Timothy Huber: Dr Gaffney cut off a Squamous Cell Carcinoma off my cheek. I hate shots and all but this was a piece of cake. so relieved it's all behind me.I would recommend both of these guys to anyone I know. Seriously.

Pat Lenderman: I love that Dr. Gildenberg found my dad’s melanoma while it was still small enough to be treated. And now that I’m going there too, I love that he uses the newest in technology treatments for things like the fluouracil cream, that got rid of my AK without a trace!! And also the newer DermTech melanoma stickers to see if the genes are there for melanoma in my lentigo.

Toki: They don't listen to what you have to say I brought pictures with me they didn't even want to look at them seems they already knew what the problem was before I walked in they charge you every time your face shows up there even if it's a follow-up you still get an office fee I would highly recommend staying away from this place when the medicines they gave me didn't work they wanted me to pay more money to come in and get re looked at I feel as if they would have listened the first time when I was there I wouldn't be in this situation to pay again to come in and tell them the same thing I tried to tell them the first time and the doctor needs to change her shirt she seen me with some white stuff dripped all down the front of her shirt very unprofessional

Carolyn Shalhoub: I am normally a patient of Dr. Jane Kim, but she was out of the office when I called because I was having an itching skin reaction following radiation therapy for breast cancer. I had tried several over the counter remedies, but it kept spreading. I was given the first available appointment with Daniella, NP. Her conclusion made total sense, and she prescribed a steroid to be mixed with very pure cream, and also gave me several samples of another cream for the scarring on my breast. I was very relieved and look forward to putting this chapter behind me.

Jaime Shedlock: I love Dr. Karlene! He is an utmost professional!! He is an Ivy league graduate with more knowledge than the many dermatologists I have seen in the past.I was referred to Dr. Karlene years ago by my PCP, who sees him as well.A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with Hodgkins and needed a stem cell transplant. During this process, I was subjected to many different types of chemotherapy which ravaged my body and left me severe immune suppression. The side effects included a severe rash that my oncologists (at an unnamed hospital system) couldn't diagnose! Dr. Karlene conducted a biopsy and correctly diagnosed me with Graft vs. Host.Dr. Karlene speaks in a pleasant voice and SPENDS time with you until all your needs are met and questions are answered!! As he only works at the Warren location two days a week, this can lead to wait times. I assure you that the waits are worth it!!!His assistant, Ann Marie is equally wonderful!I consider Dr. Karlene a friend and referral for life as he counseled me through the worst time in my life. I have referred many friends and family to him.My only hope is that he gets himself on tik tok to spread his knowledge and professionalism to the world!! LOL!

Arkishi Davis: I did not leave happy at all. First….i waited in excess of 44 minutes to be seen in an appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. When i was seen and expressed my concern about the blotches on my skin, the physician aid that i saw ruled it as dry skin and prescribed me a an ointment. I said ma’am, these spots are multiplying. She ignored me and instructed me to make an appt for 60 days out. I promise i will not be back. I felt that another examination was not done and the convenience of the office being less than 5 minutes from my home was muddled by the fact that i waited 44 minutes in the lobby and 27 minutes in the exam room.

She has also made a big improvement in my flare ups caused by wearing a mask all day.

Amber Starnes: Dr. Karlene is the best in the business! He has been my Doctor for years and his expertise, knowledge, and compassion makes him a cut above the rest. Out of all the physicians I have encountered, he by far has had the absolute BEST bedside manner. He makes you feel like a million bucks even when you feel like $20, ha ha. His staff is pleasant and helpful. If you need any cosmetic or skin care regimens Ann Marie and Jeanette are THE holy grail when it comes to this aspect of Derm. These ladies are truly a blessing and have so much knowledge and skill. You can tell they love what they do and every time I am there they make me feel beautiful. Sherrin Smith: One of the most sympathetic Doctors I have met. Dr. Cardellio really listens to your concerns and makes you feel like you’re her only patient because she really cares.
Dom: I dealt with Dr. Amy Cardellio due to a random illness I experienced. She was awesome in getting to the bottom of it & making me feel heard. She spoke to me like a human, not just a patient. She also consistently worked with me on a plan to get better.Most importantly, I felt that she was truly concerned with my well-being & not just getting through our appointments. I'm 30yrs & she is 1 of a few doctors that I feel comfortable trusting as far as feeling that I will be heard & understood. As a Black female, this is really an issue I run into so that felt amazing.Dr. Cardellio gave me great confidence that if any of the same health issues arise in the future, she will be available to help me. The staff is also always nice & it is a nice office. The lobby also has chairs distanced away from each other for safety.

Anita Rosenberger: Have had to do some "doctor shopping" due to meeting with doctors who just don't seem to care, who are rude, or just plain weird. I LOVE Dr. Amy. She takes all concerns seriously, she's on top of her game - she referred me to my PCP for an issue she saw on bloodwork and the PCP was pleasantly surprised that she had done appropriate testing and did refer. After enjoying a long stint of 30-40 yrs without skin or hair issues, I am now dealing with multiple problems. Dr. Amy is helping with all of them and I am so pleased and happy that a good friend referred me to Dr. Cardellio. I will say that she IS popular due to her great bedside manner, so there may sometime be a wait. If this is a concern, try to schedule early. Otherwise know that she spends the time needed with each patient and that may cause her to run behind so know that ahead of time and be prepared (good book, video game, whatever helps lobby time.) It will be worth your while to work with a great doctor.
Greg Keys: I had visited four other doctors and my father recommended this one. I can't begin to say how fortunate I was to have her diagnose my issue within the first few minutes and get me on the right path to being healed while managing it!I was misdiagnosed by every other dermatologist in the tri-county area. One lanced my faced in an attempt to fix it. This family knows their business and runs the best skin practice in Michigan. I can't recommend them any higher! Thank you Dr Cardellio!!!

Best Botox treatments I've had. 4 stars because I've had some issues in scheduling appointments with my availability for Botox as it's a speciality in this office. However, their office manager, Megan, was very consistent in contacting me and following up to help me get on their schedule - and that I think is great patient care!
