Loocsinatas “Loocsinatas”: My absolute favorite pizza place. I always get the white sauce instead of red sauce. It's a big deal to me if the pizza place has white sauce option instead of red. They have the best pizza, and the best white sauce in town. They also have great grinders and wings. 10/10 I highly recommend it

Andrew Perry: I love Passport Pizza, but I’m tired of its pricing policy. I stopped today to order some pizza. The in-store add states that the large Famous combo is $27.99 so I figured it was about $30 bucks after tax. The employee advised me that the cost was $34.83. I asked why? He told me because of tax. I told him the tax isn’t that much on 28 bucks. Another employee rudely grabbed the flyer I was looking at and pointed towards the bottom which stated prices may change without notice. I apologized for the misunderstanding and asked what the new price was. He told me $32.99. 2 issues (1) the first employee said it was that price because of tax (2) even if the price was $32.99, when you include tax on 32.99 it is more than 34.83.Just giving to me straight and stop pulling prices out of thin air.

Tammy Roller: Took two hours for pizza to be delivered. Arrived at 11:50 PM ice cold. Called no return call, emailed with no return email, and sent complaint on website no reply. I spent $40 on leftover pizza. 🤦🏻‍♀️ This establishment has zero customer service. Would not recommend or return. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

After waiting one hour I called and they said he's on his way. called back after 1/2 hour and was told he's should be there any minute they should have told you we only had one driver. Called back again and said I just wanted to cancel it and I was told I'll have him still bring you the order and I will give you a discount off your next order. He's only 4 minutes away. After two hour and 45 minutes I called again and was told they couldn't find any order from me I had to give them my phone number and address and they said we don't have any order from Luann I said my name is Joanne. Oh he should be pulling up any minute now. He finally showed up and I said I will not order from them again and the guy on the phone hung up on me. I wasn't nasty to him and I didn't appreciate him hanging up on me I had to sign my credit card receipt for a cold burnt order that I waited for 2 hours and 45 minutes. I wander why I was frustrated. Normally I wouldn't write a bad review but after being lied to and hung up on I feel people should know this. I don't care if you are having a bad day don't take it out on the customers. If you only have 1 driver tell people that and don't keep lying to them telling them he's on the way. I had to give them 1 star because it wouldn't let me post otherwise.

S. Skw.: Great location. Friendly staff, clean. Lots of toppings, great sauce, and you know what? Their sandwiches and wings are pretty good, too. Easy to feed a family of four without breaking the bank.

This was my last because the workers were actually trying to justify me having a burnt pizza because of extra cheese after forgetting ALL of my supreme pizza items from the initial order.The language in the store was very loud and inappropriate too. Initially I couldn't tell if there were additional workers or a TV with an extremely loud volume. It was unprofessional.Really, I should've known something was wrong when I saw the lady in front of me turnaround with her order where a topping was missing.I had 5 toppings missing from my initial order and the remake was burnt!The owner/manager was kind. Offered to remake the pizza a 3rd time. I requested a refund instead. I was offered a salad too. I declined it all after my order being messed up twice and seeing the demeanor of the workers. I no longer trusted they'd do right by my food.

Joel King: The you high girl taking my order couldn't get my credit card number right after three attempt's, then she put me on hold and I said put someone on the phone that can compute numbers and she hung up. So I called back and ask for the manager whom answered the phone, so when I asked if she had my correct card number she became offensive and went back to the issue with her employee taking her in to account over me. I must say I grew up on Hayes rd and have been enjoying they're pizza and subs for 45+ years, I'm truly disappointed in the new management and they're hiring choices. Joel king.

Johnsonville Bill: If Buddys pizza and Cloverleaf pizza had a baby, this would be the result. We tried little Italy for the first time last night and was blown away. The food is fresh, delicious, and everything a pizza should be. I also wasn't on the toilet this morning wishing I hadn't eaten pizza, so I know the ingredients hold quality. Thank you for introducing us to what pizza should taste like without stomach pain.
