This will require us to hire another contractor to fix his job and now pay more than was originally quoted to another contractor. Sardelli is now in breach of contract that he signed. The unit didn’t work, so he had the warranty company come look. They concluded the gas line was not providing enough pressure, and Sardelli claims now he said this would happen.So you would install a heater you knew to be an issue, have the warranty company come out and waste time to confirm it, and then tell the customer it’s their problem to solve ?The fact Sardelli didn’t assess the situation and provide a recommendation in advance is a big fail. Actually said “no one on earth tests the gasline before installing” - really?All of this, coupled with the warranty company telling me this is his pattern and they were not fans - I so regret the decision to work with Sardelli.Worst of all, he keeps butt dialing me, so I get some false hope he’s come to realize he’s done this one wrong, but nope…just another sign I chose poorly

Anthony Regan: Got a pool Inspection when I bought my house and he did not test ANYTHING on the pool. Sardelli said an inspection is $375, and didn’t say how lacking/non-thorough the inspection would be. Only spent about 30-40mins with me. He just gave some comments about what he thought about the pool without taking the cover off (this looks good / this looks bad, etc.). He did not care about what my goal was w having him out. I can easily say this was a money grab and a waste of money..Would not recommend

Radu Timbuc: We had our pool installed by Sardelli in the fall of 2019, with last year being the first year that we had it open. We had a great experience with Mike and his team. Mike is very knowledgeable and this can come across as condescending at times, but I can tell you that he means well and wants the best for his clients. Do not be turned away by the other reviews if you want a high quality pool with the best Pentair equipment. All of my friends that have pools are jealous of the efficiency and ease of use of the new equipment. I’m sure it will be tough to get on the schedule for a new pool build, but it is worth the wait. We buy all of our supplies from Sardelli too, and we are very satisfied with the quality and selection.

This year has been a different experience. The young woman usually there now doesn’t wait to hear what you have to say before talking over you. You can tell she’s knowledgeable but it comes off kinda rude.Also the pool guy they recommended (Chris, not affiliated with Dolphin) redid our tile, coping, skimmer and paint. Tile and coping look great. He left some sloppy work and the paint is already bubbling but he won’t return our messages. I know he’s busy but you should still stand behind your work as a contractor.

David made repeated trips out to clean the debris and check on the pool, and helped remedy an issue with the power consumption. Despite the additional work and time involved, he didn't charge anything extra above the normal pool opening fees (which are very competitive).The entire staff is always polite and responsive, remembering who you are and treating you like a valued customer. A couple times I had to travel for business unexpectedly, and they were able to work me into their pool maintenance schedule on the days I requested.Pristine Pool will keep an eye out for potential upcoming maintenance before it becomes an issue, and are honest about how long before an item really needs to be replaced or repaired.I give them my highest recommendation, and thank them for the excellent service they provide at very competitive prices.

She called me names and used profanity multiple times. They did not screw the pool cover anchors back in, as a result my grandchild tripped and hurt himself. We had a scheduled appointment they didn’t come due to weather they called and said they’d be there the next day, however it rained again, we understood. They said they’d be there next weekend and when we waited they never came so we called 3 separate times, no response. Called the following 2 days 3 separate times and twice they said they’d be there the next day, never came, beautiful weather. Called this past week multiple times and had radio silence until we finally got ahold of them after the 6th phone call that week, they said they’d be there friday 5/29 or Saturday 5/30 friday it rained. We waited all Saturday no show with beautiful weather. Called them to get a confirmation, radio silence. We have been customers of theirs for 15 years. Very upsetting and super hard getting ahold of them and haven’t came during beautiful weather days as well. People have been booked with them for later dates that we recommended them to and have gotten their pools opened before us when they scheduled WAY later than us. We are going on 4 weeks coming up, hopefully we will hear from them this week but at this point, im quite pessimistic because of our experience this year. Very frustrating in the middle of a pandemic when we can’t go anywhere, our pool is the only thing we have for summer and it has been scorching hot. Tried finding an inflatable pool just to hold us over until they get here, sadly they are sold out everywhere and I never expected to be waiting this long. Hopefully so positive news will come soon from them. Not mad but disappointed.
