Nick McSherry: I worked with Ray. He's a cool dude and a great artist. The same week I had the money, I was booked for my knuckles. I got everything I wanted and more, his design was flawless. Sya was a blast getting to know as well, hope you find out who Banksy really is! Ray took the time to measure and fit every letter and put together an ink bottle and quill to fit the design. I was fairly charged for his art and time. The room was spotless. He kept conversation when there was to be had and was very open and friendly. He did my knuckles in about two and a half hours, including draw time. I called several shops in the area, Ray got my business because he consulted with me, got the designs aim right away and knew what I wanted without me saying much. Ill be coming back for more time with Ray when I have the money to do what I have planned. Keep up the great work guys, you've got my business for as long as you're in business. Taylor Z: It was my first time there yesterday and honestly I liked the vibe in shop! Everyone seemed nice and artists were hard at work doing Friday the 13th deals. I’m usually the most patient person in the room, that being said, after 7.5 hours of waiting I left. When I first got there I was told 2 hours and waited in the car. Went back inside to see if it was my turn. Was told an hour and 40 minutes. I said okay and waited again. An hour and 20 minutes later I came back in and was told another hour. I decided to wait inside for the last hour, since my name was near the top of the stack I figured I’d be okay. The next two hours I waited on my phone and made some friends. Around 12:45 am I decided to ask how many people were in front of me. My name/paper was further down than it was before and they told me another two hours. That’s when I left. By then it would almost be three in the morning. I had been there since 5:20ish pm. It was very unorganized. Maybe next time the sheets need an arrival time slot, and maybe do it electronically so the people working with the sheets can’t accidentally move papers around. I’m not sure what the solution is here but yesterday was just not it. I appreciate everyone there and doing it all day, the place was packed the entire time I was there and the artists were working quickly and had a long day. That being said, if you’re going to host an event for that long at that size it needs to be way more organized .

I asked for nipple piercings and both nipples were pierced way too deep (the areola was completely pierced for both sides). I understand mistakes are going to happen but it’s so unethical and terrible customer service to let me walk out of the studio without saying anything/owning up to your mistake. An infection started and the areolas started to swell and turn purple/ bruising..I showed my new piercings to a different piercer who was absolutely shocked at how poorly they were pierced and suggested I took them out immediately. anyways I’m very disappointed.Service:Piercings

Arrived spoke to the only person in the shop, he seemed like he would be fine with this task, but he was unable to get the hoop inwhich was extremely painful. He began yelling at me to stop moving, saying this is why I dont pierce anymore! Another customer walked in who I think wanted a piercing and he screamed out no! I'm not doing it! Finally he got a totally different hoop in and I just wanted to get out of there asap. When I got home I realized the hoop was completely misshapen and ruined. Very unprofessional and did not know what he was doing.

I have moved around the country several times, and refused to let anyone else, but him tattoo me because he pays attention to detail, he also listens to the client, but at the same time won’t let me make stupid tattoo choices without explaining or at the very least telling me why it would look awful lol I’ve been to people before him who I have seen let clients get dumb, tattoos or artists that are not experienced. Try things that are beyond their scope and then charge cheaper rates… YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!! Seth Epstein: After watching inkmaster on TV and seeing Sebastian was local to Detroit, I tracked him down to finish (and rework) a huge back piece I’d started previously in NYC. 9 portraits of my 5 daughters in a heart shape with their names within puzzle pieces creating the heart - about 40 hours later my back was completed and I couldn’t have been happier with everything. I’ve since spent another 40-50 hours with him on the most intricate detailed work I’ve ever seen, including a Times Square tribute (NYC) 14 hour session with 3 cars and the entire scene of Times Squares red neon stairs….truely the most detail work in a relatively small amount of skin I’ve ever seen. Christie Wojcik: I've been here several times, all together I've gotten 11 piercings. Hands down, Jeisi is one of the best piercers that you'll be able to find. She's very sweet and funny, and she will guide you through the whole process. The actual needle part takes less than a second.The full procedure is very sterile, and Jeisi makes sure to make everything *perfect*. They don't use unsafe metals here, and are more concerned about you and your piercing rather than monetary gain. (The prices here are fantastic too). The aftercare is fully explained and very clear.Overall, Jeisi really knows her stuff. If you want a piercing, I doubt you'll find a better person.

What's Next: I would highly recommend Dbre' ink tattoo, extremely helpful and very kind. They do great work, tattoos and piercings. Jessie always makes time for when I loose a ball on a piercing. Couldn't recommend enough.

The jewelry he used was too short. My whole earlobe is swollen and sinking in to the hole after 3 week of my piercing. I went back to get it looked it and he told me everything was fine while my whole ear was red swollen and skin flaking he didn’t notice I was having a reaction I had to go to another place shop that was very informative and professional. I was informed that my piercing is pierced at the wrong angle. And that I was having a bad reaction from the jewelry they used. So I decided to take them out to close. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! John Brown: Would never use this place again. (Try to make a long story short) I called to make an appointment and they told me to email them. I emailed with someone name John. I sent him pictures of what I wanted and described in detail what I was looking for. I walked in on the day of my appointment and they gave me a guy name Ryan to work with. He quoted me a price that was waayy to high but I allways heard good things about this place and we all know the saying "you get what you pay for" so I was hoping for a great quality tattoo. Needless to say that wasn't the case. I got home, looked in the mirror, took some pictures of it from different angles and was not satisfied at all. I called to voice my frustration and they told me to come in. Upon returning I expressed how the tattoo was missing details from the picture I showed them, expressed how I was expecting better quality for the price I was paying. Ryan demanded that I pay more for finishing the detail he left out. I told him I was not going to do that. He went and got John. John lied to my face telling me he was just a guy who helped Ryan. After explaining my situation I asked for the owner and then John finally told the truth and said he was the owner. WORST TATTOO EXPERIENCE EVER!Service:Tattoos

Sara Taylor: I'm bout to be 36 I have many tattoos all with meaning, but yesterday I got the best one yet bc he took his time to make sure it was absolutely gorgeous and everything I imagined plus more! Not only did he take his time to make sure it was literally perfect but it's my first tattoo that didn't swell or throb after even with it being a 6 hr session. He has been doing what he loves since 14 and for more experience he did years of studying and learning how to do tattoos so he know how deep, where on the skin , shading the works which shows in all his work especially mine. It's a smaller more personal shop so he can give his full attention strictly on you. He's amazing and beautiful wife brightens up the room when she comes in with her beautiful personality. Both making sure I was ok comfort wise, that I had something to drink and snacks to munch on. He always made sure to ask if I needed a break. All these things make him not only an amazing artist but the personal aspect makes you comfortable and like your right at home which is hard to find especially both in one place. The prices are beyond reasonable. I'm probably the pickiest person when it comes to the art work on my body and I have only allowed now 3 people tattoo me and now I found here everything I've ever looked for.. I will not allow anyone but him tattoo me again that is how amazing he is! I had my daughter with me and not only did they make sure I was comfortable but her as well. I can't sing his praises enough anyone reading this you have to go in meet him , look at his work and trust him bc I promise you'll be like me and you won't allow anyone else to tat you again no joke! I'm still in awe and I'm looking at his work on my arm and I can't believe something so beautiful is on me. It's truly everything I wanted and more! scott carlson: I started going here about 8 months ago, I. Picky, won't lie about that but she was patient on me wanting to view everything. Machine's that are around 150 are more for beginners but the 200 ones are ok and the the 250 to 350 are good quality especially for the price, But the inks are good, haven't tried starbrite yet, but triple black,Kurrai sumi, Moms, and some others are good, the dynamic and gray wash, portrait and a couple other sets are on point, same with the bug pin needles. A little pricey on some items but you know what your getting.
