Terri K: Stopped in for a test drive on an Outlander & it went ok. Back to showroom to discuss purchase with sales rep. Charley K. He proceeded to ask personal questions about a lady I was with. Inquiries regarding how we knew each other, and length if time. Inquired about nature of our relationship. I was absolutely dumbfounded with his line of questioning. What does any of that have to do with the lease or purchase of a car ? Charley was vague on pricing questions from me and left me sitting 2x to speak to the sales manager Gary. Along comes Gary, whom is also vague, indirect and arrogant. Clearly these boys have issues dealing with women asking direct questions. I buy or lease a new car every couple years and have NEVER been treated with such overt sexism. I'm a widow with excellent credit and knowledge of car negotiations. These people at Glassman are beyond pathetic and judgemental. I am giving thought to making contact to the media to advise of the treatment. Unprofessional, sleazy, rude & judgemental was the tone at this dealership yesterday. They don't deserve my business or yours. Find another dealership to give your business to. Bozos all.

Perry Sedlar: Hadn't even considered the 2023 Outlander PHEV but they are the only PHEV available. We are glad we checked out Glassman Misubishi. They had several white PHEVs in stock so my wife could pick the interior color! We have a level 2 charger in our garage and it works perfectly with the Oultlander. Will charge from empty to full in about 6 hours while we sleep. The Outlander SEL is loaded with features. Very happy

Kamal Ali: I went to Waterford Mitsubishi about a week and a half ago to look at a 2017 Honda Pilot at a great price. Knowing that I made an appointment to go look at it, but on the day I got there the car got sold right before I came in. So you are probably wondering why the 4 stars and I didn't even get a car. Well because of the great service, I was working with Kean and he was great. He apologized about the car being sold by the time I got there but we were able to look at some other cars. Kean was very nice and tried to find some other cars that fit my budget.Eventually I did end up finding a car elsewhere but my experience at Waterford Mitsubishi with Kean was the best out of all of the dealerships I visited. Many of the other dealerships I visited where more concerned about making a sale rather then being concerned about what the customer needs.Would have been 5 stars if I would have got a vehicle there and I didn't but the customer service and professionalism was great!Thanks again Kean!
michael noder: First let me start by saying that Abe was a great salesman and I appreciate what he and the team there did for me in getting me in a car. I'm grateful for their efforts as I was far from the ideal sale... However, literally 0.8 miles from leaving the lot I had a low oil pressure warning. Ended up being the pressure sensor and was an easy fix. Now cue to less than 2 weeks later... Car is undrivable until it gets a suspension rebuild. I understand the car was "as is", but that car shouldn't have been listed or even on the lot.. I have driven Less than 1k miles and it's already needing hefty repairs. I stated I needed something reliable for my family and was told this was great.... Again, appreciate the team and Abe for working with me, but for real.... Not even at the first payment and the car is undrivable until HEFTY repairs.

Melainie Kettlewell: Shady, rude & incredibly unprofessional. They cleared the check engine light on the car I purchased, telling me the car was perfect and needed nothing. When in fact the entire computer was bad, needing thousands in repairs. Now I know why they pushed the warranty so hard.This “business” felt more like a high school locker room, than a professional office. The group of male owners were carrying on like they were at a football game, not in a professional setting. They were talking about us in their language, totally unaware that I grew up in Dearborn and speak farsi.Do not support these snake oil salesmen. I was very specific as I wanted a car with good longevity and my good friend Eddie did NOT disappoint. I’ve had the car two years now, not an issue since. Eddie was thoughtful, reliable, and most importantly, honest. He worked diligently with me to ensure that I would end up with my dream car, and he did not fall short of that. LeVerne Davis: Never will I ever buy a car from this place or recommended anyone else go there. The engine light was on and Fred assured us it was only the battery. He connected a device to the car so the engine light would go out. Three days later the engine light came back on. Took it to Auto Zone their device said bad O2 sensor and catalytic converter.

Had a minor brake issue with the car I bought and the owner had no issue whatsoever with fixing it promptly. 10/10 would buy from them again

They car’s are no good they sold me a car knowing that the car wasn’t any good they said they was going to fix it and never did they wanted me to pay for it very bad bad company I should’ve followed my first mind and walked away and I told them that the car was for my son my baby my child and they promised to fix it and they understand and just did me any kind of way then block my number and wouldn’t answer my call or text message. So now I have to file a lemon bill with my cousin who’s a lawyer to sue them if you want to waste your money go there. If you want to be treated badly go there if you want to get a lemon car like me go there the worst place in Michigan I swear my check engine light came on and I haven’t even had the car for 30 days very bad business

We brought the vehicle to be inspected during our test drive and discovered major structural damage that severely impacted its value and insurability. Buyer beware: 2020 RAM 2500 I6 3.6L VIN 3C6UR5DL6LG117341 has frame damage that was NOT reported. Had we known this ahead of time we wouldn't have bothered wasting a day to come look at it.
