Jfkfk Djjd: Dumb lady at the counter can barely speak any English, cannot take an order correctly. Go to a different place for better experience and non-microwaved food. Edit: I gave this place a second chance on April 18, 2023. I ordered two chicken shawarmas. I come inside and there's a sign saying "All sandwiches with pop only $7". I get charged $14 for no pop with my sandwiches, I ask how much with drinks and she says $18... So i declined. I take my two sandwiches home, just to find out it has old banana peppers, some old lettuce, and a couple pieces of tomato in each. No pickles. I bite into the sandwiches, and they are probably the driest shawarma wraps I've ever had. Chicken is tough and dry, no sauce inside, and the veggies are just old unsold fill to make the sandwich look huge. Please, I urge you not to waste your time or money on this place as I mistakenly have. There are plenty of other Arab restaurants that are better. I'm a bangladeshi and i can make a better shawarma for crying out loud. Please, don't go, trust me.

David Graff: I was pretty pleased with the meal I had here. The food tasted good and was excellent a generous portion. Food was also priced reasonably. The service was good as well although it was a little slow at times. I also would have preferred if the food had a little more seasoning. That said, it was still good and I would definitely eat here again.

Janice Jones: Well, let me be the first to say if you are a state institution with tax exempt status (i.e., tax I'd number was present, etc) this place will not honor your P Card. They told us, "If you pay cash we can do something." The waitstaff was apologetic, the owner blew us (16 people) off. We were disappointed after spending almost $300 dollars. This is unfortunate because we thought this would be a great cultural experience for our staff. We won't return to this vendor.

They also charged us extra for water even though pitcher of water is free. They charged us 5.99 for a pitcher of water. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend this place if your thinking for a place to eat at.

Super delicious and isn’t outrageously priced. Everything is freshly made to order and trust me you can taste the love and dedication in every bite.The restaurant itself is super clean! I mean I could have sat on the floor to eat and not had a problem with it. I didn’t have to though because there were very comfortable booths. It is also decorated very well.This was well worth the drive from Waterford and we will definitely be back anytime I’m craving Mediterranean food. Plus the desserts are homemade and super flavorful too.
Anas Ramadan: The best arabuc food in the area. Quiet clean place, not fancy, but the food is really tasteful and flavorful. It is 10 times better than other well known restaurants in the area without stating names. No cheaping on ingredients or cutting corners.I am not a big fan eating out unless I have to, but this place I would trust to frequent and bring family and friends. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Sarah was so kind, and knowledgeable about the menu, I was able to ask her anything and she knew the answer right away. She even described different ways people make their rice bowl to help recommend what I should put in mine. It is a little expensive, but it’s understandable.

Vanessa Smith: I ordered here for the first time through Doordash. Four of the toppings (feta, hummus, white sauce, and fattoush dressing) were missing from my salad bowl. I had asked for an extra cup of white sauce with the order for an extra charge, and that was included. The salad was dry, although I could tell quality ingredients were used. The falafel in the salad was pretty tasty. The lentil soup was not the greatest. Pretty bland. I'd like to try again, but next time, I'll go myself to be sure everything I requested is added.

Matthew Olds: I’m 45, I’ve been in customer service since my first job when I was 12. I have to say that this is some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen at 12 and Hoover at the Peter way in Warren. Sarah is wonderful. I hope whoever owns this place recognizes this and recognizes her verbally financially whatever. You’ve got a great team here and I can’t believe it isn’t packed every day. Great place if anyone read this, this is just a general guy who lives in the area who highly suggests. Thanks!!!!

Jazzmin Finney: They literally gave me all the same sandwiches and charge me different prices for each, didn’t want to replace my sandwiches unless I sent them photos from my phone. That wasn’t the issue, the real issue is I had to keep the sandwiches on hand until I came back that way to get my order replaced because I was not coming back the same day. Who wants to ride around in the car with garlic sandwiches? Then, she also stated there are signs all around the lobby that says Check your order before you leave because they’re not responsible. How the hell am I supposed to check 5 sandwiches from the inside? How am I going to explain to my family and friends I was digging in there sandwiches because Kabob House are robbers. They do this solely for money, they don’t care about their customers.

Crystal Jankiewicz: The food here was always good… when it’s right. Sadly, I wont be patronizing this restaurant any longer. The last three times I was here what I recieved was not what i’d ordered. Once they replaced my sandwich with a different one because they were out of something without checking with or informing me at all. I live in Detroit and coming back right away isn’t always an option. They are rude over the phone (I’ve been hung up on when I’d call to try to fix a mistake) and not at all helpful with refunds or fixing their own errors. My advice, if you order carry out, please make sure you check that everything is correct and there before you leave.
