A racoon got into my roof and caused extensive damage plus it was time to replace the roof anyway.Jacob has excellent customer service skills and was very thorough with his inspection. The sales rep Ryan came and made his presentation to use along with the products that would go on our home! He was patient and answered all of our questions. Michael Register: Been using Mayan Roofing LLC for a while now, and have had nothing but great experiences. Have had them roof a 28-unit building when I was on the board of my condo, saving lots of money over the property manager's quotes. They did my Dads flat roof. Have also had them come out for leaks that they were able to fix while other companies told me I needed a new roof. I don't call for other quotes when it comes to roof work now.

Mike came to our house and discussed all our options and was there the day of removal/install of our new roof. They did an amazing job cleaning up! We've heard so many stories about how much garbage was left everywhere after getting a roof from friends that used other contractors. Luckily we did not have that happen to us, our yard was cleaned so thoroughly by Mike's team. The roof looks great and has done well through the first few storms and all indication is that will do well for years to come. Mike and his team lived up to the high standard you should expect. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for how much he said it would cost. Mike owns his own dumpster so you don't have to worry about it sitting in your driveway for days before or after the job is done; he brings it with him the day of and takes it with him when they are done.His team is huge and full of guys that have been doing roofs for a long time. He does not you teams of random guys, you get the guys that have been with him for many years. This really ensures that you get a quality job.Overall I would highly recommend Mike and his team to friends and family.

Darren Gray: I had put off getting my siding replaced and a new roof for a number of years. When it was finally time, I called around and got quotes from three different companies in the area. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Mike got ahold of one of his guys, Ryan, and had him come out in about an hours time and tarp it up for us to stop the leaking. Mike and Ryan were very professional. Hippo Licious: After receiving several bids, Derricks company, Prime Square Construction had the best price using the best materials. When the roofing crew came, they maintained a very clean & safe workplace and finished before schedule. When additional problems arose while repairing the roof they did a first class job repairing it and never even mentioned additional cost. I was impressed with his quest for customer satisfaction. Derrick photographed and videoed before, during as well as after pictures and videos of the roof so I will have a full understanding of the problem. He also stopped by twice just to check to make sure shingles are sealing.
Tom Zellen: Derek and his crew undertook a full tear-off and new roof on an exterior pullbarn in Metamora. He was a pleasure to work with and finished the job quickly and professionally. The roof had a translucent ridge originally installed in 1974 that acted as a skylight for the barn. I requested that he salvage the ridge and reinstall it onto the new roof. He agreed and was able to fulfill the request marrying the new roof with the old ridge. I am very pleased with the result. I would recommend Derek and his crew to anyone looking for a quick and professional repair or new roof.

The 37,000 square foot building had stood vacant for over 10 years and we knew some major work would need to be done on the roof. Said he “forgot” to show up on one day when he said he would be coming. Anytime we tried to reach out, he would send us straight to voicemail and ghost us completely. Finally got an answer once I called from a different number, and said he would call back in a few minutes, but of course he never did! Don’t even reach out, cause he doesn’t want your business. Look elsewhere!
chuck the mauler: We had RNP Roofing replace the roof on our home. He (Richard) came out to give us a quote and was prompt, professional and on time. We were told he could start the job in 2 weeks, and it would only take one day. He came through on all counts. He and Paul were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.The reason I gave them the work is twofold. One, their price was fair and at the lower end of others we had got. Two, we use RNP at our commercial building (Paradox Church) in Warren where we have an old leaky flat roof. EVERY TIME I text Richard I get an immediate reply saying he'll be right out. For 3 years he took our annoying texts and came out EVERY TIME, even though the leaks weren't his fault or his roof. Anyone can replace your roof, but what happens when or if there is an issue? Kroy Lamase: The employees are a plague every time they’re in our complex working. Throwing planks with nails and debris blindly off the roof and parking obnoxiously blocking all the exits and entrances... incredibly rude and trashy people.

Patrick Vaughn: Had Richard from RNP roofing come out to replace my roof. Was told it would take a day. They started the job July 3rd 2018. Of course they didn't finish in one day. Was told they would return July 5th. Only July 6th after multiple phone calls and my roof still not completed I got a hold of Richard and he informed me he "forgot" he had a trip to Florida and would be back July 9th to finish the roof. On July 10th the roof was finally finished. Except the roof had issues on a brand new just installed roof I already had an issue which he immediately fixed. They also forgot to install vents for the bathroom fans. Then in October I discover a roof leak, not just a leak a hole in my roof. Richard again came out and fixed it but this was a brand new roof. Since then I discovered nails which were left behind and smashed into the shingles, missing roof tar on exposed nails, and a leaking vent stack flashing. RNP also installed a roof for my mother-in-law. She's now on her second roof leak. I had to withhold payment on my roof to get Richard out to fix her roof the first time. If you want your roof done cheap go with RNP. If you want your roof done right find someone else.
Christian Pechman: Rich is an honest man and is dedicated to his work. I haven't seen any other roofing company get a job done as fast as Rich. When we hired him to do our roof he was already starting tear off at 7am and was done with the whole job before 2pm. He is a man of his word. We moved recently and when our new house needs a roof we know who we'll be calling.

The current roof is to be over 18 years old, and due for replacement.Due to my financial crunch, within 24 hrs, Rich was able to locate and repair the current issue., At " No Charge". Eric Jones: Rich was professional and responsive. Did a good job on replacing our roof. Gave a fair price (including a one year warranty). Too bad he had no intentions of honoring the warranty. After discovering an issue with the roof that caused a leak I call Rich. Immediate attitude and lack of interest in helping. He did agree to come out and look at the issue. Then rescheduled due to weather, then no showed for the following appointment. I called him, he answered and said he would call me right back. 45 minutes after he was supposed to be at the house, he had not showed or called back (as he said he would). I called and left him a message and he never returned it...guess he doesn't stand by his work!

Steve Dombroski: Really happy with the work that Tim completed for me. I had to have a shed repaired due to a wind storm, and it wasn't enough damage to warrant an insurance claim. He was able to find vinyl siding that, although they didn't make the same type anymore, it matched very closely and looked great. He also cleaned up a couple of other areas for the shed as well.Quality work and great communication. I would definitely recommend.

Sleeping Dog: Can't say enough good things about this company. First off, they were the only company that would do an emergency repair because my roof was leaking. Second, they were able to come out the same day I called. Chris and Jeff came to my house, repaired the roof and did a thorough inspection. They were upfront and honest about what we needed and all costs involved. I needed a completely new roof including replacing all the plywood. The crew of 6 they sent out were very nice and got the whole job done in 1 day. Heather made arrangements for Jeff and Chris to come out and inspect the attic and thoroughly explain the different products they have to offer. Once the decision was made, I received a call thanking me for choosing Martino, Agnes walked me through the scheduling, Christina took care of the financial. Roof crew were polite and hard working, constantly cleaning up and checking for nails. Took exceptional care protecting shrubs and property. Clayton Swope: I reached out to Martino Home Improvements originally for a quote on siding repair on my cottage, but their prices were so reasonable that I ended up having them do a full siding replacement. The employees were fast, friendly, and professional, and they did an amazing job! They left the site even cleaner than it was when they arrived, and it looks like a brand new cottage! My wife and I are planning to have the driveway redone and a patio added out back, and I won't use anyone else for projects in the future! Unfortunately, I could not get it repaired, therefore it had to be replaced. I received several estimates and Martino Home Improvement provided the best value. In addition, I was able to upgrade the screen porch to a three-season sunroom for a nominal cost.The team members were extremely professional and had excellent communication with me and informed me of every step of the project's progress. Merri Busch: Great local company and a good community neighbor. Their pricing was fair, even got a 10% veteran discount. The inspections and delivery of supplies went great. The roofing crew, sub contractors, came at 721am and were done by 1144am. They used a magnet in the yard to clean up nails and picked up all the trash. Ive used them for two new roofs, (my house, and then my sisters), including one tear off, and a roof repair a couple of years BEFORE the new roof. Joshua Caldwell: I Reached Out To Martino Home Improvements For A Full Concrete Driveway Replacement, Vinyl Siding, Gutters & Soffit/Fascia. I Scheduled The Estimate For 1/21 @ 2pm. On 1/20 - The Receptionist I Spoke With The Week Prior Asked If Closer To 3pm Would Be Ok Cus The Sales Consultant Had A 1.5 Hour Drive (From Lapeer to Westland) I Was Understanding & Said That’d Be Fine, I Had No Plans. On 1/21 @ 4:45 - The Sales Consultant, Jeffrey Called Me & Said It Wouldn’t Be Till Closer To 7pm & That Itd Be Dark So Wouldn’t Be Able To Take Accurate Measurements & Had His Son With Him. He Was Apologetic & Offered To Come Next Day. The Receptionist, Donna Also Seemed Sweet. But Unfortunately Due To The 2 Reschedules Just For An Estimate - It Was Clear That They Are Short Handed, Which Is A Big Red Flag When Hiring A Home Improvement Company - especially for my size project. When work began the team was extremely professional and did amazing work. There was no surprises and nothing was done without our knowledge. They went above and beyond when some water damage issues brought in some unexpected cost and some other electrical issues. They explained what our options were and worked with us to find the best and yet most inexpensive solution to fix it. We will most definitely use Martino for any future home improvements!
