David Doyle: I have been purchasing high end autos for the past 12 years. Range Rovers, Jaguars, Aston Martins and others so I have had a lot of experience with purchasing these types of cars and working with these types of dealers. That is why I can say with certainty that Maserati of Troy is the best dealership I have ever worked with. They have been outstanding to work with! I have purchased two Maserati Gran Turismo's the last 4 years and both of these experiences have been great. More importantly after the sale the service continues to be excellent! In fact I just placed an order for the MC 20! Justin Helsene the sales manager, is the sole reason why I purchased the first 2 cars and also the reason why I am buying the MC 20. I'm not normally this bullish on car dealers but this firm is an exception!
John Bauer: I suspect most of the reviews, such as, “ expresso is ‘yum’”, are fake. The service center, as some of the other posters mentioned, is perhaps the worst in the nation; and, I never give bad reviews. Awful.

Wound up driving to their service department and they were so friendly and courteous. They had us bring the car in the service area and they showed us how to input the code and operate the entertainment system.

I had explained the issue of a rattling noise I was hearing, so the following day I received a call from Charlie, letting me know everything was fine. Still concerned about the findings, Charlie took me to the service technician to better explain the reasons for his finding. Latif al nasir: Probably the worst dealership in America i drove to new York to avoid this dealership the staff is unorganized, a fastfood chain has a better trained staff, you’ll walk in and and find no one to greet you, works playing on their computers an acting busy. The parts department probably used crayons and coloring books. Avoid at all cost. Very horrible.

They are ~40-50% less on parts and service. You could literally flat bed your car their for service for less money than what these guys charge. No joke because I've done it!At any rate, the guys at that dealer are super nice! Highly recommend.
Stave Smith: Awful. Worst customer service ever... unbelievable, get better service from our GM dealer by miles. Agree with other poster, go to the Granville dealer for major service. For normal service go to Curts Auto a German Bosch shop in Berkley. They service Maserati. I would call ahead and make sure the have the unique German Ferrari oil filter in stock or get one from Amazon and bring it in.

Mark in sales was great. Of course Maserati's need some extra care and maintenance, but when mine does I see Charlie in Service and he always takes great care of everything. I definitely recommend this dealership. This female who always walks in with a t-shirt and jeans gives Troy's dealership 5 stars! Oh, and try the real Italian espresso by the Lambo's, yum!

Arthur “Art Jr” Rimbold: Sadly, I wish I could give a better review of the place considering they offer the Italian lines of autos and Rolls and Bentley as well. However, I review honestly no matter my affiliations with the employees and/or the company. When it comes to sales, I feel for the quality sales people like Ross specificall. They sell well and I'm sure believe they are selling for a reputable parent company. This would be the case if Suburban wasn't the service (bad-service) company attached. You buy a $100,000 car believing you'll get good warranty and maintainance, but if you buy her you get one heck of a half-job. They do the minimum at best. I've had my Maserati and my Infiniti in for service a couple years apart. I was upset both times. Price was double that of service King and 5times that of what I paid in the end. Expect no favors gere. The small warranty work on the Maserati and the sticky buttons in the Infiniti were never even touched. I asked multiple times and gave up forever. My father can buy from them, but I won't. Not when they do such a notoriously lousy job

Adrienne: Talk on the phone for hours with one sales rep((black guy)) with the promise to walk out with a car I told him that I could not afford to come up there and not get a car I also tell him I did not have any money I had two cars that I was willing to trade in one was Lexus and one was a Saturn(( both drivable)) he promised that I will walk out with a car got there talk to another salesperson( ( Something but not a white guy)) I'm guessing he was over the sales rep that I talked to on the phone that sales rep called Credit Acceptance and they were going to take the two trade-ins no money down he called himself calling a different finance company and I guess they told him which he told me that I had to give them $472 right then and 2 weeks later that I would have to give them another $472 first off you pay a car note once a month not every 2 weeks second off he was talking as if he was about to get blood up out of turnip like he was trying to talk me out of something which did not happen all he did was waste my time he was a clear waste of my space because he didn't get nothing out of it but look at me in my face lying I would never go to that car company again I don't care if I had the money to put down . I would never go there again and I would not refer them to no one go to RiteWay if you need a car

Battery and alternator is gone. The transmission is slipping and about to go out and it's misfiring. I asked them for my money back or another car and they called the police on me and said that I threatened them because I told two people not to purchase a car from their lot because I just got mine 2 weeks ago and the transmission was about to go out. Do not buy anything from this lot you will be mad they will not give you your money back and they will tell you to take them to court.

Jay Shultz: My salesman was Carl who did an excellent job from start to finish through the entire process. He did give me a price however that his boss Mike did not honor. From that point Mike essentially took over the sale and using his sad story about losing his grandfather convinced me to follow through with the deal even though the price moved a few grand. I came from out of state and was trading in a 60k escalade which was literally just serviced by a dealer less than 3 thousand miles prior to this trade. After less than 1 thousand miles driven in my new to me g wagon, i could smell antifreeze and visually see it leaking onto the manifold. I immediately notified Carl to see if there's anything essentially that can be done which is when Mike got involved once again and proceeded to tell me my vehicle I traded was repainted and needed 5 thousand dollars worth of service and of course he was willing to do nothing. Following that exchange which got heated, my title finally arrived from envy auto and when I went to the notary to transfer, found out the paperwork was done incorrectly. The bright spot of the transaction was envy auto overnighted the paperwork filled out correctly. Since that exchange went rather smoothly I decided to reach out to Mike to see if a warranty would be an option in order to take care of the antifreeze leak, he did say he would check but I never heard from him again. Overall my experience was not pleasant

Then he ghosted me...didn't answer any of my calls or return emails/texts. Boutique Auto Shop? How the hell do you stay in business when you're so lax (absent) on a deal for a $280,000 vehicle? Bizarre experience. I moved on and purchased one elsewhere 2 days later and received professional service from a different dealer.

don z: matrix motors is a horrible dealer the car I purchased from them had a clean title but after further inspection I found out the car has been in a very bad accident and had major frame damage my mechanic said it was not repaired properly and that they just welded the frame back together instead of replacing it and he said that that’s very unsafe and all the other parts they replaced came off older model cars and most of them are junkyard parts that don’t even match up to the car so I advise everyone to stay away from matrix motors they do not care about their customers and will sell you a junk car and not tell you it has been wrecked before and they don’t care about fixing it right they will weld everything just so they don’t have to spend more money replacing parts and that just shows you they don’t care about their customers or their customers safety please stay away from these scammers
Joe Goonie: Do not buy any car from matrix motors the car they sold me was driving fine but I took it to my mechanic to add a new grille on the front bumper and when they took the bumper off they showed me that all the parts on the car are from the junk yard and some of the parts were broken so they welded them instead of replacing them with new ones and it was missing a part under the car which I had to replace so stay away they have horrible cars they lie and sell you cars with junk parts on them and don’t even care about fixing the car the right way they weld everything together and throw it on the car so they can fix it fast and sell it.

However when we got the title in the mail it was a salvage title and the Van definitely has developed several issues in a very short period of time... I hardly ever leave negative or one star reviews but sadly since they flat out lied and swindled us I would definitely NOT reccomend buying a vehicle here.

John Bayon (detroitjohn): I bought a 2019 VW Jetta (rebuilt) from them in December 2019. The price was very competitive and they even came down a little bit during negotiation. So far I have been very pleased with the purchase and I was also very pleased overall with Shonta and her care of me during the purchasing process. I would recommend you check them out for buying a good, used vehicle. They carry a lot of refurbished cars and at least with mine they did really good repair work to get it ready for use.
Kandis Parker: I drive pass this place a lot. Decided to stop by jus to check out the prices. It had to be over 40+ cars in the lot and the lady only offered me 6 to look at which were lined up outside the window of the business. She was on the phone and wasn’t dedicated to customer service at all. The sign offered trade in’s and all other sources to help get a car and she offered none. She gave me her business card to come back but i threw it away. Do better with your customers
