Sarah Cook: I was recently on the phone with one of their company drivers that is down in Laredo TX and the older gentleman that was at the desk immediately started verbally attacking the driver. The driver asked a specific question due to maintenance and the guy blew up on him. I’m not giving specifics myself on here but if anything were to go wrong it would be because of the guy at the property. He jumped all over the driver. Horrible, horrible service. I would never recommend this company to no one and stay clear of Laredo Tx especially

Kaitlynn Shelton: Would give 0 stars if I could. One of their drivers put my life in danger on the freeway, ON PURPOSE. Swerved in front of my car because he didn’t want me to merge in front of him. Called the company and left a message and when I was called back, the man asked me if I think the road in front of his truck is “mine to use”, and was very rude. Last I checked, semi trucks are not police officers or traffic control. Road rage is illegal. You can’t put people’s lives in danger because you have road rage. Reckless driving is illegal. Merging at 15 mph on the freeway because there’s construction is not illegal. Do better.

Steven Thompson: I live not to far from their office I see their drivers often. I’m a Feild Service tech I’m on the road a lot also I was raised by a Teamster. Taught how to drive my whole life. Unfortunately their drivers are on purpose AHoles. I get regular drivers can get on their nerves just like they do to me. But not everyone is everyone. Have a good feeling I’m gonna serve one very soon. Not hard to be professional. Driving a truck is what you do F’n do it!!

Kimberly Goodman: My late husband started working for the company back in April 2000 and he stopped in May 2014 when we discovered he had cancer. Jim Burg and the whole company did whatever they could for us. Had my husband worked for another trucking company as soon as he could no longer work that would have been it they would have lost our telephone number but not Jim and Steve. I actually knew Jim and Steve for longer than my husband and when he was looking for a new job I called Steve to see if they were hiring because that was how much I LOVED their company. In the position I worked in at a steel warehouse if I could have given JBTC every load I would have and I would not have even given any loads to our own company trucks that's how reliable JBTC is. When our son grows up he either wants to be a driver like his Dad or a mechanic and work on big rigs. He wants his career to be at JBTC.

Lynisha Somerville: If i could give no star I absolutely would. I called this company to provide a service for me and the receptionist had no clue of what I was talking about. She told me they don't accept solicitation calls, which I was not calling to solicit but looking for a flatbed carrier to handle my shipments in Warren MI. Had I talked to someone in operations they would have known exactly what i needed and possibly could have helped.

Eric Lockard: Have worked with this company for 3 years first of all the name on the truck is TEAM JBTC because we all work as a team. The owner Jim goes out of his way to make sure the drivers are taken care of and happy, the benefits are without a doubt the best in the industry and they are paid for. When you speak with him you will see his determination and it will convince you to work harder, the earning potential is strictly on you, I have found my job I will retire at and know that it can and will happen. The generosity of Jim is above and beyond any Owner and company I have worked for, and just a way he shows his appreciation. And in this business appreciation can be hard to find. I have and will continue to refer drivers to this company, no other company and owner like it in the industry.

Whitney Danielle: Some of your drivers need to get reeducated on the rules of the road. I was driving on M-40 NB near Hamilton MI when one of your drivers sped up to 70 mph in a 55 in an attempt to pass me just as the passing lane was ended. The lane was ending so I had to get over, so your driver decided to tailgate me into town. I pulled into a left turn lane in an attempt to get vehicle information. You should not tolerate aggressive driving.

NTA Limited: We loaded a load these people on 8/11 delivered next morning in GA. We had an 4 hours unloading. I reported it on 8/12 last reply from this company was 8/12 @ 10:12 am and this person has not return a single email ever since this day. Today is 8/29. Do not haul these people if you have any hope of getting detention.

TE WA: So my experience here is actually good. I'm still here and looking to put another truck in. My relationship with UACL has been great. Communication is key. Being professional is key. They have shown me that they are capable of both. Jerry's my guy. He goes above and beyond to make sure I'm good. Very kind person. Debbie works payroll and works with drivers and is willing to help you understand if you have any confusion or doubt. She is really good at clarifying what you need to do in order to be paid on time and right. Just dont blow your top. She's there to help. Brandon's straight to the point "What can I do for you?" Brandon I need A-Z. "Boom bam bodda bingo boom.... pow. All set." All business. Those are the main people I speak to on a regular. I forget names too but the whole squad is ready to assist. They really answer the phones everytime I call. That in itself is priceless. No slacking all action. If you come to work they got your back. If you mess up somewhere communicate. And dont break trust by lying. It doesn't do you or the company any good.

I already paid the carrier for this freight UNIVERSAL DECIDE TO creates their own rate confirmation and demands payment for the freight. I didn't pay Universal so the report my company to Ansonia CREDIT. Ansonia credit didn't call to verify they report my company for not paying universal for over a year. I've BOL that they double broke my freight and will attached.
