David K.: That huge monster of a so-called lady must be fired. How long will you allow your business to fail because of a rude employee. Put one of your family to work or hire a senior citizen. I'm done with your location. You've lost a lot of business by losing my company.
Marc Anderson: Just attempted to return some Amazon packages, and felt really rushed even though they weren’t busy. The associate even answered the phone in the middle of my transaction. When I asked questions, I was pushed off and the answers made me seem dumb. Unimpressive customer service is surprising for UPS stores these days.
FOREIGN DOMESTIC: Rudest staff. They seem to hate their job and lives. Not to mention the price gouging on their packaging supplies. I dread having to walk into this place

My encounter was with a young girl who was sweet and a young man, who was just the same.Having said that, I wouldn’t have passport photos taken there. Because their camera/photo quality is pretty awful, with pale white light in the room which makes your photos just dreadful.In addition to that, when I called before going in the store, they said PP photos were $15, when I actually paid, they were close to $20. It’s hard to justify $20 for two little but horrible photos lolIt’s not the workers fault. But you end up feeling dissatisfied.I went to Walgreens, had my photos taken, they were outstanding. And for slightly less than what I paid at UPS.

HORRIBLE customer service, the young lady with the long black hair is rude and unhelpful.Her demeanor is that you are bothering her because you come in to drop off a package. Ro Jo: I see a lot of sensitive haters these days so I'mleaving my review. I've been returning my Amazon packages and getting copies done by employees here for months. Never had any problems! At this point any problem would be considered a mistake based upon their good track record! Park your car away from the pumps, get your receipt, go home! Not hard crybabies!

Tamara Lake: Wish I could put no stars. Employee at Warren location wasn’t trying to help me at all. Needed help finding my package that was marked as delivered, girl with black hair and browner skin (not black) didn’t want to be helpful at all. Explained my situation ,package was sent from Amazon but delivered through UPS. Girl immediately said call Amazon it’s not through them I have to call Amazon. She didn’t even try even though one of her employees told her that she could search it. He ended up having her search it anyways and her response was it says it was delivered. Even though I told her the reason I was here was because that it said it was delivered and it wasn’t. She also told me that sometimes they mark it as delivered and it will come later. Which is something I’ve never had to deal with, so I’m kinda on the fence about that. Moral of the story is if she needed a mental health day (like all of us) she could’ve did that instead of coming to work and being impatient with customers and not trying to be helpful. Won’t see me back here again.

Aida Munoz: I love my local Office Depot/Office Max in Madison Heights. I’m a loyal customer since the days when I went to the Office Depot store on Woodward and 13 Mile Road (no longer there.) It’s a quiet, efficient environment. I find the selection satisfactory and the prices generally reasonable. The customer service associates are always intelligent, thoughtful and very helpful. I am rewards program member but I do wish the program was a little bit easier to use.

Cal took the call and explained the product details, types, colors and price and had it ready for me at check out so when I arrived all I had to do is pay and go. She said something which I could not understand and ask her to repeat, and then very angrily she repeated what she said which again I did not understand. I asked a customer near me if he understood what she said and the customer shook his head no I don't understand what she said. I was polite and soft-spoken to her but she became very upset and yelled. It wouldn't be good if Office Depot would hire people that control their emotions and speak proper. I do not understand the patois spoken. Needless to say I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much

After trying to force me to use the self service machine for 2 hours she did not know what she was talking about or how the printer worked. Store manager aided in making a scene never aided in helping the competence lacking employee. Save your time and go else where

Young Whale: Logan is amazing. Great service and very experienced. I recently got a divorce. My husband cheated on me in the local gas station, so I moved to a different house and needed an office set-up. Logan helped me big time with his wonderful experience. I was very upset too because of the divorce, but I felt very happy knowing genuine people like him exist and care. I mentioned to him how upset I am due to the divorce and he enlightened me by saying "on a rainy day, Office Depot washes the pain away". It warms my heart. I wish my ex husband was as wonderful as him, anyways, thank you so much!

I was also interested in an office chair. At the store I was very happy with the chair selection. The staff got the chair I wanted and put it in my car. Received the store credit for my cartridges, bought more for my printer. Happy with the pricing and service. Got everything I needed and was on my way home in 20 minutes. I liked that.
