure enough it has it as well what it means is that it’s rolled gold and it’s the least almost thinist made. I spend $2,200 on this stuff as a sales person I would have informed the buyer about this I wouldn’t have had a problem blowing another $2,000-3,000 on actual real 14-24k gold instead of the bottom of the food chain gold Thanks you guys are so professional that I may never return to ur store. Me and my fiancé come there and mainly to this location but if I don’t get a response to this review I will absolutely never be coming back. I have bought promise rings necklaces (sliver and black ones) never gold before earrings and all spent a lot of money with this place to be disappointed this badly I’m curious to what a pawn shop or jewelry shore would even off for this low quality gold

Today an hour after the store was supposed to open they told me they were doing inventory and had no clue when they would be able to open. Imagine all the business they lose because they don’t do inventory before “store hours”

AM: When getting a repair make sure to check if you receive YOUR jewelry. Check for scratches, dents, discoloration etc. I received my jewelry damaged after it was supposed to be repaired. The quality of the repair was 100% poorly done.
