HVAC Technician: I went to go pick up my $850 order from the warehouse on Dequindre and waited a half hour just for them to bring out my kayak while I watched the employees just sitting outside and chatting. Then the girl went inside and came out with my blue kayak that she was originally bringing down on her forklift then changed her mind and decided to drag it all the way down the cement ramp. I inspected the kayak and found the part that was dragging was severely scratched up because of her carelessness and my only options were to either refuse or take the delivery.
Nicole Wheeler: Contractors don’t do the jobs they are hired to do and try to charge extra money for miscellaneous parts. We had 2 separate contractors come out and wanted to charge over $100 for parts, then the 2nd contractor that came out tried charging $75 for another completely different part. Seemed very sketchy and immediately raised red flags. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!! Very rude and unprofessional!!

Kathy Anderson: I received a computer generated message stating my delivery would be the next day and i would receive a call with a time window. I received a text message stating I would get a text with updates. I did not receives a phone call with the time window. The next day I waited for the delivery, finally I called the help number I was transferred to a line that was never answered. Several tries. I was transferred the wrong state for delivery which was the first time I made any headway. They gave me the correct number for home delivery in my state. I finally made contact with home delivery and found out my delivery was not coming and would be several days before I received by delivery. It is a very poor system. They lady that finally helped me and I was pleased with her assistance.
Sara Moore: Positive:Professionalism,PunctualityMy delivery window was 9-12 and I was told I'd get 30 min notice. At 10:30 I got the text that they were coming, and they arrived right around 11. The two gentlemen were very professional and polite. Couldn't have gone more smoothly!
Jarlisha M: Was supposed to get a mattress set delivered today (7/3/2020) between the hours of 3pm and 7pm. Checked the tracking at 4 and noticed that they put in the system that they didn't deliver my merchandise because I wasn't home. IT WAS A COMPLETE LIE!! My husband and I sat at home all day with the blinds open waiting for them to arrive and no one ever came! I also never received the phone call that you're supposed to receive 30 minutes before they make your delivery. I'm completely unsatisfied!! The customer service reps are complete jokes with no real knowledge of how to handle the situation. Talking to them was pointless! Now, with no mattress to sleep on, I have to wait until sometime next week to get my merchandise!! I'm pissed😡😡

Sarah Cook: I was recently on the phone with one of their company drivers that is down in Laredo TX and the older gentleman that was at the desk immediately started verbally attacking the driver. The driver asked a specific question due to maintenance and the guy blew up on him. I’m not giving specifics myself on here but if anything were to go wrong it would be because of the guy at the property. He jumped all over the driver. Horrible, horrible service. I would never recommend this company to no one and stay clear of Laredo Tx especially

Whitney Danielle: Some of your drivers need to get reeducated on the rules of the road. I was driving on M-40 NB near Hamilton MI when one of your drivers sped up to 70 mph in a 55 in an attempt to pass me just as the passing lane was ended. The lane was ending so I had to get over, so your driver decided to tailgate me into town. I pulled into a left turn lane in an attempt to get vehicle information. You should not tolerate aggressive driving.

NTA Limited: We loaded a load these people on 8/11 delivered next morning in GA. We had an 4 hours unloading. I reported it on 8/12 last reply from this company was 8/12 @ 10:12 am and this person has not return a single email ever since this day. Today is 8/29. Do not haul these people if you have any hope of getting detention.

TE WA: So my experience here is actually good. I'm still here and looking to put another truck in. My relationship with UACL has been great. Communication is key. Being professional is key. They have shown me that they are capable of both. Jerry's my guy. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm good. Very kind person. Debbie works payroll and works with drivers and is willing to help you understand if you have any confusion or doubt. She is really good at clarifying what you need to do in order to be paid on time and right. Just dont blow your top. She's there to help. Brandon's straight to the point "What can I do for you?" Brandon I need A-Z. "Boom bam bodda bingo boom.... pow. All set." All business. Those are the main people I speak to on a regular. I forget names too but the whole squad is ready to assist. They really answer the phones everytime I call. That in itself is priceless. No slacking all action. If you come to work they got your back. If you mess up somewhere communicate. And dont break trust by lying. It doesn't do you or the company any good.

I already paid the carrier for this freight UNIVERSAL DECIDE TO creates their own rate confirmation and demands payment for the freight. I didn't pay Universal so the report my company to Ansonia CREDIT. Ansonia credit didn't call to verify they report my company for not paying universal for over a year. I've BOL that they double broke my freight and will attached.

Phillip Baringer: I have a video I'm going to share with the company and probably the police on the driver of trailer 2010 on the evening of Friday 8.26.22 passing me at around 85 mph in the fast lane on US 23 North around Hill Rd. while I show my speed in the slow lane at 77 mph!! Whoever they are, they're putting people's lives at risk and I'm not gonna tolerate it, especially when I was driving with my family. They should lose their job and their Class A license for that. No excuses.

Josie Atako: I do not recommend working for this company. The drivers work in teams but do not understand the meaning of teamwork. Everything you do gets reported back to the owner, and not always accurately. You would think a team leader would offer guidance if he felt you were not doing something correctly, like a leader should. Not with this company. If you dont "fit in" with the rest of your team they'll work together to get you terminated. The owner's management and business skills are marginal at best. He can be difficult to contact and only listens to the drivers he chooses to listen to. The pay is good but not worth the trouble if you're working with people you cannot trust and who speak negatively about you behind your back yet smile in your face. Finally, if you do get on with this company travel very lightly. First, you might be truck hopping for a bit. Second, if you're terminated the owner will put you out of the truck wherever you are, and you'll have to figure out a way home. He will reimburse you for the cost, though.

ron grimm: One of the drivers for this company hit one of our trucks, then proceeded to flee the scene. We got you on camera, i can not get in touch with anyone at this company. Not sure how their drivers get in touch with dispatch the phone just rings and rings and rings and rings............. If you see this I strongly encourage you to contact me here with a reply the state police have our video and are looking for your driver.
