Dana l Graham: They are so unprofessional and childish. They suppose to be adults, but play games and talk about be people behind there backs. I swear once I'm done with this surgery and post opt care. I will never cover back, it is like pulling teeth to get any paper work and your medicine.
Anthony: This office is very disorganized and does not follow up with you when you leave messages and want things done. They wrote me a script for an MRI. I drove 45 minutes to Beaumont to the only available appointment without waiting a month out. They told me the script was not sufficient because it was signed by a physician without credentials. They also said this type of order was not the right order and was not able to do my exam. 1 hour and 30 minutes of driving and 2 hours of my life wasted thanks to an incompetent system. Thanks DMC!
Andrea Lentz: I give 4 stars to Dr Anderson who was amazing but zero to the front office staff. They are always so unprofessional. Both times I called they were rude on the phone schedule the appointment. Both times I got there they acted confused like I didn't have an appointment then oh they saw I did but then you wait forever for a room. They didn't call me with the results of the MRI for my daughter's knee injury and when I called they LAUGHED and said "who told you we would let you know?" They wouldn't let me speak to the Dr they said if I wanted to speak to her I had to make an appointment.
Peggy: I read all these bad reviews about this office and I had an appointment today, and it went great. They were courteous, and I think I even was seen before my appointment time- it definitely wasn't a long wait at all. Dr. Makhene was very personable and was able to explain my injury to me, which thankfully was minor. I needed a brace and only had to go up 2 floors in the same building to get that taken care of. I have been to this building before and I recommend entering the parking lot that is off 12 Mile Rd and it looks like you're turning into a place with the letters BC in it so don't be confused.
Fadi Elisha: Worse staff ever . If wasn’t for my mom and her issues that she was having , I wouldnt put a foot in that building. Always no rooms that’s the only excuse they have , Slow staff the schedule for appointments is always overcrowded they just bring people in and I feel it’s first come first serve kinda service so what’s the point of getting appointments. And the 2 stars on review explains everything.
Tami Henderson: Dr. Makhene is truly the BEST!!! I love everybody's attitudes there, very pleasant people I literally was going to a different clinic for months as soon as I seen Dr Makhene and I got injection in both my hands I was relieved for 6 months at a time he is truly a Blessing, I was in excruciating pain for so long and nothing helped until I seen him thanks again so much 😁

Dennis Cook: I was scheduled for a 7:30AM appointment and when I arrived on time I was told the office didn't open till 8:00AM. So I waited until 8:20AM before before I was led to an exam room, walking past an Employee at the counter who was eating chips and dip.I finally saw the Doctor who basically told me that there was nothing she could do for my knee pain. She prescribed PT and after two painful months with no improvement I found a new Qualified Doctor and it turned out I had a large bone chip in my knee that required a partial knee replacement.You were warned!

They send me bill for 240$ my coapy. I received letter in mail either you pay or you we will send to debt collector companies. Please avoid this office if possible.
Pierce Roberts music 419: Had a really bad experience. When I first called the receptionist said they don’t see people about foot injuries. Which is a lie. When I had my appointment the doctor was very short with me. They were supposed to call me and schedule an MRI and never did. Wouldn’t recommend going there.
T.S. Cook: Horrible clinic. Rude, disorganized, disrespectful. Our appointment was at 8 am -- we were the very first appointment of the day. Taken to an exam room around 8:45, as not a single staff person showed up before 8:20.If you want to be treated like you're at a Medicaid clinic for top dollar prices, this is the place for you.

David Karst: Dr. Darwiche treated me for severe arthritis in my hip. He did a full replacement and he helped me get my life back on track as I was seriously injured. I can now run, bike, and do about anything else I want and I am so grateful to him. He patched me right up. He kind of saved my life- certainly the quality of my life, anyway. I am eternally grateful.

The knowledge he possess in this field is beyond compare to any surgeon thats doing surgeries like this. I am a retired Professional Basketball player and needless to say after 14 years of flying through the air on different continents I had to come down and boy did I. I came down to arthritis in both hips that were bone on bone and I’m talking about this last year and a half I have experienced mind blowing pain 24 hours a day. I was referred to Dr Darwiche and my life began to change. He made me comfortable immediately by saying trust him he will take care of me. This wonderful human being didn’t even have a open slot for me to get my surgery in March yet he found a place to fit me in and get it down the first week of March. See what I mean he’s a remarkable HUMAN BEING FIRST! DOCTOR SECOND. I am now 18 days post operation and I am walking without any assistance and most importantly NO PAIN and I’m steadily building and building daily. I will get my right hip replaced also by Dr. Darwiche and I recommend his team and his services, you won’t regret it because I tell you I haven’t regretted a day since I left the hospital walking without pain after my surgery!God Bless you and your team Dr. Darwiche thank you for restoring my quality of life back so I can play with my wife and kids while doing it pain free!

Robin Camilleri: After reading some negative reviews I thought I would share my experience.Dr Rook and his staff are nothing but professional and very kind. I saw him for a knee re-evaluation. This appointment led to some x-rays and a cortisone shot. Dr Rook took the time to explain this all to me as well as come up with a treatment plan. I know this appointment ran longer than expected. Now some people have complained that they had to wait an hour or so to see him, but keep this in mine, would you rather have a doctor who takes their time with you, explains everything, answers your questions and even provides a solution right then and there or would you rather he rush through your appointment so he can get to his next patient and make you come back for treatment? I personally appreciate the time he spent with me, he is a great doctor.

Rusty Vale: This was my first experience at Insight and it was excellent. Dr Belasher is the most kind, caring and excellent surgeon I've ever had. He also has a great sense of humor.The staff at Insight are also the same kind and caring individuals. Everyone takes very good care of the their patients and always willing to go that extra mile to make you feel comfortable. I had some favorites but Lauren was my most favorite. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone. Dr Belasher is one of a kind. The dietary part left ALOT to be desired and could definitely use alot of improvements. But that wouldn't keep me from going back.
