Cal Worthington: This place is a joke! Called to inquire on a new 250k car and they put me through to Voice mail. Left a message and did not see a response. Called again a few days later and Voice mailed again.....just hung up this time. I was in business for 25 years and recently retired. We never sent anyone to VM. Ridiculous!

One lady there (I don’t know her name) completely ignored me and walked past me several times. Although I didn’t really feel the need to ask any questions, it still would’ve been nice to feel welcomed. Another guy (not sure of his name) was very helpful and greeted with respect as if I was there to buy a car, which I really appreciated. I didn’t ask about any of the cars or if I could sit/look at them but i’m sure if you asked him, he would be more than happy to let you.

Roland Radinski: I have 3 Lambo's. A 2011, 2019 and a 2020 and I have serviced them at Suburban since I purchased them. I bought the 2020 new from your dealership and that was a good experience. What I'd like to mention is how Ryan Ransom took time from his busy day to help me vet the 2011 and the 2019 that I bought elsewhere. He knew the service manager where one of the cars was and had a chat with him to verify that the car I was about to buy wasn't a 'problem' car. The 2019 is an Aventador S. I'm sure you know that these are pricey, so his help in selecting an S rather than a SV or SVJ was really appreciated. Based on his input it seemed that a S model would better fit me as a driver. My interactions with Ryan and Dan are always fun and friendly. They really make me feel like a valued customer at Suburban. I also never get the feeling that I am being charged unfairly or being dishonestly advised in any way. Nothing but good service, courtesy and genuine friendly vibes from everyone at Suburban Lamborghini.

Adrienne: Talk on the phone for hours with one sales rep((black guy)) with the promise to walk out with a car I told him that I could not afford to come up there and not get a car I also tell him I did not have any money I had two cars that I was willing to trade in one was Lexus and one was a Saturn(( both drivable)) he promised that I will walk out with a car got there talk to another salesperson( ( Something but not a white guy)) I'm guessing he was over the sales rep that I talked to on the phone that sales rep called Credit Acceptance and they were going to take the two trade-ins no money down he called himself calling a different finance company and I guess they told him which he told me that I had to give them $472 right then and 2 weeks later that I would have to give them another $472 first off you pay a car note once a month not every 2 weeks second off he was talking as if he was about to get blood up out of turnip like he was trying to talk me out of something which did not happen all he did was waste my time he was a clear waste of my space because he didn't get nothing out of it but look at me in my face lying I would never go to that car company again I don't care if I had the money to put down . I would never go there again and I would not refer them to no one go to RiteWay if you need a car

Mike Wolfskhal: Idk about the bad reviews but I certainly had a very great experience and would highly recommend turning In leases here all day ! I called them up and they offered me 3k cashiers check on top and they take the vehicle out of my name and purchase it outright. They ended up giving me 2500 which I understand because the windshield was cracked. But literally in and out with everything in under an hour. They even gave me a lift back home. So I would say if you want out of a lease definitely look into here might even make positive equity like i did.

Terrible service, They will give you high hopes when you call, message and look on website but upon arriving to their lot everything you thought you knew on them it's probably wrong and a waste of your time. Upon researching/calling through 10 different cities and autosales/dealership stores in north, south and west of Detroit, Ryan's Auto Sales ranks up there in one of the biggest rip offs. They purchase used vehicles at their market value and resale them thousands over priced knowing people will purchase the vehicle and no guilt of overcharging/ ripping people off. Thankfully we didnt fall for the bait as we did our research and eventually came across multiple dealerships with better quality and truth in their service leading us to buy a car in less than a day compared to their 1 week paperwork at Ryan's. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

iraq 313: Super disrespectful, worst customer service I’ve ever received and one of the biggest liars. I wanted to buy a 2021 Cadillac Escalade when I walked into the office I was told they had between 15-20 of them so I had a wide variety to choose from right? WRONG. They had 2 and even though I told them I’d leave deposits on them because I came later towards the day, near closing time I was told I didn’t have to as long as I came by the next day. The next day comes I call to get the vin to give it to my bank to finance through them and once again they don’t give me any help, 3rd day goes by same thing, 4th day comes by I call they tell me “oh we don’t have 15-20” ( guys name is ROMEO). ON TOP OF ALL THAT ONE OF THE GUYS WORKING WAS SMOKING A DAB PEN
Tina Shelton: I was online looking to purchase a used vehicle I was looking for an Impala 2020 or 19. I found six Impalas at this car lot! I was very interested in two of the Impalas one was an excellent deal $4,000 less than what they say retail prices the other one had a question mark because the price was so low with such low miles. I then drive to the dealership and of course when I pull through I don't see one in Paola on the lot. I walk into the office and say to them you had six Impalas on your website for sale 15 minutes ago I don't see one on the lot I was told all six Impalas sold last week LOL! This is the most ridiculous dealership I have ever heard of! It is not a dealership remember it is an auto sales. If you want to purchase a vehicle I would suggest you look elsewhere maybe a reputable dealership that actually post the cars that they have on the lot not putting cars with such a low price with such a low miles so that they get you in don't waste your time! This was a major bad experience I was looking at these cars this afternoon looking them up and doing my research that is several hours of my life I will never get back.
Ron Manns: I bought a 2018 Malibu from these guys , hands down best service on 8 mile. Did my credit application on Tuesday , received a call back on Wednesday. Test drove my new car and did all paper work on Thursday . Took about a hour and half getting everything together , drove off in my new car Thursday afternoon . Highly recommended !!!

Jay Shultz: My salesman was Carl who did an excellent job from start to finish through the entire process. He did give me a price however that his boss Mike did not honor. From that point Mike essentially took over the sale and using his sad story about losing his grandfather convinced me to follow through with the deal even though the price moved a few grand. I came from out of state and was trading in a 60k escalade which was literally just serviced by a dealer less than 3 thousand miles prior to this trade. After less than 1 thousand miles driven in my new to me g wagon, i could smell antifreeze and visually see it leaking onto the manifold. I immediately notified Carl to see if there's anything essentially that can be done which is when Mike got involved once again and proceeded to tell me my vehicle I traded was repainted and needed 5 thousand dollars worth of service and of course he was willing to do nothing. Following that exchange which got heated, my title finally arrived from envy auto and when I went to the notary to transfer, found out the paperwork was done incorrectly. The bright spot of the transaction was envy auto overnighted the paperwork filled out correctly. Since that exchange went rather smoothly I decided to reach out to Mike to see if a warranty would be an option in order to take care of the antifreeze leak, he did say he would check but I never heard from him again. Overall my experience was not pleasant

Michael Peters: Maybe I missed something...called to purchase a 2019 GT3RS. Had payment ready and was ready for full-price purchase. Had 2 conversations with Rob Roque who assured me the deal was on. Then he ghosted me...didn't answer any of my calls or return emails/texts. Boutique Auto Shop? How the hell do you stay in business when you're so lax (absent) on a deal for a $280,000 vehicle? Bizarre experience. I moved on and purchased one elsewhere 2 days later and received professional service from a different dealer.
