Jaime Shedlock: I love Dr. Karlene! He is an utmost professional!! He is an Ivy league graduate with more knowledge than the many dermatologists I have seen in the past.I was referred to Dr. Karlene years ago by my PCP, who sees him as well.A couple of years ago I was diagnosed with Hodgkins and needed a stem cell transplant. During this process, I was subjected to many different types of chemotherapy which ravaged my body and left me severe immune suppression. The side effects included a severe rash that my oncologists (at an unnamed hospital system) couldn't diagnose! Dr. Karlene conducted a biopsy and correctly diagnosed me with Graft vs. Host.Dr. Karlene speaks in a pleasant voice and SPENDS time with you until all your needs are met and questions are answered!! As he only works at the Warren location two days a week, this can lead to wait times. I assure you that the waits are worth it!!!His assistant, Ann Marie is equally wonderful!I consider Dr. Karlene a friend and referral for life as he counseled me through the worst time in my life. I have referred many friends and family to him.My only hope is that he gets himself on tik tok to spread his knowledge and professionalism to the world!! LOL!
Rob Sulo: Dr karlene is an amazing doctor helped me alot, the staff here not so much, had multiple visits with no help the workers up front don’t know what their doing waited over an hour multiple times with an appointment when others were let in before me with a later appointment will never return here
Julz Sparks: Absolutely amazing office staff and Dr's! The young lady that checked me out was so sweet and accommodating! She was also very patient with me, her name was Laura, I believe. She definitely made the experience one of a kind, I've never been treated with such compassion and understanding ❤️
Leslie Gilbert: My daughter has been a pt here for a couple years now, and the service provided is great, however be prepared that you will almost never been seen at your appt time. We typically have to wait 15-60 mins.
Rocky Shaba: Dr. karlene is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I would recommend him to everyone, but i don’t because i dont want him to get too busy . I only refer him to my closest friends. You may have to wait a while to see him but it is worth the wait.
Arkishi Davis: I did not leave happy at all. First….i waited in excess of 44 minutes to be seen in an appointment that was scheduled 3 weeks in advance. When i was seen and expressed my concern about the blotches on my skin, the physician aid that i saw ruled it as dry skin and prescribed me a an ointment. I said ma’am, these spots are multiplying. She ignored me and instructed me to make an appt for 60 days out. I promise i will not be back. I felt that another examination was not done and the convenience of the office being less than 5 minutes from my home was muddled by the fact that i waited 44 minutes in the lobby and 27 minutes in the exam room.
Europe Collert: The representative was extremely rude answering the phone to the point where I didn’t want to bed an appointment.
Adraboran Davis-Blake: Dr. Karlene is great. I have been struggling with extreme eczema for about 6 years. He is the first doctor that prescribed medicine thar gives real relief from the itching and scars
Olly G: Oh my god I love this place, best derma I’ve ever been to if I’m gonna be honest, love Lauren and Rihanna so much they’re like the big sisters that tell you what you NEED to hear 😭❤️ I swear every other dermatologist I’ve had since age 14 combined don’t even come close to the help and results I’ve gotten from just one month of going here. Jackie Albertie: The waiting room is clean, modern and gorgeous. Front desk staff are professional and kind. Physician Assistant, Lauren Weinberg, has literally transformed my skin from a rosacea nightmare into clear, smooth and bump-free! She is so caring and took the time to listen to all my concerns - especially because I went to numerous other practices with no improvement at all. I would highly recommend Karlene Dermatology! She has also made a big improvement in my flare ups caused by wearing a mask all day.
Steve Pae: I had lots of age spots on my face, arms and other parts of body, and Dr. Karlene and his staffs (Annamarie Montreuil) took care of my issue upon visiting since last August. Now I am clean and became a brand-new man! Thanks for your excellent skin care with my issue.
Destiny Avant: I’ve known the name Dr. Scott Karlene since I was 6 years old as Dr.Karlene has treated my mother and my aunt in the past so I was hopeful that he’d be able to help me. I recently began having sensitive to the touch skin and bad aggressive cystic acne on my cheeks. Yes, his office does have a rough 30 min wait, but Dr.Karlene is impeccable at what he does. How can you not anticipate an award winning, knowledgeable Doctor to not have a long line of patients? Amber Starnes: Dr. Karlene is the best in the business! He has been my Doctor for years and his expertise, knowledge, and compassion makes him a cut above the rest. Out of all the physicians I have encountered, he by far has had the absolute BEST bedside manner. He makes you feel like a million bucks even when you feel like $20, ha ha. His staff is pleasant and helpful. If you need any cosmetic or skin care regimens Ann Marie and Jeanette are THE holy grail when it comes to this aspect of Derm. These ladies are truly a blessing and have so much knowledge and skill. You can tell they love what they do and every time I am there they make me feel beautiful. I have sent many of my co-workers and friends to their office and we all feel like we are finally getting results. I can't say express enough how truly grateful I am to have this team helping me with this aspect of medicine. If you're looking for skin care, cosmetic derm procedures or have a dermatological concern Dr. Karlene Dr. Gaffney and their staff are your answer. Look no further!!!!
