John Brown: Would never use this place again. (Try to make a long story short) I called to make an appointment and they told me to email them. I emailed with someone name John. I sent him pictures of what I wanted and described in detail what I was looking for. I walked in on the day of my appointment and they gave me a guy name Ryan to work with. He quoted me a price that was waayy to high but I allways heard good things about this place and we all know the saying "you get what you pay for" so I was hoping for a great quality tattoo. Needless to say that wasn't the case. I got home, looked in the mirror, took some pictures of it from different angles and was not satisfied at all. I called to voice my frustration and they told me to come in. Upon returning I expressed how the tattoo was missing details from the picture I showed them, expressed how I was expecting better quality for the price I was paying. Ryan demanded that I pay more for finishing the detail he left out. I told him I was not going to do that. He went and got John. John lied to my face telling me he was just a guy who helped Ryan. After explaining my situation I asked for the owner and then John finally told the truth and said he was the owner. WORST TATTOO EXPERIENCE EVER!Service:Tattoos

Sya was a blast getting to know as well, hope you find out who Banksy really is! Ray took the time to measure and fit every letter and put together an ink bottle and quill to fit the design. I was fairly charged for his art and time. The room was spotless. He kept conversation when there was to be had and was very open and friendly. He did my knuckles in about two and a half hours, including draw time. I called several shops in the area, Ray got my business because he consulted with me, got the designs aim right away and knew what I wanted without me saying much. Ill be coming back for more time with Ray when I have the money to do what I have planned. Keep up the great work guys, you've got my business for as long as you're in business. So hard to find a place that does the Russian technique and it is sooo worth it. ***Update 1 week later: I did the revanessa this time instead of the juvaderm after they continued to recommend it and I am super disappointed 😞 the volume is not there at all. It looks like I got nothing done now and was $200 more. I was told the revanessa wouldn't bruise and I got way more bruising and swelling this time then I did before. They looked really good right after the injections while they were swollen but as soon as swelling went down they look almost the same as they did before I came, just have slight duck lip now. I've gotten my lips done several times before and have never been this sad about it. I also messaged afterwards about odd bruising above my lip and got no response. I loved this place the first time but after being recommended a product that was massively disappointing and not getting any feedback when I reached out about odd bruising really changed my mind. I don't do much for myself so to spend money like that and feel it was for nothing is really disappointing. Still they do have very nice staff but if you know something works for you just stick with it. I felt pressured to choose those product instead and was very disappointed.

They don’t listen to what you want I told them exactly what I wanted and they tried to push other services on me and got annoyed with me when I couldn’t be per-swayed. Andrea Elle: I went in last year for botox and filler and it was recommended I get threads, which I should have never agreed to without learning more about the risks. I have a fairly advanced autoimmune disease, which I had indicated on my intake forms. I had surgical suture hypersensitiviy after the procedure, and it's been a nightmare! I was told my a plastic surgeon in the area I live that threads are NOT recommended to patients with AI. I further found out that one of the contraindications of thread procedures are people with autoimmune disease. My own fault in a way. Hard lesson learned. The staff have always been kind to deal with, thus the 3* rating.

Danielle Dewyer: So I came to laser duet looking to get rid of unwanted hair like everyone else. I was a skeptic at first since I had done laser removal before 15 years ago and it was so much different. This just seemed to easy with very minimal pain. I took a chance and started my 6 treatments which the first 2 I didn’t seem to have much of an effect on them stubborn hairs but I continued and after the 3rd treatment BAM 💥 there was such a difference and barely any hair. So it might take a few treatments before the magic happens but trust me it happens!! This place is also very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. Gigi is one of the girls up there and she is amazing! I would totally recommend this place to service your laser needs and I seen they do so much more. Then the staff convinced me to further my treatment and I got picoway and ultherapy I didn't think my face could ever look this good. Matt Theisen: I have always been self conscious about residual redness on both my cheeks from prior acne (with broken capillaries) along with acne scarring. I did 4 treatments with the PicoWay Resolve Laser for $2100 starting in January 2023 (and spaced 1 month apart). I guess I should have thought out my decision to do the laser much more thoroughly. A laser will not undo the tethering that pulls down the skin to the underlying tissue (so it won't help acne scarring). You need subcision and a filler for that. That was my fault.I was so disappointed that the technician who did the laser (for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sessions) was more focused on my forehead lines (each time) instead of the reason I was there (for redness and texture issues on both my cheeks). Each session seemed a little rushed too. I would not recommend the PicoWay Resolve laser at Laser Duet. Then I learned some people only had to pay $1600 (while I paid $500 more). So disappointing.However, I did botox and they probably have the best price around ($8 per unit).

Gary Durrance Jr: Absolute WASTE of time and money! I’ve waited 2 years before leaving a honest review. I started going to Ryan in 2019 for a complete removal of a face tattoo. I was quoted for around 8 sessions for complete removal. I trusted the process and followed directions and after completing the 8 sessions with almost no results and never any good communication about my concerns of my results with Ryan I stopped going completely in 2021. I never informed him that I was going to stop going, I just stopped. He has never once contacted me in two years about my next appointment or follow up on why I am not continuing. I thought maybe it was my body not pushing out the ink. Fast forward I have done my research and starting this over with a highly rated company and have had more success in ONE session with them then EIGHT with Ryan. Also, I’ve been told that the laser Ink Blasters use is NOT meant for tattoo removal. I would have swelling, purple bruising and blisters every session with Ink blasters. The smell of my skin burning. I’ve had zero of that with a different company. He sends you home with after care instructions and texts you the day after to follow up. The office itself is very clean and looks like a doctor office. This isn’t like a back-alley tattoo removal place, or like getting a tattoo removed at a tattoo shop… This is more like a doctor’s office.I knew I found the right place for my tattoo removal!Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable, experienced professional. He explains the whole process in detail. He can also give you an estimate of how many sessions it will take for a complete removal.I came in for a consultation, but afterwards, I was offered to complete the first removal session right then and there, as it is actually quite a quick process, surprisingly. A single session for my quite large tattoo took only around 7 minutes.We began with a test spot, to access the pain. It wasn’t too bad… Reasonably less painful than getting the tattoo itself.Ryan is very accommodating, offering breaks and other ways to help lessen the pain of the removal.After the session, I was provided with aftercare instructions, and a goodie bag of medicine to apply to the tattoo if needed.Ryan even texted me to check up on me the day after the session! I didn’t encounter any issues after the session, other than a small amount of soreness and itchiness, which even is encountered after getting a tattoo as it’s healing.I would highly recommend Ink Blasters for tattoo removal. I told her that it was not true and even tried to show her my text messages to confirm my last visit. She refused and wanted me to pay a new charge all over again. I kindly decline and found another place to get my treatment done. I’m a black woman and i didn’t like the mistreatment. I WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS PLACE. There are other good surrounding places who respect their clients of all shades and won’t try to gyp you for money. ZERO STARS!!

Mel: Terrible, bizarre experience here on so many levels. I came in for my first session wanting to learn about pricing for laser hair removal. Early on, the practioner pulled her pants down to show me "how good" her bikini line looked, which made me very uncomfortable. The same woman started working on me before fully explaining cost, and through the entire procedure was EXTREMELY pushy and manipulative, insisting I get much more services done than I could afford or intended on. Pricing was completely unclear as she kept saying how she would give me secret discounts and do extra work if i agreed to more work. It was really unnerving to go through this while naked on the table and already having had the laser started. There were some moments where I really questioned the hygeinic practices... like when one of the workers insisted I dip my fingers into a large multiuse container of cooling cream. All in all I had made a huge financial commitment while under duress. The women who worked on me would say weird things like "I love you" or "you're like my daughter" all the time. I was literally only there for 3 sessions of laser. I ended up ending services before I received all the sessions I paid for. It was that bad. When I told them I no longer wanted to come in and explained what happened, they refused to refund any money. Instead one of the employees started incessantly calling me on her personal line so we could "talk it through".

I have course dark hair and I've had 10 sessions. After 6 sessions about 75% of the hair was gone.
