Brittany Hall: PARKING SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! My sister parked for 2 minutes to help me move and a tow truck snuck up and took her car. by the time we called to report it stolen The tow company was calling to report it towed and when we checked her find her car app they were 3 minutes away. The tow paperwork was presigned by a manager on leave and said she was parked there for 2 days so I ask management why they can park there for a few minutes and, per Nicolette in management, they(employee s and management) don't have to follow the rules....ok....so management and employees don't have follow the rules but the community members do? Very interesting and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in my home knowing y'all can just do whatever with no repercussions.EDIT: The rules apply to everyone yet we can't park on the grass but employees can? Funny doesn't look like everyone is following the rules....

Sharon Cain: The management at this place is terrible. They are very rude hanging up on people and just nasty and poor customer service. My daughter tried getting in there and they strung her along, even went so far as taking her deposit, now they have a problem giving it back. I would ot recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.

lilbrowngirl withlocs: My aunt lives here. Anytime I visit her the environment seems fine and always quiet. I remember hearing about a fire in that area on the news. My aunt rarely answers the phone so I called the leasing office to see if anyone there knew about the fire and if anyone heard from her and the lady indeed knew my aunt and said that she spoke with her recently and said that the fire was at another property. I really felt relieved and thankful. I can't remember her name it's been a while but she was really pleasant.

Jennifer Cioarca: My brother lives here because the lot rent is within his budget. We purchased a cheap trailer off of Cass (previous owner) we gutted most of it for my brother. We did have a few problems with Cass at the start. He didn't want us disposing of the stuff being removed from the trailer during the remodel. BUT with that said people own their trailers and don't take care of them and want to blame the people who just own the property. The current owners have attempted to get people to clean their yards. They recently offered skirting to those missing theirs and they send emails with tips on how to avoid pipes freezing.People need to take ownership for their own property. It is nice if the owners have maintenance available and possibly can offer help with repairs cheaper compared to other contractors. But when you own your property you're responsible to take care of it. I realize most people are on a fixed income who live here but cleaning weeds out of your gutters cost nothing.
Don Gatzmer: Twin Pines took care of my hot water issue. Unfortunately the waterlines being worked on and the water cut off destroyed my hot water tank. They jumped on it and got it fixed real quick. They replaced my hot water heater. Now that’s good management.
C B.: Our trailer had mold on walls. Within 6 months we had roaches everywhere and I had to pay out of pocket for an exterminator. Added bonus we lived next to a crack head. Went under new management when I moved my family. Better then being homeless... Yet not some where you want to live.

Leticia Chears: This place is a rip off! I have tried, on several occasions to reach the management in the park about utilizing my CERA funds incorrectly towards my past due LOT rents during COVID. Of course, when I asked for an itemized , month to month reciept of what they took, they won't answer me now (they're NEVER in the park office like they should be, so my ONLY communication is thru email, which they're ignoring me now that I want answers). They took extra money for things that were included in my lot rent for all of the years I've owned my trailer...as well as took $60 more for lot rent than what I actually paid in the years I've owned my trailer. Totally dishonest about the way they go about taking money from their tenants. I have my OWN title to my trailer, however, several of my neighbors complain that the park WILL NOT give them their titles to their own trailers that they have totally paid off and OWN. I'm now having to get an attorney to go after them! Don't waste your time coming here...please.

Cindy West: I have lived here in the park for over 21 years and have seen lots of improvements made to the park one of the most important one is the fact that management has taken the time an effort to install security cameras throughout the park in order to make it safe for everyone especially the children. Management at times in the past has gone as far as to having the entire park to a barbecue, has also gone as far as to replace stolen children's bicycles, and strongly trying to enforce speed limits throughout the park and control unwanted soliciting.

And causes your pipes to freeze in the winter months and have to buy or rent a torpedo heater to stop your pipes from busting.

I went here to buy a $3,000 mobile home with cash in hand but they said no because my credit is below 600 so don't even apply or go to buy a mobile home hear unless your credit score is above 600. Sun homes only requires 515 and their parks have brand new mobile homes. All of these here are 1970 and older mobile homes. Smh it's such a shame that I can't even buy a mobile home because I need good credit to live on the lot smh.

B.D Roberts: These last few years here, have been HELLL and that’s putting it nice! The last few weeks I have watched families be torn apart due to the inadequate living situations they have FAILED to provide! I had to share my home with other residents because THEY HAVEN’T had water since before Christmas! I’m which these homes have children and elderly people who can’t speak for themselves! Everyday I have to let someone shower or get water and it’s not like these predatory new owners don’t know! They know NOW they still fail to care! If you need someone to stay DO NOT MOVE HERE! Alex Ward: The property manager, Nicole, really turned that place around. She was great. Excited to see what the community will look like with the new additions.
Vl: I’ve been hearing that everyone has to move out of their trailer by the end up January unless you own yours but I’m wondering why they haven’t sent letters out to notify people and prepare them for this so none of us end up on the streets… I’ve also tried to go on the website and contact them twice about this but got no answer. Very upsetting.

Earl Sutton: It's pretty interesting that after a couple years I'm still posting on here to show people about this community it's a cambio community and I find that since they owned it they like to tear everything out but they don't like to put things back they make the tenants feel like they're trying to clean out the park and make it look like a field and the tenants that still care she picks on them about the quality of their yard even though the quality of other yards are not nowhere near the quality of there's and just for a little bit of help for the people that don't understand here's some photos so you can see what the community really looks like now

Brian: I would not recommend Cambio management properties to anybody they do not keep their word about nothing. Lower management Angelo Torres which is the regional manager and Heather which is the district manager are horrible I have had two major floods in my home and nothing and I repeat nothing has been done about it as a result there is mold and mildew in my home I have been complaining for two months to get the issues corrected and they have neglected to even talk to me I have emailed Angelo several times with no response I have tried to talk to Heather several times and she brushes it off I submitted a air quality test that was professionally done that I paid for indicating that there was mold in my home that could result in medical issues I have and let them know that I am having extreme migraines and that I do have breathing problems they don’t care they have canceled several home inspections since the first flood not to mention all the other issues that were supposed to be corrected shortly after I moved in here that have not yet been corrected I have had a electrical fire in my wall the wall has still not been replaced and fixed. due to the last flood my heating vents are still sitting on the ground which means the heat is going outside instead of in My Home what again they will not correct the issue nor will they attempt to correct any issues I have withheld rent because of these issues thinking that maybe that’ll get their attention that I would like things fixed instead of pushed off yet they still refuse to fix anything return any phone calls or emails the problem may not be the owners because I seriously don’t think that they are aware of what’s going on the problem is the regional manager and the district manager
Lindsay Duneske: I would not recommend this property management company to anybody, they are incompetent, unprofessional, very shady, have absolutely terrible customer service, and will discriminate against people in violation of the Fair housing act.They will take your money for an application fee(keep in mind this is the only Park that requires an application fee of all the ones we applied at) and then they will decline you and not give you a reason even though you've been approved at four other parks and much nicer areas like Novi by Ann arbor and South Lyon with no issues at all.

Ben Flug: While I found the quaint atmosphere quite endearing and the history behind it beyond interesting, I found the amount of crack heads and stray cats a great annoyance so I was unfortunately force to decrease my score one star because of all the cranked up homies.P.S. the ominous screams of a women in pain did leave me with a mystery and a hope of one day visiting again to experience pure Detroit yet again.

Me Myself: Thank You Paul... Paul our community manager cares about all the tenants. He doesn't play favorites. He is friendly yet professional. Any concerns I have had were addressed immediately. Paul puts his words into action, if he says he will get back to you he does. I have never been left feeling like just a lot number. Paul is very much appreciated !!

Karen: I have lived here for over 21 years. I greatly enjoy living here due, recently, to the manager, Paul. My one and only real complaint is the way the street was re-tarred a few years ago. The pavement dips in front of my home where I park my car. Rain gathers and snow melts and gathers under my car and beyond. The rain I can handle, but when it is cold out the water freezes forming treacherous ice. I have already fallen on it once. I chalk up this debacle on the previous manager who refused to have the company come back to fix it. She kept telling me that there was nothing wrong with it. This is a 55 and over mobile home park, and I'm wondering what happens if someone falls and really gets hurt.Other than that, I have great neighbors, management takes care of issues that arise, except the one detailed above, and I am very happy here. I believe that the current manager actually cares about the tenants here; management of a mobile home park or an apartment complex truly makes a difference!!
