David K.: That huge monster of a so-called lady must be fired. How long will you allow your business to fail because of a rude employee. Put one of your family to work or hire a senior citizen. I'm done with your location. You've lost a lot of business by losing my company.
Marc Anderson: Just attempted to return some Amazon packages, and felt really rushed even though they weren’t busy. The associate even answered the phone in the middle of my transaction. When I asked questions, I was pushed off and the answers made me seem dumb. Unimpressive customer service is surprising for UPS stores these days.
FOREIGN DOMESTIC: Rudest staff. They seem to hate their job and lives. Not to mention the price gouging on their packaging supplies. I dread having to walk into this place

My encounter was with a young girl who was sweet and a young man, who was just the same.Having said that, I wouldn’t have passport photos taken there. Because their camera/photo quality is pretty awful, with pale white light in the room which makes your photos just dreadful.In addition to that, when I called before going in the store, they said PP photos were $15, when I actually paid, they were close to $20. It’s hard to justify $20 for two little but horrible photos lolIt’s not the workers fault. But you end up feeling dissatisfied.I went to Walgreens, had my photos taken, they were outstanding. And for slightly less than what I paid at UPS.

I had briefly thought about using this store since we take our dog over to elite groomer. I already don’t trust them or would ever care to interact with “the long black haired girl” . HORRIBLE customer service, the young lady with the long black hair is rude and unhelpful.Her demeanor is that you are bothering her because you come in to drop off a package. Ro Jo: I see a lot of sensitive haters these days so I'mleaving my review. I've been returning my Amazon packages and getting copies done by employees here for months. Never had any problems! At this point any problem would be considered a mistake based upon their good track record! Park your car away from the pumps, get your receipt, go home! Not hard crybabies!

Tamara Lake: Wish I could put no stars. Employee at Warren location wasn’t trying to help me at all. Needed help finding my package that was marked as delivered, girl with black hair and browner skin (not black) didn’t want to be helpful at all. Explained my situation ,package was sent from Amazon but delivered through UPS. Girl immediately said call Amazon it’s not through them I have to call Amazon. She didn’t even try even though one of her employees told her that she could search it. He ended up having her search it anyways and her response was it says it was delivered. Even though I told her the reason I was here was because that it said it was delivered and it wasn’t. She also told me that sometimes they mark it as delivered and it will come later. Which is something I’ve never had to deal with, so I’m kinda on the fence about that. Moral of the story is if she needed a mental health day (like all of us) she could’ve did that instead of coming to work and being impatient with customers and not trying to be helpful. Won’t see me back here again.

Gina Jaafar: Giving this company 1 star is an understatement. They are very unprofessional. My experience with the driver and the receptionist at the front desk was horrible. The driver complained about the boxes that he had to carry even though he had a paper that included the exact amount, and he could not carry them by himself. The driver would speak in a foreign language and walk away without telling anyone and would come back when he felt it necessary. When I called the front desk and explained that the driver needed assistants carrying the boxes, and if there was a disconnect in communication to him she was rude and didn't care. Very upset with the service of this company and will not refer or use them again.

KENNETH KOREJWO: This company is a joke I talk to somebody from overseas could not understand them. I had a general question that they could not answer, that was so simple a first grader could have answered. This company customer service is below par.
Kimberly Schulenburg: We have been dealing with missed pick ups and fraudulant charges for months that we keep being told will be taken care of and have still yet to be resolved. We started the process of termination of services and they are dragging that out and still scheduling pickups for us. I hope they treat their employees better than they treat their customers.
MJ Palazzolo: Called for pricing but they never answered the phone.
Johnny SwáGg: Great place to work BUT wish they would have SPOKEN UP about the fact that since it's a national company that its federally regulated AND that in a state where Marijuana is completely LEGAL i was fired for a positive screen. Was even reached out to and RECRUITED for this job WITHOUT filling an app out. Really sucks. But great job tho.
John Halsey: We have found the drivers who visit our office to be frlendly and reliable. On the other hand, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone to change our service terms. No responses to email, no way to find a live person on the phone or to leave a message. I've never experienced anything like this with any company I've ever dealt with.
Matthew Gilbert: I tried contacting their local branch (this one), to see what their pricing is and if a drop off needs to be made or it’s pick up only due to COVID-19, no one picks up the phone. I contacted their national support line, where I was hung up on not once, not twice, but three times. I figured at this point this is a tremendous waste of my companies time and my clients time as an hour and a half has gone by and none of my questions have been answered, so I went to ask the people at this branch myself. They told me that they don’t have direct lines, so the number they have listed doesn’t go anywhere. Their national support didn’t even know if they could be contacted or knew anything about how they do business. This service is impossible to reach and it’s been a enormous waste of time. Do business with someone else.

I had to contact them several times to get a pick up date. More to come. Will adjust my rating accordingly. ***UPDATE: 5/14/21 OK, Travis, the driver/pick up man, redeemed this rating. He called us 1/2 hour before arrival. Then HE SHOWED exactly half hour later. Despite a difficult parking/maneuvering situation at our office, he was a problem solver and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Still one star off for the lack of communication prior to that. And I don't know internally where that lack of communication was, that's for leadership to figure out. All in all, we'll probably call them again.

Jody Gazo: All it took was one phone call to Shred Nations and they put me in touch with a local shredding company. Electrocycle contacted me within minutes of my call to Shred Nations. Electrocycle gave me an immediate quote. The quote was hundreds of dollars less then Shred It and Iron Mountain. I could not believe the price for on site shredding service. Electrocycle was out the next week to on site shred. Great service by everyone.
Rebecca Heath: Bree reached out to me within an hour of my inquiry, even in these difficult times, and gave me the contact information for record/data destruction companies in my area. They in turn called me shortly thereafter and gave me detailed information about the available options which allowed us to make our decision. It took most other records destruction vendors days to weeks to contact us, perhaps due to COVID 19 associated issues, and the promptness of Shred Nations and their associates shines through. We would definitely use their services again in the near future!

Bernie Poegel: Our office required on site shredding for a large secure project. We already had service with Iron Mountain for server back up tapes so we decided to use them for this service. It took several weeks to get the proper sized secure " Locked" recycle carts delivered - a customer service coordination nightmare - many hours on the phone with the wrong size delivered and then being swapped out for the large 95 gallon carts - more phone calls - all told about a month.Required 2 more secure carts for other floors in the building and spent and hour on the phone with customer service again. Hope the proper carts get delivered. Service rep had us in their data base but with the wrong sized carts - another error after repeated calls to correct. I will not mention the hassle in getting another person listed as the admin of the account. Make sure if you use them - that every possible person that may interface with them listed as a user of the account.I would not recomend this company for this purpose - I would use All Shred. The work required to set up an account, manage and make changes is just not worth the effort.
