R L Nader: Thinking I was going for a routine visit and script for a followup MRI. I was surprised. Upon meeting Dr. Kelkar he was friendly and generally warm. I like that he was direct in explaining my condition to me. I was shocked and dumb founded at what I heard. After hearing such news that he recommended surgery and wouldn't wait because my eyesite in jeopardy. I was disappointed he didn't show more compassion and give an opportunity to ask questions or order up another MRI along with the pituitary bloodwork to determine if surgery warrented at this time. He left right away to attend a virtual appointment. Left a message for him to call the following day and didn't receive call backAlso, being so automated and trying to navigate through and cumbersome system takes away the personalism and attention the patient needs at a time like this. I have since gone for 2nd & 3rd opinion and won't be back.

James Mccormack: I am the third generation of my family members who have attended this office, the sleeping rooms fantastic and a right in the office. It is extremely clean and sanitary. And most of all the staff is amazing. They speak the truth even if it's not in agreeance with the doctor. Lots of humor and laughing. The staffing in there makes my appointments so much better. They're so friendly and nice and they actually take the time to explain things to you and will joke around with you and they actually get to know you and take the time to pay attention to your life. Sleeping disorders mess up a lot of things, it's not just your sleep it's also your mood your mental capacity I remembering things being active excetera excetera it makes you extremely anxious to be normal and I have had this staff come in and just take time out of their own day to just talk to me and try to call me down and let me know everything's going to be okay. For me this place is a lifesaver. I have a bad case of narcolepsy and they take care of me better than I could even expect. So God bless all of you in the office at BG Tri-County neurology & sleep clinic. I have been to three different sleep doctors in this facility tops them all! Give it a try I promise you won't regret it.

Victor Ross: The front desk openly talks negatively about patients within ear shot of the lobby. They also made someone wait 15+ mins so that they could place their lunch order. I arrived early for an appointment, waited an hour before they told me they needed to reschedule. I did not have my new patient packet completed before hand, and that really annoyed the front desk. Apparently, they left a VM with instructions despite being told my VM doesnt work. And then proceeded to take it out on me for not hearing a VM I couldn't listen to. At least they are consistent- at treating people poorly. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Viktoriya Molotok: I'm extremely annoyed with the front desk people. I called 6 times to ask for help with online paperwork. I left two voicemails. NOONE EVER called back. When I finally showed up to ask for help in person, the lady at the front desk was rude and NO help. Instead, she gave me a paper copy and said to return same day, because they need it one day before the appointment. Even after I told her that I called two days in the row about the online form she said "you received the email like a month ago and you are filling in one now?" RUDE!!!!!anyway, I hope the Dr is worth all the nasties at the front office.

Carol Namssimbwa: I had an excellent experience overall. The appointments with Dr Verma were thorough and not rushed. The sleep study took place in a clean facility and it was well organized. The attendant was caring and took the time to explain what was happening, the sleep monitoring steps, etc.

Emad Uddin: This location has horrible people working and providing hideous customer service to patients. The front-end people will never greet the patients at all. If you have an appointment, you will have to wait for 3 to 5 hours to see the doctor. I wonder what’s the point of making appointments if you have already made appointments. I have had the unpleasant experience of going there. They made patients wear face masks required, but the employees did not wear face masks. How come patients will know the employees are not sick or symptomatic? This location needs people who are knowledgeable, skillful and understand the patients. It's a gross place to see a doctor.
