In 1 minuteThe manager again from a 10 feet awayshe said loudly with high Loudly voice to Fayroz(take care of customer)I looked at herI said to my self that is very unprofessionalI am standing here came to buy merchandiseI am a customer hereI drove to macy's to purchase Estee lauder product on sale AT THE SAME MOMENTThere was a black lady standing next to meFayroz was helping her earlierThe black lady said to meFayroz could help me for purchase andThe black ladysaid to me and to Fayroz what's wrong with Estee lauder manager raising her voice for no reason. She said that's very wrongAnd It felt like been treated like kids school.It was very disrespectful and shocking moment to me and to the black girl next to me of manager action plus the statement this isVery unprofessional and rudeVery disrespectful to clientsI felt like a child in the front of a teacherBy the wayI am 70 years of ageAndI am Businessman owner of investment company in Oakland CountySo a i walked awayWithout purchasing anything.I recommendFayroz to my family and friends to purchase from herShe is helpful ,friendly and talented woman.

Ryan Huggins: I'll be the first to say that I am not someone who buys clothes in-person. Like, ever. So going here in person was an experience I was not prepared for, and I'm not sure if this lack of knowledge just made a good experience bad or if the store is just confusing in general.There was an impressive selection of products, from various brands. Lots of different budget options, too. But the clothes are all over the place, and I found it difficult to find exactly what I was looking for. Sure, brands were labeled, but to see exactly what products are, you need to walk right up to them to properly identify them (again, I'm not suited to this environment, so if this is not an actual problem that people have, then ignore me, please). The clothes blended into each other, making it difficult to determine if what I'm seeing in the distance is a sweater that I'm looking for or if it's just a cardigan or a long-sleeved shirt.The selection was big, but at least for me, it was difficult to find what I was looking for, so it just gets an "okay" from me.
