A racoon got into my roof and caused extensive damage plus it was time to replace the roof anyway.Jacob has excellent customer service skills and was very thorough with his inspection. Throughout the entire process the company effectively communicated with me about my project.The crew did a wonderful job with my new roof, soffit fascia, and gutter replacement. The sales rep Ryan came and made his presentation to use along with the products that would go on our home! He was patient and answered all of our questions. Patrick Hayden: Mike's Construction installed our new roof and gutters and we could not be more happy! We highly recommend them for anything! We had such a great experience getting a new roof. Mike came to our house and discussed all our options and was there the day of removal/install of our new roof. They did an amazing job cleaning up! We've heard so many stories about how much garbage was left everywhere after getting a roof from friends that used other contractors. Luckily we did not have that happen to us, our yard was cleaned so thoroughly by Mike's team. The roof looks great and has done well through the first few storms and all indication is that will do well for years to come. Mike and his team lived up to the high standard you should expect. He did everything he said he would do, when he said he would do it and for how much he said it would cost. Mike owns his own dumpster so you don't have to worry about it sitting in your driveway for days before or after the job is done; he brings it with him the day of and takes it with him when they are done.His team is huge and full of guys that have been doing roofs for a long time. He does not you teams of random guys, you get the guys that have been with him for many years. This really ensures that you get a quality job.Overall I would highly recommend Mike and his team to friends and family.

Darren Gray: I had put off getting my siding replaced and a new roof for a number of years. When it was finally time, I called around and got quotes from three different companies in the area. All three were recommended. First off, Mike's Construction was, by far, the most professional with the quoting process. He wasn't high pressure. Explained all of the different options. I went a little higher end because I wanted the extra warranty that came with it. The roofing was done first and I could not believe how this crew worked. Complete tear-off and re-decking. These guys were done by 3pm. And I didn't see a nail in sight afterwards. The siding was a few weeks later. House and garage done in two days. And, frankly, it looks great. I highly recommend this company.

Cheri Simpson: we had a leak in our roof going into the bedroom. We called late in the afternoon, left a message on his VM. He called back within a half hour. I told him about the situation. Mike got ahold of one of his guys, Ryan, and had him come out in about an hours time and tarp it up for us to stop the leaking. Mike and Ryan were very professional. Brian B: This company came out to quote a roof and repair a water leak. Never showed for repair and rescheduled over phone. Then no show again and we had to call for reason for no show and no call. Then we got told we had to wait additional 8 weeks for repair because they are busy. Went to another source for the leak repair work. Will not use for the roof repair now. Hope other potential customers have a better experience. First experiences always matter.
Linda Miller: I've used this company 4 times. The first time I called was for a gutter that had come loose on my dormer. Even though it was a small job, Justin came out to take a look right away He got up on the roof and fixed the gutter, no charge. When he was walking on the roof around the dormer, he thought it felt a little spongy so Jim Swift came out to evaluate if venting might be needed. I braced myself for a big expense but was pleasantly surprised when Jim said it was fine. At this point I knew this was a company that could be trusted. I've since used them for gutter guard installation, gutter repair & repitching, and just recently a roof tear off and replacement on my dormer.Jim has always been responsive and patient with my questions. Heather Meade: Had a senior family member use this company, they didnt put the chimney pan on correctly after numerous attemps to get them back out do to water pouring in the basement they refused to help. we had to call someone else out here to tell us we had scrap shingle on the roof, extra nails just left and a chimney pan with no sealent on it. very disappointed in the service of this company. Daniel Brumfield: We are in the midst of replacing roofing and siding, which is a massive project for us. We have talked to Harold Davenport twice. The first was a quote for the roof, and the second was for both and sealing the deal. Harold is a great, personable guy.He wants to make it make sense, from a budget standpoint, from a quality standpoint. We don't leave the meetings confused. He respects our space, and our comfort. We were never pressured into a decision we'd regret.
Robert Werthman: Thank you Mitchell and Kanga Roof for coming out and assessing my roof and providing an affordable repair estimate--compared to the one other estimate I was able to get! I am residential and part of my roof is flat TPO. It has been very hard to find anyone who will even take a look at it. I think I’m even outside of the Kanga Roof service area but they still came out!Mitchell listened to my concerns and did a thorough job in his assessment of the roof. He took clear photos and showed me everything on his tablet and was able to provide an estimate right away. He even fixed an issue with the shingle part of the roof the previous roofers had overlooked! He has been very responsive about any questions I have had. The customer service has been excellent!UPDATE:Rich, John, and Justin came out to repair the flat roof. They did a great job! They arrived on time and came prepared. They had to remove 2 skylights and were careful not to damage the roof or the inside of the house when taking them out. They were thorough cleaning up and removing trash. Rich explained what he was going to do and showed me the repairs after they were done. Rich answered any questions I had. I decided to replace before winter hit. Nate and his crew got it all done just in time before a storm came through! The man I spoke to was pushy and tried to sell me things that I didn’t ask for and need. (Thankfully I had a couple estimates) I feel like he thought I was an easy mark and could be taken advantage of easily because of my husband’s passing. Beware of this predator trying to over charge and take advantage of people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!! I have reported this company with the State of Michigan and the better business bureau along with Angies List. Buyer beware!

natalie ennis: I requested a quote and then a few months later asked to schedule since they were busy. It worked better for our timing and theirs. They requoted and was around $500 more with less service. We continued to go forward anyway. They had to reschedule several times. Sent a crew out and they left a mess everywhere. Shards of metal all over the yard, front and back and dirt all over our lawn furniture and porch. First rain... the gutters leaked all around the house. We were told that they were busy so they hired another crew to help and that their "a team" would be back out to look over the installation. After the crew came again and "repaired" the gutters, the gutters still leaked. We were asked to go outside when it rained and take video of the leaks. The roofing crew, sub contractors, came at 721am and were done by 1144am. They used a magnet in the yard to clean up nails and picked up all the trash. Ive used them for two new roofs, (my house, and then my sisters), including one tear off, and a roof repair a couple of years BEFORE the new roof. chuck the mauler: We had RNP Roofing replace the roof on our home. He (Richard) came out to give us a quote and was prompt, professional and on time. We were told he could start the job in 2 weeks, and it would only take one day. He came through on all counts. He and Paul were great to work with, and I highly recommend them.The reason I gave them the work is twofold. One, their price was fair and at the lower end of others we had got. Two, we use RNP at our commercial building (Paradox Church) in Warren where we have an old leaky flat roof. EVERY TIME I text Richard I get an immediate reply saying he'll be right out. For 3 years he took our annoying texts and came out EVERY TIME, even though the leaks weren't his fault or his roof. Anyone can replace your roof, but what happens when or if there is an issue? Patrick Vaughn: Had Richard from RNP roofing come out to replace my roof. Was told it would take a day. They started the job July 3rd 2018. Of course they didn't finish in one day. Was told they would return July 5th. Only July 6th after multiple phone calls and my roof still not completed I got a hold of Richard and he informed me he "forgot" he had a trip to Florida and would be back July 9th to finish the roof. On July 10th the roof was finally finished. Except the roof had issues on a brand new just installed roof I already had an issue which he immediately fixed. They also forgot to install vents for the bathroom fans. Then in October I discover a roof leak, not just a leak a hole in my roof. Richard again came out and fixed it but this was a brand new roof. Since then I discovered nails which were left behind and smashed into the shingles, missing roof tar on exposed nails, and a leaking vent stack flashing. RNP also installed a roof for my mother-in-law. She's now on her second roof leak. I had to withhold payment on my roof to get Richard out to fix her roof the first time. If you want your roof done cheap go with RNP. If you want your roof done right find someone else.
Christian Pechman: Rich is an honest man and is dedicated to his work. I haven't seen any other roofing company get a job done as fast as Rich. When we hired him to do our roof he was already starting tear off at 7am and was done with the whole job before 2pm. He is a man of his word. We moved recently and when our new house needs a roof we know who we'll be calling.
Joseph Anderanin: I was refered too RNP by my neighbor to find and repair a roof leak damaging my ceiling. The current roof is to be over 18 years old, and due for replacement.Due to my financial crunch, within 24 hrs, Rich was able to locate and repair the current issue., At " No Charge". All he asked was for me to allow him to bid for the roof when i was ready to replace. I will contract RNP this year to replace roofing on both house and garage.Joseph - Stricker St.
Eric Jones: Rich was professional and responsive. Did a good job on replacing our roof. Gave a fair price (including a one year warranty). Too bad he had no intentions of honoring the warranty. After discovering an issue with the roof that caused a leak I call Rich. Immediate attitude and lack of interest in helping. He did agree to come out and look at the issue. Then rescheduled due to weather, then no showed for the following appointment. I called him, he answered and said he would call me right back. 45 minutes after he was supposed to be at the house, he had not showed or called back (as he said he would). I called and left him a message and he never returned it...guess he doesn't stand by his work!
