Steals Deals: BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!GREG IS A THIEF I purchased a home from him over 2 years ago. Unbeknownst to me he never completed the transaction. I reached out to him several time with no response and his mailbox stays full. He was emailed per his request for faster service and guess what no response again. In addition to that he was very rude during the transaction but he was tolerated as I wanted the home. I WOULD NOT & WILL CONTINUE to spread the word on how he took my money & did not complete the transaction .

I've seen you guys flipping a lot of houses and know I know why you'll ruin neighborhoods one house at a time.. Not to mention a funny part is they had to dig up the front yard for a main clean-out just two months after buying the hoise... Now I get to look at that lawn/mudpit eyesore probably till I can get what I paid for my house because I can guarantee to they have no motivation to fix it... PLEASE respond to this and I will prove every word I speak.. GSA should be reported for ruining neighborhoods..

Julie Bayley: Very Shady Company, unethical is the word that comes to mind, I would have given them 0 stars but that wasn't an option,. If you are looking to purchase a home and they are the listing agent LOOK ELSEWHERE. They list a house at one price, ask for best and highest by a certain date and time and then the listing magically disappears and reappears as a brand new listing at 36k over the original list price, not sure what they are trying to pull but looks very shady and unethical to me. Don't waste your time looking at homes that are listed by GSA.
