I have worked in customer service for 10+ years and never thought to speak to my customers the way I was spoken to today. They closed at 6 not even 4 minutes after I had multiple employees come out to rudely rush me out the store. The sad part about it was I was putting my mess back before leaving, I should’ve been rude like others and left a stack of shoes out.

Only 30 days and they won't even give an exchange for the unworn, unused with tags, for different size of the exact same item even with a receipt. This used to be one of my favorite stores, but I won't be coming back and will be warning my friends. Even TJ Maxx, homegoods, Target, Macy's don't have stringent policies like this. Waste of over $100

Fatima merza: I had a very good experience at Aseal’s Hijab store, and I will definitely go back again. The lady who works there her name is Hanan, she is literally an amazing person. Hanan was very helpful and nice, she welcomed me and helped me with getting what I was looking for. I would really recommend this place if you’re looking for hijabs because the store is very clean and organized, and the customer service they have is literally 100/10. Appreciate you hanan!♥️

Janiyah Evans: If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I purchased my daughter’s prom dress from Jonny Mari’s on March 5th. When my daughter tried the dress on I asked if the dress was available 1 size bigger. The owner, Johnny insisted that the dress was fine and that he had a lady who could alter any dress to fit perfectly. Because my daughter absolutely loved the dress, I went ahead and purchased it. Johnny provided the contact information for a lady named Libby to schedule an appointment to come back to the store for her to begin alterations. Libby promised my daughter’s dress would be ready on April 1st. She gave me a price of 150.00 which I paid that day and we left the store. However when we spoke a few days prior to April 1st, she informed me that the dress was not ready and to come the week after. On April 8th, she told me that she had taken her measurements incorrectly and needed her to come in and redo them. The following week she stated that she had all this additional work to do and that she didn’t realize how big of a job it was blah blah blah. Fast forward to May 5th. Libby added additional fabric to the back of the dress because remember the dress was too small to began with. But the extra fabric was creating a bulge on the back of her dress. I pointed this area out to Libby and she said I can tack it down right here. I allowed Libby to do it although I already had an idea of what that might’ve looked like and I was correct. It looked like a tacky rush job. The fabric that she attempted to tack down was all bunched together and looked a complete mess. She asked me was everything okay and I replied. No looks at this. She goes on to tell me, that’s because there is too much fabric there and she would have to open it up and cut the fabric off and that she had already did a lot of work that she didn’t charge me for. Excuse me ma’am; You’re the expert in this situation. If you did not properly analyze the dress before spitting out a price; that falls on you, not me. But what you’re not about to do, is give us a botched up prom dress and send us on our way. That is poor quality, poor customer service and just bad business altogether.

JeDonna, the fabulous owner, personally reached out to me, had me send her a picture, and in just a few days, I had an appointment at the shop. I was able to try on a gorgeous selection dresses, all of which fit (no feeling deflated and self conscious in the fitting room) and were flattering on me. JeDonna has an incredible talent for knowing what will work for your body type and complexion. She also is one of the kindest, warmest, and most positive people I have ever met. As soon as I walked in, I felt welcome and comfortable! Just being in the shop was an enjoyable and uplifting experience, and sharing conversation with JeDonna and her daughter was an added bonus. I left with not one, but two beautiful dresses that day, and I can't wait for the shop (which is so beautiful,clean and stocked full of gorgeous options!) to open back up for browsing post Covid!
