Vl: I’ve been hearing that everyone has to move out of their trailer by the end up January unless you own yours but I’m wondering why they haven’t sent letters out to notify people and prepare them for this so none of us end up on the streets… I’ve also tried to go on the website and contact them twice about this but got no answer. Very upsetting.

Heather Franklin: They are making everyone move out of there trailer which at the meeting they said they wouldn't do I'm just waiting on our letter even though I have a manufacturer house and I just put a 3000 roof on I'm kinda irritated about the whole thing pretty sad when we may be homeless and I leave with my senior mom who just had hip surgery they totally lied wow but I will be contacting an attorney when I get my letter just a waiting game

Earl Sutton: It's pretty interesting that after a couple years I'm still posting on here to show people about this community it's a cambio community and I find that since they owned it they like to tear everything out but they don't like to put things back they make the tenants feel like they're trying to clean out the park and make it look like a field and the tenants that still care she picks on them about the quality of their yard even though the quality of other yards are not nowhere near the quality of there's and just for a little bit of help for the people that don't understand here's some photos so you can see what the community really looks like now

Brian: I would not recommend Cambio management properties to anybody they do not keep their word about nothing. Lower management Angelo Torres which is the regional manager and Heather which is the district manager are horrible I have had two major floods in my home and nothing and I repeat nothing has been done about it as a result there is mold and mildew in my home I have been complaining for two months to get the issues corrected and they have neglected to even talk to me I have emailed Angelo several times with no response I have tried to talk to Heather several times and she brushes it off I submitted a air quality test that was professionally done that I paid for indicating that there was mold in my home that could result in medical issues I have and let them know that I am having extreme migraines and that I do have breathing problems they don’t care they have canceled several home inspections since the first flood not to mention all the other issues that were supposed to be corrected shortly after I moved in here that have not yet been corrected I have had a electrical fire in my wall the wall has still not been replaced and fixed. due to the last flood my heating vents are still sitting on the ground which means the heat is going outside instead of in My Home what again they will not correct the issue nor will they attempt to correct any issues I have withheld rent because of these issues thinking that maybe that’ll get their attention that I would like things fixed instead of pushed off yet they still refuse to fix anything return any phone calls or emails the problem may not be the owners because I seriously don’t think that they are aware of what’s going on the problem is the regional manager and the district manager

Lindsay Duneske: I would not recommend this property management company to anybody, they are incompetent, unprofessional, very shady, have absolutely terrible customer service, and will discriminate against people in violation of the Fair housing act.They will take your money for an application fee(keep in mind this is the only Park that requires an application fee of all the ones we applied at) and then they will decline you and not give you a reason even though you've been approved at four other parks and much nicer areas like Novi by Ann arbor and South Lyon with no issues at all.

And you DONT want to move here..they are petty. And raises rents whenever they want..and do alful things to their ferals and dont care for their elderly either...wish i could move here...

Carol Allie: This seems to be a very nice, well kept up mobile home park. The only draw back I could see was that the roads are a little narrow going through there. You have to be very careful going around parked cars.

Brittany Hall: PARKING SCAM!!!!!!!!!!! My sister parked for 2 minutes to help me move and a tow truck snuck up and took her car. by the time we called to report it stolen The tow company was calling to report it towed and when we checked her find her car app they were 3 minutes away. The tow paperwork was presigned by a manager on leave and said she was parked there for 2 days so I ask management why they can park there for a few minutes and, per Nicolette in management, they(employee s and management) don't have to follow the rules....ok....so management and employees don't have follow the rules but the community members do? Very interesting and makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in my home knowing y'all can just do whatever with no repercussions.EDIT: The rules apply to everyone yet we can't park on the grass but employees can? Funny doesn't look like everyone is following the rules....

Sharon Cain: The management at this place is terrible. They are very rude hanging up on people and just nasty and poor customer service. My daughter tried getting in there and they strung her along, even went so far as taking her deposit, now they have a problem giving it back. I would ot recommend this place at all. Very unprofessional.

Win Babiuk: They try keeping it nice. But the children are allowed to do as they please. Riding bikes in the streets and wont move over for a car. Basket balls put in front on neighbors watched as ball hit someones trailer. Yes I know kids being kids but unsupervised is more the key issues.

Shantiq Hill: Too many cats and dogs that roam and the cars speed through out this place often. A lot of domestic violence and loud at times. But the homes are very big. You have to keep your lawn care up or they will charge 50 dollars to cut it.

lilbrowngirl withlocs: My aunt lives here. Anytime I visit her the environment seems fine and always quiet. I remember hearing about a fire in that area on the news. My aunt rarely answers the phone so I called the leasing office to see if anyone there knew about the fire and if anyone heard from her and the lady indeed knew my aunt and said that she spoke with her recently and said that the fire was at another property. I really felt relieved and thankful. I can't remember her name it's been a while but she was really pleasant.
