Kler Hltn: At first I'd give 5 stars to this place, but because of the fact that I bought my car in January and now as of September there is a loud tick which I was told was my lifters in my engine, I absolutely belive that he covered up the ticking to get this car sold and also drove that car around before it was purchased to make sure the tick wasn't there. Mind you im a female so I also believe that played a big part in it as well. They seem nice but the truth is they are really sketchy.

Terrible service, They will give you high hopes when you call, message and look on website but upon arriving to their lot everything you thought you knew on them it's probably wrong and a waste of your time. Upon researching/calling through 10 different cities and autosales/dealership stores in north, south and west of Detroit, Ryan's Auto Sales ranks up there in one of the biggest rip offs. They purchase used vehicles at their market value and resale them thousands over priced knowing people will purchase the vehicle and no guilt of overcharging/ ripping people off. Thankfully we didnt fall for the bait as we did our research and eventually came across multiple dealerships with better quality and truth in their service leading us to buy a car in less than a day compared to their 1 week paperwork at Ryan's. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

iraq 313: Super disrespectful, worst customer service I’ve ever received and one of the biggest liars. I wanted to buy a 2021 Cadillac Escalade when I walked into the office I was told they had between 15-20 of them so I had a wide variety to choose from right? WRONG. They had 2 and even though I told them I’d leave deposits on them because I came later towards the day, near closing time I was told I didn’t have to as long as I came by the next day. The next day comes I call to get the vin to give it to my bank to finance through them and once again they don’t give me any help, 3rd day goes by same thing, 4th day comes by I call they tell me “oh we don’t have 15-20” ( guys name is ROMEO). ON TOP OF ALL THAT ONE OF THE GUYS WORKING WAS SMOKING A DAB PEN
Tina Shelton: I was online looking to purchase a used vehicle I was looking for an Impala 2020 or 19. I found six Impalas at this car lot! I was very interested in two of the Impalas one was an excellent deal $4,000 less than what they say retail prices the other one had a question mark because the price was so low with such low miles. I then drive to the dealership and of course when I pull through I don't see one in Paola on the lot. I walk into the office and say to them you had six Impalas on your website for sale 15 minutes ago I don't see one on the lot I was told all six Impalas sold last week LOL! This is the most ridiculous dealership I have ever heard of! It is not a dealership remember it is an auto sales. If you want to purchase a vehicle I would suggest you look elsewhere maybe a reputable dealership that actually post the cars that they have on the lot not putting cars with such a low price with such a low miles so that they get you in don't waste your time! This was a major bad experience I was looking at these cars this afternoon looking them up and doing my research that is several hours of my life I will never get back.
Ron Manns: I bought a 2018 Malibu from these guys , hands down best service on 8 mile. Did my credit application on Tuesday , received a call back on Wednesday. Test drove my new car and did all paper work on Thursday . Took about a hour and half getting everything together , drove off in my new car Thursday afternoon . Highly recommended !!!

RAYMOND HASANI: I made an appointment to see a vehicle. I spoke to the salesman 5 minutes prior to showing up for the appointment. I arrived and they told me the car was “sold” and tried selling me another vehicle. This dealership tricked me into coming into the dealership and wasted my time. Do not shop here. scammers.
Born Dead: I bought a jeep as a family car it hasn’t even been 6 months and I had to replace the motor and now it’s having electrical issues. Neveen swore she would have it fixed and would call me after she talked to her mechanic. This happened for weeks before I just took it to a shop to be repaired myself. These people are con artist who do not care what they sell you as long as they make a buck. Terrible service and even worse people. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to see them.

Gay Rap Artist: A few months back i had a job at great auto sales and the experience was so terrible i had to quit. if anyone wonders why the place reeks of weed is because they are growing reggie in the break room. All the food that was given is taco bell, they even had their own custom taco bell vending machine but it was always empty because if the car sales man Lorezno eating all the crunch wrap supremes. A very fishy thing this dealer does is when they are filling up cars they put a few gallons of baha blast from taco bell into the fuel tank of the car to save money. During work Lorezno is always lazy, he sits down on his computer all day while smoking his plats and eating Taco Bell. Inside the break room i looked inside of one of the drawers and there were hundreds of empty Plat Weed Cartridges, this is the reason why Lorezno has brain damage or known as “poop brain”. Also while on the topic of the break room, the room was filled with empty Taco Bell wrappers most of them filled with meat which attracts ants and cockroaches to the dealership. In the dealership bathrooms they don’t buy toilet paper they make us use microwaved warmed tortillas to wipe out behinds. On one of the desks was Loreznos acne cream but when i went to see what was inside, it contained 70% Taco Bell Taco grease 20% Acne cream and 10% Semen, No wonder why that virgin got mountains of pimples on his face.

Jeffery Applegate: Went for a test drive in a nice 08 civic, the interior was covered in Taco Bell wrappers. Matter of fact I stepped in some Crunch Wrap Supreme meat that was on the floor mat, which stained my shoe. Also because I did not want to buy the car after the test drive they tried to charge me 60$ for a test drive fee!!
Kinra Milhouse: After reading reviews I was skeptical about a purchase from this company, but I needed a car for my daughter, and they had was I was looking for at a great price. I purchased the car and 24 hours later the car had to be towed back to the dealer I was literally kicking myself. I expressed my concerns and the staff went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. They fixed all the problems and I was picking up my car 2 days later. They kept in constant contact with me the entire time they had my vehicle updating me on what was needed and what they were doing. The customer service was impeccable and I would definitely recommend them for purchases in the future! Thank you

Not a lot of dealership fees. I didn’t feel like I got swindled for a down payment..Richard help me out because I was a little skeptical about asking my credit union for another loan. Richard made me feel comfortable and made my buying process easy! He also bought me food! I’ll definitely be back to shop with Grimald auto sales!

Avocado: I would not recommend checking out or buying cars from here. I checked out a Honda and was very interested in buying it and took it to an independent mechanic of mine (as recommended by Richard) and the inspection came back finding things I was just not willing to deal with or repair. It came back that their are power steering, rack and pinion, ball joint, and tire issues. I repeatedly told him I was no longer interested in the car due to the results and thanked him for his time. It seems like he is a nice guy until you say you’re no longer interested. I was asked the purpose of taking it to the mechanic, but he recommended me to take it to one in the first place. I am simply an informed buyer and want a reliable first car. I’d say if you come here don’t just go buy looks, follow what I did go to an independent mechanic (not his people) for an inspection, it will save your life.

I was super nervous about getting another car but when I went there and met with Richard and Maria they put my mind at ease and made it super easy. If I ever have to get a car or recommend someone I will definitely send them to Grimaldis. Thank you guys so much!
Joshua Walsh: Rick is a wolf in sheep's clothing! I paid over $14,000.00 for an f150 4×4 spent over $2,000.00 for an extended warranty and within less than 4 years my truck's frame broke in half while having my tires changed! Still owed $2,000.00 on it. When I asked Rick for help, he gave me some names, and some back peddling, "sorry your warranty was up four months ago" Never took responsibility. All about sales people! I made the mistake of trust. "If there is ever a problem" he said. What disrespect. You should be ashamed of your self Rick! Your father would disapprove I'm sure. Disgusted

What a refreshing experience in the area of used car shopping. Make Grimaldi your first stop when looking for used cars. It's an unassuming location, but don't let that fool you. They took care of us under a tight time frame and we closed in 24 hours, and they handled everything including Secretary of State chores.
Derrick Logan: Vehicles are well maintained and then test drive was a wonderful experience. I just don't know if I can buy the vehicle that I drove. The saleswoman was very nice. Love the smooth drive. My fiancee was just as impressed as I was!

Mike Harri: Tried to sell me a totaled vehicle as "clean title". They wouldn't get a vehicle history report for me, which was the first clue something was shady. I got the VIN and ran my own report and found out the car had been totaled. Reading the other reviews, I can see I'm not the first person they have tried to pull this scam on before. Don't buy the 2011 Subaru Legacy (or anything else) from them.

Randall Mcilveene: Horrible experience,2nd day after we bought the car it started having electrical problems that progressed,i had to pull the transpan off and replace the pan seal that they used bondo to try to fix,called and he said go to his buddies shop to have the electric looked at,went his buddy wasnt their,went back amd again he wasnt their after 2 appointments were made,called the guy at jma auto and was disrespected to the fullest. Con artists,they cheaply rig everything to quick sell it and it breaks a week later,they lie. Would not recommend anyone go to this place. Absolutely worst place to buy a vehicle
Sarah Mangold: My husband went to look at a vehicle and asked if there were any problems with the car. My husband is handy and expected to do some light maintainance. The dealer said the car was in great shape. When he started the car, a pulley was making noise and once he drove it there was definitely substantial rear end end/ suspension work to be done. All in all. They were liars and not honest business people

Karl Baker: I Went to purchas a car here almost finalized on the loan with my bank and then they told me that the Clean title they claimed was legit was false and the car was a salvaged title. They claimed that they got it from a wholesaler. So i dont know who forged the title but it happend! Always check your vin numbers people! The owner was nice and super laidback but something seemed fishy!
