Justin Olivadoti: Every staff member here was very dismissive and horrible i’m so many ways. Especially one of their salesmen named bob. I will never even think about showing my face in this place again. If i could rate 0 stars i would. Also seeing other people having the same issues with the place, and the owner is answering unprofessionally shows the true colors of this place. Not trying to help the customers that are having a. hard time but arguing with them.

Immediately after he bought the truck it began to completely fall apart and he’s had to pay thousands to repair it. The business won’t compensate him or apologize whatsoever. Terrible business model and a blemish on the community. Hope the place gets struck by lighting and explodes.

It I had a very pleasant experience they helped me every step of way excellent service excellent people wish the world had more people like them in it life would be alot better place to live in these are two of the best people besides friends of mine I have met in long time this place is run by two great people thank you for all your help

David Justice: I wish I could give this place ZERO Stars. We bought a 2006 Yukon From them. The next day I was driving The Brakes all went out and the Master Cylinder was shot and broken lines throughout the car. I guess I didn't learn My lesson the first time. So I went back and Bought A 2008 Saturn Outlook I couldn't test drive it as he said he was closing and had to rush to go. I paid Almost $5,000 for the car. Pulled out and the timing was off. This was a couple years ago and I couldn't get ahold of him for the plate for 3 weeks. I asked if he had Mechanics to take a look and fix it he said no. Which he does. The Saturn is still sitting in my driveway Unfixed. These guys are NOT who you want to buy a car from.

Let me start by saying they say they don’t offer a warranty but then make you sign paper work with the options of with or without warranty . I purchased a 2008 Ford white car. Bought for 3,000 had the car for about a week before I found out the transmission was going out paid 275 just to be told that and that’s without getting it fixed. So I decided to trade it in (went to empire auto) & come to find out some how some wise the guys and the workers at empire know eachother. So the wise guys bought the car BACK from them. And in my new car I drove past the lot and seen my old car for sale once again. So basically they keep selling tore down cars knowing there aren’t in good shape just for a sale. STAY CLEAR OF THEM THEIR MONEY HUNGRY. They rush you to test drive your car so you can’t see the real problems. They deserve NO STARS

Free Johnson: Bought a 2013 equinox’ test drove it and everything I’m so upset because now that I bought my truck from them I’m seeing all the bad reviews anyway my engine light came on the very next day truck went down hill ever since haven’t even had the truck a week yet spent 6300 on it and had to put 1400 in so far and it’s still having more issues I’m very disappointed cuz I was so happy to think I got a great car but it’s actual a lemon good job wise auto you count your days

Not only did I get a great truck, exceptionally clean but the service plan came through shining with Premier. I'm about 6 months in and the water pump failed, I took it in and the service contract I purchased with the vehicle came through. I had my truck back in 24 hours!! They even went around and touched up the few paint chips.. I am more than satisfied with these guys! Buying a used vehicle is a hit or miss, but they made sure I was taken care of! I did pay a simple small deductible but the bill would have been $613.. Great job Elite! Truck sounds great! I can't even hear it run!

Richard Poole: I heard about this dealer from a coworker, who has bought several vehicles from the owner. After viewing inventory, and a couple phone calls with the owner, we were trying very hard to find me the truck I was after. After settling on one that wasn't the perfect truck for me, the owner stayed at the office for 2 and a half hours after close to try and get me a credit answer that day as I was desperate. That night, I actually found the exact truck I wanted at another dealer. I called the next day to tell the owner thank you for all the advise and hard work, however I found exactly what I'm looking for somewhere else. He inquired as to what it was, told me I was getting a decent deal, and even offered to help me further by getting the carfax so I could be sure. And sure enough, I sent him the vin, he sent me back the carfax on a SALE THAT WASNT EVEN HIS! He also advised me on exactly what to look for when I went to look at it, and armed me with some things to ask. When I called and told him I purchased the other vehicle, he was very respectful, still helpful and didn't harass me one bit. This is the first 5 star review I've written where I haven't even purchased anything. I seriously wish they would have had the truck I was looking for, because I would happily have purchased it from them.
