Daisy Karen: I bought a van in April of 2015, for 3890 has gotten 120k miles and 7.5 years it need 15 tires, breakers twice two cats two flex pipes 4 paint jobs, plate lights, cleaning the in side a computer , a coil a headers, hoses, gasoline a lot of fill up. Over all I have about 14,000 in maintenance in it it still runs ok.

Mohemmed Al-Ansari: Car I went to look at was ok but not good enough to warrant the price tag, brakes worn tires bald and so on. It was also wrecked which they hid in the pictures. Check engine light came in during the test drive and the salesman said it was an O2 sensor. They cleared the codes hoping it wouldn’t come back on the test drive, you never know what’s actually broke. Definitely buyer beware here.

Justin Defer: I'd like to say as a retired mechanic I've always been a little judgemental about used car lots. Was in a pinch so I shopped around online, after finding what I thought was a good deal I decided to check it out. Patrick, Antonio, Sue are amazing staff. Patrick will go above and beyond to help his customers out. Antonio came outside and talked and explained their warranty program very in depth, Sue was a wiz with our paperwork and payment. She made the purchase so easy and quick. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars, the owner/ manager Joe was a little unpleasant to deal with. After mentioning some rust spots, he said he didn't want to sell to me. Ended up with a great vehicle with awesome value though, very appreciative of the staff here.

Tom C: Buyers beware!!I purchased my car from Prime motorz in late September, sight unseen. The sales guy Gordon assured me there were no issues with the car other than a couple minor aesthetic issues. The car gets shipped enclosed to me and I take it to the dealership to get routine maintenance and oil change only to find there’s a lot of problems. The air suspension need to be replaced, the brakes are less than 1mm to the point I even had to replace the rotors. Supercharger knocks. Tires soon and the list goes on. I took the car to 3 different car shops and dealership and all came back the same, hence why I waited to post a negative review. I call up prime motors and they put the blame on shipping..Didn’t know my brakes can be worn during transportation. Not only does Prime Motorz lie about the condition of the car, they don’t even check it. I even had the previous owners paper work with their information in the glove compartment . It was CARVANA TITLE..DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS ON HERE.I have all service paper quotes and text messages from Gordon to back my review.
