Steve Paridee: Hadn't been here in awhile due to health reasons. My dad decided he wanted to try them. So I tried to order online through the app but unfortunately it kept redirecting me to a location further from my house.Anyway, I arrived at the location and went inside. They were busy so I cut them some slack as I wasn't acknowledged right away nor was my order taken right away even though there wasn't anyone at the counter.Then finally the manager acknowledged me and asked if I had ordered. He called counter and one of the store's associates, (Davion) who was actually on his way to the back of the store turned around to take my order.Rather than give my order verbally I showed him my phone. Where I was then informed that the customize your own box advertised on tv and online couldn't be done in store and except only online. I was disappointed a little as there was somethings I wanted to get so I just stated to him, just give me certain things. What I ordered was less and turned out to be more money than if I had ordered it all online and received more food. Davion did say though that I got a drink with my order which was cool.It's not that it was the store's fault or Davion's, but more of a corporate thing. It doesn't say in the TV commercials nor does it say on the app "Online only" but as I walked out of the store I happened to notice self kiosk so I wondered if I could had ordered from them and gotten what I really wanted at a cheaper price. Plus the app wouldn't let me pick the location i was at not even with allowing my location while in the app. It's not about the money but the principle of the matter.Parking: Plenty of spots openWheelchair accessibility: Had several spots open

AJ AX: This location is a total scam. They accept mobile orders and mark as ready for pickup, but then refuse to fulfill them or issue a refund. Was told to cancel order in app, but that wasn't an option because app said they already fulfilled the order and it was ready for pickup. Dining room was locked! when it should have been open, and sign said it was open, so had to go through drive through line to get rudely told how I was being ripped off and wasn't getting served any food.

Thank Drew: FOOD POISONING!!!Been going here once every few months for the past 3 years. Mostly good experience. Slow drive through, ok food, staff is usually great. Recently my son and I got REALLY SICK following eating here. I know for CERTAIN it was this that made us sick because my fiance didn't eat any and she was fine. It was the only thing my son and I ate that night that could have made us sick. Please check the dates on your stock. FIFO stands for first in first out. I'll over look the wait time every time to get fresh food. I worked fast food for years and am very patient and understanding, but don't make my kid and I vomit for an entire day and miss school / work. Ugh.

Hussein Bazzi: I ordered 3 Doritos tacos and one chz bean burrito to a bag with 2 tacos only, and then again after I go back in line, I am being questioned whether I just walked in or came through the drive thru- very odd. They were higher than me as I told them only the drive thru is open and I was before the last person that just drove away. He said he was giving me an extra taco which sounded fishy anyways but I took it as they were righting their wrongs. Anyways I get home, no sauce in the bag because the sauces were in the other 2 bags she tries to hand me. 2 of the tacos had chicken in them and one had potatoes, like whaaaaaat? This was at 1am I mean they were all over the place. Very very very bad service. Eat here only if it's your last resort and you're literally going to starve if you don't eat from here. Sorry not sorry. Ps this was the dude on the bike you couldn't get the receipt for that you claimed was in the first bag with 2 tacos in it. Pay attention. They have children working at night getting high and mixing anything in a bag and serving.

Jairocey Simpson: Upon my arrival inside of this Taco Bell I since and observed negative energy and activity coming from the young black boys and girls who I believe spit in my food and were all suspiciously running back and forth to the back of the fast food restaurant and peeping 👀 back and forth at my cap and facial features, and then I noticed a red Chrysler 300 with black tented windows pulled up and a fat black young woman gets out along with her little daughter and I noticed how she and one of the young black boys were suspiciously whispering to each other and glancing back and forth over at me and at one point she walked over to the soda machine and looked over at me cap and facial features while one of the other young female girls set over across from me to the right side of me faking like she was taking a break with her cellphone 📱 in her hand and I noticed how she kept looking 👀 over at my facial features along with the other young males and females and obviously though they were looking 👀 at some photos and/or discriptions facial recognition on some thing in the back of the restaurant. I will never eat at that Taco Bell again nor at any other Taco Bell in the state of Michigan. These young people working inside of this Taco Bell stinks really bad. 👺

Sarah Polk: My biggest issue is the menu in the drive thru. What I wanted (steak burrito) wasn't listed on the menu anywhere. After I ordered I saw it pop up on a digital display that kept scrolling through different specials. It looked like an advertisement so I overlooked it. That drive thru is also poorly designed so it's always backed up and people are frustrated so there was no way I was going to hold the line up to redo my order. Simplify the menu!! You want people in and out, stop designing them like billboards and just list the menu items so they're clear and easy to read!

Daniel Ring: This location was out of beef. I ordered a chicken meal that came with a taco. Their plan was to make me a lettuce taco. When I asked if there was a substitute for beef, they offered chicken or steak. I asked for chicken and they actually charged me to substitute the no beef for a meat. Then they refused to give me a receipt. The only redeeming feature to this was that the food was good.
