Anthony DeLuca: Total crooks. Do not trust the service people. I brought my Saab 97x there because the engine was shutting down when I would hit a bump in the road. After purportedly diagnosing the problem they gave me a proposal of around $4,000 to fix it. I went elsewhere. It turned out to be a loose fuse which ended up costing me $75 to fix. Shady people.

Kasun De Alwis: I don't know why someone mentioned do not trust service people, but I do trust them. They took good care of my 2010 SAAB 9-3, when I went to do the transmission fluid change. I had some concerns of some minor noises and they checked it for free and gave me advices then and there. And price ($265) I think it is a reasonable price for the transmission fluid change for a SAAB. Service representative Cole Bowmen took care of everything. That is the most important thing in dealerships. The service and interactive people.Even I do almost all repairs by myself, I'd go to Glassman again if I needed anything to be done.

It’s been in several times for routine maintenance and some personal changes and they’ve always hit the mark. For the remainder of my Saabs life, it’ll be going here for just about anything. Super friendly and trustworthy staff, always a pleasure when I show up to either drop off or pick up!

Waited a few months and took the car in for an engine swap. Staff was once again amongst the top tier of service teams I've ever dealt with. Super knowledgeable and very informative. Avocado: I would not recommend checking out or buying cars from here. I checked out a Honda and was very interested in buying it and took it to an independent mechanic of mine (as recommended by Richard) and the inspection came back finding things I was just not willing to deal with or repair. It came back that their are power steering, rack and pinion, ball joint, and tire issues. I repeatedly told him I was no longer interested in the car due to the results and thanked him for his time. It seems like he is a nice guy until you say you’re no longer interested. I was asked the purpose of taking it to the mechanic, but he recommended me to take it to one in the first place. I am simply an informed buyer and want a reliable first car. I’d say if you come here don’t just go buy looks, follow what I did go to an independent mechanic (not his people) for an inspection, it will save your life.

I paid over $14,000.00 for an f150 4×4 spent over $2,000.00 for an extended warranty and within less than 4 years my truck's frame broke in half while having my tires changed! Still owed $2,000.00 on it. When I asked Rick for help, he gave me some names, and some back peddling, "sorry your warranty was up four months ago" Never took responsibility. All about sales people! I'm about 6 months in and the water pump failed, I took it in and the service contract I purchased with the vehicle came through. I had my truck back in 24 hours!! They even went around and touched up the few paint chips.. I am more than satisfied with these guys! Buying a used vehicle is a hit or miss, but they made sure I was taken care of! I did pay a simple small deductible but the bill would have been $613.. Great job Elite! Truck sounds great! I can't even hear it run!

Richard Poole: I heard about this dealer from a coworker, who has bought several vehicles from the owner. After viewing inventory, and a couple phone calls with the owner, we were trying very hard to find me the truck I was after. After settling on one that wasn't the perfect truck for me, the owner stayed at the office for 2 and a half hours after close to try and get me a credit answer that day as I was desperate. That night, I actually found the exact truck I wanted at another dealer. I called the next day to tell the owner thank you for all the advise and hard work, however I found exactly what I'm looking for somewhere else. He inquired as to what it was, told me I was getting a decent deal, and even offered to help me further by getting the carfax so I could be sure. And sure enough, I sent him the vin, he sent me back the carfax on a SALE THAT WASNT EVEN HIS! He also advised me on exactly what to look for when I went to look at it, and armed me with some things to ask. When I called and told him I purchased the other vehicle, he was very respectful, still helpful and didn't harass me one bit. This is the first 5 star review I've written where I haven't even purchased anything. I seriously wish they would have had the truck I was looking for, because I would happily have purchased it from them.

I think to force me to leave. On the day I got the car he said he was the owner, when I came back he said he wasn't the owner then refuse to tell me who was.
