ASM Sidik: Doesn't matter your appointment time you will be waiting at least an hour even when there is no-one else before you. Then another 30 to an hour after being inside. If you need some prescription after seing the doctor add another 30 min in the waiting room after your appointment to get the prescription. I have been to the place more than 5 times and it always get worse. 👏🏾👏🏾

Natasha: I have never felt so good leaving a docotor appointment before. Dr. Ranganathan is phenomenal. He listened to my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed. He was honest, genuine and supportive in ensuring that together we make the best medical decisions for my health and well-being. It's not common to find a physician willing to put you at the forefront of your own health decisions. Highly, highly recommend !

James Mccormack: I am the third generation of my family members who have attended this office, the sleeping rooms fantastic and a right in the office. It is extremely clean and sanitary. And most of all the staff is amazing. They speak the truth even if it's not in agreeance with the doctor. Lots of humor and laughing. The staffing in there makes my appointments so much better. They're so friendly and nice and they actually take the time to explain things to you and will joke around with you and they actually get to know you and take the time to pay attention to your life. Sleeping disorders mess up a lot of things, it's not just your sleep it's also your mood your mental capacity I remembering things being active excetera excetera it makes you extremely anxious to be normal and I have had this staff come in and just take time out of their own day to just talk to me and try to call me down and let me know everything's going to be okay. For me this place is a lifesaver. I have a bad case of narcolepsy and they take care of me better than I could even expect. So God bless all of you in the office at BG Tri-County neurology & sleep clinic. I have been to three different sleep doctors in this facility tops them all! Give it a try I promise you won't regret it.

Victor Ross: The front desk openly talks negatively about patients within ear shot of the lobby. They also made someone wait 15+ mins so that they could place their lunch order. I arrived early for an appointment, waited an hour before they told me they needed to reschedule. I did not have my new patient packet completed before hand, and that really annoyed the front desk. Apparently, they left a VM with instructions despite being told my VM doesnt work. And then proceeded to take it out on me for not hearing a VM I couldn't listen to. At least they are consistent- at treating people poorly. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

When I finally showed up to ask for help in person, the lady at the front desk was rude and NO help. Instead, she gave me a paper copy and said to return same day, because they need it one day before the appointment. Even after I told her that I called two days in the row about the online form she said "you received the email like a month ago and you are filling in one now?" RUDE!!!!!anyway, I hope the Dr is worth all the nasties at the front office.

Carol Namssimbwa: I had an excellent experience overall. The appointments with Dr Verma were thorough and not rushed. The sleep study took place in a clean facility and it was well organized. The attendant was caring and took the time to explain what was happening, the sleep monitoring steps, etc.

Emad Uddin: This location has horrible people working and providing hideous customer service to patients. The front-end people will never greet the patients at all. If you have an appointment, you will have to wait for 3 to 5 hours to see the doctor. I wonder what’s the point of making appointments if you have already made appointments. I have had the unpleasant experience of going there. They made patients wear face masks required, but the employees did not wear face masks. How come patients will know the employees are not sick or symptomatic? This location needs people who are knowledgeable, skillful and understand the patients. It's a gross place to see a doctor.

ginger messenger: Absolutely love Dr Al-Zouhayli has always answered all my questions I have had all of my children see him for many years. I feel he is the best by far. He is right dead on when it comes to prescribing medication. Example on of my boys did not speak being Dr Zouhayli is on top of new treatments started him on a medication and at 15/16 my son started talking. My family loves him I have a few different issues with my kids medical, emotional, and/or behavioral and he addresses each every time. His office is very nice and his staff is also top notch. They all have been so accommodating to my family always. They also invest in my kids all of them the Doctor and his staff. I really have nothing negative to say at all. I mostly 90% (not kidding) do not wait long at all if ever I do it’s because there is a serious emergency with another child being it’s not an emergency of mine I will gladly wait for him to help someone else’s child. Truly is one of our best physicians and being I have had foster care, adoption, and bio kids We have dealt with a few neurologist him I have stayed with for approximately 20 years.

Jacqueline Thomas: He is very good at prescribing the correct medication, but not so good at being on time for his patients. Most of them has issues at waiting. My recent problem was with his staff. We sent a fax over and apparently they thought something was wrong with it. They didn't call us even though all of his information was on the cover sheet. I called to check up and questioned how it was handled. I was told it wasn't their fault and they hung up on me. This paperwork was for a new job. I have contacted another doctor. Not good customer/patient services.

When Dr’s assessing my son each visit, he locks in and pays attention to everything my son does or says, so nice to have that positive doctor-patient relationship. Christina Davis: I rarely post negative reviews, but I hope that I may help parents and their children during already difficult times. Please do not see this man. He was rude and made my children cry. I had two children seeing him and he would not take my concerns seriously. He only saw my two children for a max of 5 minutes total unless I confronted him about it, then he would spend a couple more and then be rude. Anytime I would question him he belittled me as a mother and would make rude remarks to my children.He yelled at me so loudly and rudely the assistant even made remarks that she was quoting because of how awful he is to his patients. I think this doctor has worked in the field too long and forgot what he is a doctor for. He has lost his empathy and has no respect to his patients or the parents.When I discussed my concerns with the staff, my next visit he yelled at me and told me to seek out a different provider.

Kim Kippert: My son went to him from 2000 to 2017, he is one of the best pediatric neurotologist in the area. Yes there are many times you have to wait, but i would rather wait for him than going to someone else who is not as qualified for trearting my son. So if you are more interested in time rather then care? Plus It is some times difficult to guess on Drs times, remember they also do rounds in the hospitals seeing patients. This is where my son at 9 months started seeing Dr. Al-Zouhayli.

Where can I start with the rude receptionist or the Dr personally. He only prescribe random medication never spend time listening to us or spend sometime with our kid. Every time we visit just medication. Seriously! Horrible experience. What type of neurologist doesn’t have any type of resources. Nothing you can get from this doctor. Just time consuming and disrespectful.

First my son was severely misdiagnosed,he was “diagnosed”without any testing I might add,as being autistic and odd and add/adhd within the first ten minutes of meeting my son,after we were kept waiting for an hour,so what six year old wouldn’t be restless and ready to leave? oh and because my son wouldn’t just warm up to him at the snap of the fingers like a trained dog! After initially putting my son on a med(we did agree that he needed help focusing)he started having a very severe reaction to this medication and,I made an emergency appointment and his father and I were treated very poorly,talked down to and talked over as if we’re completely ignorant,during which we have very genuine concerns for our son,never listened to any of our concerns and,we were told to just throw him on a completely different med which is a heavy duty psych med,all without being expected to wean him off the previous med and,not given any rational reason why we should put our son on the med just more of being talked down to and, we didn’t go in there being rude or acting like know it alls,just with very genuine concerns about what was happening with our son,we have since had our son properly and thoroughly tested and he’s NOT autistic,NOT adhd,NOT odd,so thank heavens our son has parents that won’t put up with nonsense,our son was diagnosed so incorrectly here and,without any testing and we’re hearing more horror stories from other parents along very eerily similar circumstances,our son has been correctly tested and diagnosed and has been doing very well since being under proper care from a different Dr

My daughter went for her second appt after he told us at the first to try a med and if it didnt work he would send her for an MRI well she didnt take well to the meds. She also has a hard time with doctors so she was crying and hard to console at her second appt to which his response was, I will not see her anymore she needs to go elsewhere and just walks away... I drove an hour for him to refuse to see/treat her and discharge her from care because she was upset.. She is 2 years old. Clearly this "doctor" is in the wrong field.

Kelly Hand: I took my son to Dr. Al- Zouhayli for a few years. I give him credit for being good with his patient's. As for listening to the parent's he does not listen at all! His appointment's are scheduled starting at 9AM and he shows up whenever he feels like it! I understand that emergencies happen but every time I would schedule an EARLY APPOINTMENT because I work I would bring my son in and sit for 2 hours before he walked in. He gives no apologies for inconveniencing your time and your day! He also misdiagnosed my child. What really get's me about Dr. Al-Zouhayli is we had to be seen every month because my son was on controlled substances. I think he uses that as an excuse to bill you the copay and to bill the visit to your insurance. My son now see's phenomenal psychiatrist who provides medications and refills for at least2- 3 months at a time. I got tired of Dr. Al Zouhayli Khier not listening to my concerns about my child and I was also aggravated scheduling appointment's and sitting for hours for a 10 minute visit. I found a new Neurologist who was excellent and gave great care and was on time with her appointment's. Once I got everything worked out and the new Neurologist recommended a new plan of care for my son I fired Dr. Al-Zouhayli Kheir and sent him a letter as to why I fired him from caring for my son. I never received a call from his office. He sent me a few bills but I refuse to pay him for all my time and energy he wasted. I would not recommend Dr. Al- Zouhayli Kheir M.D to anyone. I feel he only cares about the money to fund his expensive cars. He does not care about his patient's. He definitely has issues with taking questions and concerns from parent's about their children.
