Dana l Graham: They are so unprofessional and childish. They suppose to be adults, but play games and talk about be people behind there backs. I swear once I'm done with this surgery and post opt care. I will never cover back, it is like pulling teeth to get any paper work and your medicine.
Anthony: This office is very disorganized and does not follow up with you when you leave messages and want things done. They wrote me a script for an MRI. I drove 45 minutes to Beaumont to the only available appointment without waiting a month out. They told me the script was not sufficient because it was signed by a physician without credentials. They also said this type of order was not the right order and was not able to do my exam. 1 hour and 30 minutes of driving and 2 hours of my life wasted thanks to an incompetent system. Thanks DMC!
Andrea Lentz: I give 4 stars to Dr Anderson who was amazing but zero to the front office staff. They are always so unprofessional. Both times I called they were rude on the phone schedule the appointment. Both times I got there they acted confused like I didn't have an appointment then oh they saw I did but then you wait forever for a room. They didn't call me with the results of the MRI for my daughter's knee injury and when I called they LAUGHED and said "who told you we would let you know?" They wouldn't let me speak to the Dr they said if I wanted to speak to her I had to make an appointment.
Peggy: I read all these bad reviews about this office and I had an appointment today, and it went great. They were courteous, and I think I even was seen before my appointment time- it definitely wasn't a long wait at all. Dr. Makhene was very personable and was able to explain my injury to me, which thankfully was minor. I needed a brace and only had to go up 2 floors in the same building to get that taken care of. I have been to this building before and I recommend entering the parking lot that is off 12 Mile Rd and it looks like you're turning into a place with the letters BC in it so don't be confused.
Fadi Elisha: Worse staff ever . If wasn’t for my mom and her issues that she was having , I wouldnt put a foot in that building. Always no rooms that’s the only excuse they have , Slow staff the schedule for appointments is always overcrowded they just bring people in and I feel it’s first come first serve kinda service so what’s the point of getting appointments. And the 2 stars on review explains everything.
Tami Henderson: Dr. Makhene is truly the BEST!!! I love everybody's attitudes there, very pleasant people I literally was going to a different clinic for months as soon as I seen Dr Makhene and I got injection in both my hands I was relieved for 6 months at a time he is truly a Blessing, I was in excruciating pain for so long and nothing helped until I seen him thanks again so much 😁

Worst place to come for a ridiculous doctor and staff … don’t know how to do time management or how to take care of patients !!!!! Don’t come in here and waste your effort at alll . Dennis Cook: I was scheduled for a 7:30AM appointment and when I arrived on time I was told the office didn't open till 8:00AM. So I waited until 8:20AM before before I was led to an exam room, walking past an Employee at the counter who was eating chips and dip.I finally saw the Doctor who basically told me that there was nothing she could do for my knee pain. She prescribed PT and after two painful months with no improvement I found a new Qualified Doctor and it turned out I had a large bone chip in my knee that required a partial knee replacement.You were warned!
Ambur Girardin: We waited in the waiting room for over 30mins past our appointment time...waited in the exam room for over and hour and a half...this is ridiculous and we'll only be going to the DMC Sports Medicine office in Farmington Hills even though we live 1.5 miles from here

Joe Spinella: Terrible receptionist and customer service. I've called various times in the past year to get an appointment and the person answering the phone is always rude and unhelpful. Go to another DMC.
christina bongo: Dr Britta Anderson and her staff here are amazing!! My husband and i do IRONMAN Triathalon races and she has kept us both racing with minimally invasive procedures that keeps us racing and training with no downtime during racing season! Thanks for everything you do

raphy yaldo: I called and asked how much my copay will be, and they told me the insurance show no copay. I went for 5 mins office visit with 2 Xray with Dr Sadiq Haque. They send me bill for 240$ my coapy. I received letter in mail either you pay or you we will send to debt collector companies. Please avoid this office if possible.
Pierce Roberts music 419: Had a really bad experience. When I first called the receptionist said they don’t see people about foot injuries. Which is a lie. When I had my appointment the doctor was very short with me. They were supposed to call me and schedule an MRI and never did. Wouldn’t recommend going there.
T.S. Cook: Horrible clinic. Rude, disorganized, disrespectful. Our appointment was at 8 am -- we were the very first appointment of the day. Taken to an exam room around 8:45, as not a single staff person showed up before 8:20.If you want to be treated like you're at a Medicaid clinic for top dollar prices, this is the place for you.

Rio keeem: Called the number and was put on hold for like 30 mins then hung up by a lady that sounds like she hates her life or her job
Fadi Fadi: I won’t recommend him to my worst enemy he messed up my shoulder in stead of fixing it he made it worst than it was. He told me that I didn’t have tear in my labrum but he still did the surgery he said it was a must, when I did my MRI after the surgery and showed it to a different doctor he said that I have a tear and a cyst and also my AC joint got swelling after the surgery. Now I’m doing a second surgery at Beaumont Royal Oak. Thanks to Henry Goitz.
Md Chowdhury: Dr. Goitz is an awesome person. I am back on my feet and playing all my favorite sports because of him. It took me 143 days to get back where I was, after I torn my ACL & Meniscus. He is the GOAT 🐐. (greatest of all time). I prefer everyone to go check him out. Very helpful and motivated person.
Nahid Bari: Friendly professional staff, but they are as slow as it gets. Appointment was at 11:30, it’s currently 1:05 and still waiting.
Renecia Cunningham: It's been 2 years since I tore my ACL. Dr Goitz changed my life when he did my surgery. He explained everything to me on what I am going to expect, what he has to do and why he is going to do it the way he does it compared to how other surgeons normally does surgery. I have always been athletic and I never thought I would be able to do those things again. He told me Iay not move like I used to when I was young but he told me you will be back up and going in no time. He gave me at least 5 months of speedy recovery and guess what he was right. I am back playing sports and doing the things I love to do now. My legs are stronger then ever. I can run around and sprint 800m 100m 200m. Now I just exercise more keeping my legs strong and body fit. I would recommend anybody to him. We need more like him!

raymond gunn: His approach to my Achilles surgery was so radically different from any of the other orthopedic surgeons I spoke with I simply had to go with him. The results were amazing and I never looked back. I tell everyone he's the best, and on top of his expert surgical skills, he's a damn great Dr./person.

Steven Williams: Dr. Goitz is without a doubt the best shoulder and elbow specialist in the business. His staff is second to none. He has treated and operated on both my elbows and shoulders with results I found astonishing. Can't believe I'm back to full range of motion with no pain! Highly recommended!!! Always goes above and beyond...his patients well being and quality of life matter far more to him then the money.
