Lisa Coulter: This place is so unprofessional, especially DAVE at the Warren location. Bought a 34 inch commercial gravely with a loaner program. Paid it off in 3 months. Started having issues with it and they NEVER had a loaner at that size for me. Everything was my fault even though the part that was broken was defective on that size mowers. One of the service techs at the shelby location told me that. They have ZERO honor, especially Dave. The turn around time to get anything fixed is about 3 weeks if not longer. I would recommend Weingartz for all commercial needs.

Ruby: Had a Honda lawn mower in for 2 weeks when I was quoted 7-12 days only, not a big deal. I had payed for a repair on my mower, and the lawn mower maintenance. I can easily tell some of the stuff wasn’t done. No new air filter because it’s still clearly the old one I had before I sent it in. The RPM was also supposed to be adjusted to the factory spec RPM. The mower runs very slow In my opinion, and almost shuts off completely when blade is engaged. I gave them a call to talk to the gentlemen that gave me my mower back, the lady sounded very annoyed, and said he would call me back when he finishes with the customer, and I never got a call back. at least they did the repair I guess but the other concern of the RPM wasn’t addressed which kinda defeats the purpose of wasting my time bringing it for MAINTENANCE.

Darryl & Sheri Brownbey: Went to get snowblower ready for winter, they told me it couldn’t be so buy a new one. Well, took snowblower put it on curb and a guy down the street grabbed it which he work’s at Ryan shop on 9 mile and Ryan. He fixed the snowblower with carburetor and tune up run’s like new and see him using it every year . They are rip off artists and very rude to customers unless they know you. So basically a lot of people giving them 4 and 5 stars are lying and not honest at all and maybe even related to the worker’s . They charge over $100 for a tuneup and the board read’s something different. The price change every year before this Covid-19 and the board has the same price. That’s deep. They lie and say they called but they don’t call wow.

He was able to get through to them. He had our snowblower fixed within a week. Howard's Outdoor Power Equipment was the only place I could find to fix our powersmart snowblower. The staff is really friendly and courteous. They helped us unload and load the snowblower onto our truck. If you need a repair for your outdoor equipment I suggest you go to Howard's Outdoor Power Equipment to get it fixed. Thank you for repairing our snowblower. Y'all are awesome!

Dan Hanczaruk: Great shop for minibike builds, parts, and accessories. Jeff and John have been really helpful getting me everything ive needed. Although I haven't had any repairs done, I'm sure their work quality is just as great as they have been with my parts & customer service. Anything I've ordered has came in with 1-2days. They have had alot of high performance parts in stock that majority of stores don't carry or are special order only. Great guys, very helpful, great stock on parts.

I brought my snow blower in that was not working on the 11/17/22 roughly about 1.30pm and they called me back on 11/18/22 about 12:30pm and told me my snowblower is ready for pickup. It runs great!!! Cindy Barrington: Spoke to John today :) was looking for a part for my Craftsman Snowblower - I'm way up north in Grande Prairie, Alberta Canada and was told that they showed 2 of the "no longer available" part in stock by another part supplier - gave him the part number I needed, and was advised that he doesn't ship parts - I explained my dilemma, and although he couldn't help - as the part truly is hard to find - he did suggest another part by another manufacturer that should work - I appreciate his going out of his way to give me the information needed!

K P: I called May 10 219 to order an item. I gave them my cc info and was told the item will be in in 3 business days. I called a week later after multiple attempts of calling and finally talked to someone who told me it was not in yet. I called back that Monday. Once again multiple attempts of calling before I talked to someone who told me she would look into it and call me back. Still waiting for the call. I then called the manufacturer of the item who went above and beyond and they contacted the supplier. The supplier never received the order from pro mower. I have now wasted almost 3 weeks waiting for what I thought was a good company to deal with. I will not be doing business with them ever again. I’d cancel my order but it was never placed what a joke.

Jack Daniel: Brought my truck in to get the plow repaired. They tried to pull some slick bs about needing a $1000 wiring harnesses. I look them up on my phone real quick and what do I find the Repair ends for $120. Total cons here and when I called him out on it mechanic tells me thats a bs repair and he hopes my truck catches on fire. Well three snows later $880 in my pocket still and no fire. True scum bags at this place.

Brian Allor: Crooks, with pathetic customer service!I spent ten's of thousands of dollars with Pro Mower and then they blatantly attempt to steal $1000+ from me!A few years ago I purchased a few zero turn lawn mowers from Pro Mower, which was mistake # 1. These machines were consistently in for repairs over the 2 years while I owned them. All I ever hear was excuses from the owner Mike as to why they were always breaking...even had one machine catch on fire because of poor electrical repairs made by this sub-par company.At the time of my company purchasing these 2 machines, Mike, being the slick salesman that he is, sells me on keeping one of his "tool cabinets" here at my shop. The sales tactic behind this "tool cabinet" was that he would keep the cabinet stocked with all necessary parts and maintenance supplies needed to keep my 2 new machines running correctly. He assured me that he would stock this cabinet with all necessary items twice a month. All of this "great" service was offered to me if I placed a "deposit" down on the cabinet.Of course after Mike took my deposit, he showed up ONE time in 2 years to "stock" this cabinet. A far cry from the 2x per month that was promised!The last straw for me, was when I brought a machine in for service/repairs. I was quoted a price of $1800 for repairs, which I agreed too. A few days later I received a call saying they made a mistake and it would be an additional $900 to complete the repairs!Upon receiving the machine back, I looked over the supposed "repairs" that were made for the additional $900. I could not see ANY evidence that the repairs were made. I attempted to contact the owner Mike numerous times on numerous different days...every time being told "he isn't here right now, I can take a message".It has been about 5 months and I have yet to receive a call back from Mike or Pro Mower!BUYER BEWARE! SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES, AND HORRIBLE SERVICEIf you need sales or service in the metro Detroit area, go to Weingartz Lawn and Snow

AtlGirl R: The guy who answers the phone is not to good with wanting new business. I called last week and asked if he serviced pressure washer pumps and he said yes. I asked how much to change out the oil in one and he said "I don't know ma'am it depends how much oil it takes" (his voice sounded as if he was irritated with answering me). I then verified with him that he closes at 5 as it says on here and he said no, he closes at 4. Due to him not having a price I looked up how much oil residential pressure washers take and it says from 2 to 5.5fl ozs. Then I looked up how much the non-detergent oil is for pressure washers and for 16 fl ozs its 6.50. Now come on. Who cares how much it takes when the oil is so cheap. Lost a new customer as I youtubed how to change the oil and its very simple. Could of just gave me a price of 25/30 bucks and he would have had a repeat customer but now seeing how simple it is I'll buy 16fl ozs of oil which will last me a few oil changes and do it myself.

Everything we’ve bought from this store gave us problems within 90 days and the one guy don’t make you feel like your welcomed.

I wouldn’t even consider leaving my equipment here for repairs as the do engine work outside next to the dumpster. Just look behind the fence before you go in and I’ll bet you will go anywhere else. Simply pathetic.

Chester Zuziak: DON’T TRUST THIS PLACE!!!!! CAUTION.Brought my perfectly running chainsaw in to have the throttle lever fixed or replaced. They had the saw for six weeks and finally called and said parts not available. I picked my saw up and as the older man handed me the saw he showed me how the engine was seized.Shocked, I explained to him that the saw ran perfectly and never had issues with the engine performance or any seizure problems but was here to have the throttle repaired.Bait and switch here. They took my engine snd replaced it with a seized engine from another machine.Beware of this shops practices, very sloppy,disorganized and no communication as to the status of repairs over a very long period of time.Stick to Weingartz or Bouriler’s and Sons for honest quality work you can trust.

Tim Tuohey: Great place for repairs or used mowers and parts. Mike is the new owner. They also sell Amsoil poroducts. Their only 2 stroke mix is Amsoil Saber....3 sizes. Plus gas stabilizer, small engine oil, bar & chain, quick shot, and hydrostatic trans fluid.
Gretchen White: I can’t praise this shop enough! I had a problem with my mower and Mike not only fixed the problem (a belt needed to be replaced), but also sharpened the blade, changed the air filter, and helped get my clippings bag back in shape. He saved me a second trip back to pick the mower up and another eventual trip for a tune up at the end of the season. All for a very, very, reasonable price. It’s so nice to know there are still really good small businesses that know the meaning of customer service. Thank you so much!

Chris Hallman: I was looking through these reviews and Google you have to start validating these reviews. So many people saying they got hung up on and I know Wolverine would never do that!! During peak growing season they have 100+ personal mowers and 75+ commercial mowers. People say I'll update my comment when I know more but they never do. Wolverine is the best service shop within 30 mile radius with some amazing mechanics who work late every night during busy lawn seasons and snowfall. All other companies are the same. They can't diagnose your equipment over the phone so you have to bring it in. FYI you get what you pay for too!! Want to cut corners find someone who says I can do it for half the price and I guarantee the next day you will delete your review and stop in to Wolverine for them to fix the mess the cheap guy left for you!!!

They could have just told me to go buy one (insert a ton of places) but they said come on down and we will sell you one ( they do not sell them and they're not going to profit off this sale) Thank you for making my hectic day that much easier, I appreciate it and since I own over 20 pieces of equipment with small engines that small act of great customer service just earned all of my business from here on out. (which is rare now days, I have been to a few in the area who just have bad attitudes once you walk in the door ) just earned all of my business from here on out. THANKS GUYS !!

Vilda Olsen: I drove my riding lawn mower the 4 blocks to Wolverine crossing Harper Avenue. When they opened at 9 o'clock in the morning. I had a leak in my front tire. They fixed both tires! While I waited, I went across the street,had a great breakfast at Sunnydale's restaurant. I came back paid them only $70 for a wonderful job... I rode my riding lawn mower back home. I appreciate Wolverine's service... very very much.

Jacob Cavanaugh: Not a good experience at all. I had a generator that I needed a repair on. I was recommended by the generator company to bring it here. When I called originally it was going to voicemail saying they would be close from August 30th to September 7th, great no problem. I waited until September 7th and showed up 10 min be for opening time. Opening time came about and no one was showing up to open the business. So I tried calling again to double check the message and it said September 7th they would be back. I wait 30 min passed opening time. I tried calling once more and they had changed the message saying they would be out until the following Monday September 12th. I drove an hour to make it to this shop and waited an additional 30min for no on to show. What a waste of time! They can't update there message at lease the day before? All in all this company wasted 2 1/2 hours of my time due to poor management. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
