caleb ladd: Both google and the website say this location opens the lobby at 6 am. I showed up at 6:30 and the door was locked. I banged on the window to get the workers' attention thinking they just forgot to unlock it. Some lady working inside just kinda stared at me with her mouth hanging open for a few seconds and went back to whatever she was doing.I need to make something clear: this isn't because they feel unsafe, it's because the employees are lazy and they don't want to serve any customers other than the ones who pull up to the drive thru.

Sunshine V.: i have been coming here and usually it’s in the afternoon/evening before, but now i usually come early in the morning. before, my orders would be wrong but the employees were friendly.now that i go early in the morning, i would like to know who works here early in the morning at 5-6am? you guys have some RUDE employees! there’s a white guy at window 1, who gave me attitude this morning (4/28/23) after telling him i had a code i’d like to use and he said “let us know next time” but WITH AN ATTITUDE, as if he’s SOOO ANNOYED by that little thing LOL. and then, there’s this lady who’s been usually the same person i see every morning (when i do go) in window 1 and she also can’t seem to talk properly in english. she gives me the vibes that she doesn’t like customers and gets irritated sometimes. it is such an unpleasant experience every time i come here in the morning. what makes it better at the end, is when this white lady, in window 2, who seems to actually care about her customers. she’s been kind and full of positive energy and in her communication with me. i would like her to teach the other two employees to get their act together and do better. when you have a trashy attitude, this says much about you. if you can’t deal with customers and you get an attitude over the smallest things, please remove yourself from the establishment and don’t work in a job that deals with customers. because apparently, two of you morning employees cannot do a good job. if i encounter some attitude again, i will go directly to their manager.

At least, during the times that my brothers and I have gone there, brunch-times, the food was well-stocked, mostly, and not stale or old-tasting. The place is kept clean and tidy. Kudos to the new management. I remember going here a few years back and the place was not to tidy and neat. I like that the prices haven't gotten too high either. The 'servers' who keep used-plates off your table, while you eat, are attentive enough, so kudos to them also! And, it's a bonus that they do work with a smile; not exactly something I would've expected in a buffet restaurant. One suggestion to management: be cognizant of un-monitored children. Some of them are doing unsanitary actions at the food trays and their respective serving utensils.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options, and there's fresh vegetables.Kid-friendliness: Yes, good place for kids because of the variety of foods available to them. It's unfortunate, though, when you have irresponsible parents/guardians who are not monitoring their kids.Parking: Plenty of good parking, not too far a walk to the door.
