Born Dead: I bought a jeep as a family car it hasn’t even been 6 months and I had to replace the motor and now it’s having electrical issues. Neveen swore she would have it fixed and would call me after she talked to her mechanic. This happened for weeks before I just took it to a shop to be repaired myself. These people are con artist who do not care what they sell you as long as they make a buck. Terrible service and even worse people. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to see them.

Gay Rap Artist: A few months back i had a job at great auto sales and the experience was so terrible i had to quit. if anyone wonders why the place reeks of weed is because they are growing reggie in the break room. All the food that was given is taco bell, they even had their own custom taco bell vending machine but it was always empty because if the car sales man Lorezno eating all the crunch wrap supremes. A very fishy thing this dealer does is when they are filling up cars they put a few gallons of baha blast from taco bell into the fuel tank of the car to save money. During work Lorezno is always lazy, he sits down on his computer all day while smoking his plats and eating Taco Bell. Inside the break room i looked inside of one of the drawers and there were hundreds of empty Plat Weed Cartridges, this is the reason why Lorezno has brain damage or known as “poop brain”. Also while on the topic of the break room, the room was filled with empty Taco Bell wrappers most of them filled with meat which attracts ants and cockroaches to the dealership. In the dealership bathrooms they don’t buy toilet paper they make us use microwaved warmed tortillas to wipe out behinds. On one of the desks was Loreznos acne cream but when i went to see what was inside, it contained 70% Taco Bell Taco grease 20% Acne cream and 10% Semen, No wonder why that virgin got mountains of pimples on his face.

Matter of fact I stepped in some Crunch Wrap Supreme meat that was on the floor mat, which stained my shoe. Also because I did not want to buy the car after the test drive they tried to charge me 60$ for a test drive fee!!

Avocado: I would not recommend checking out or buying cars from here. I checked out a Honda and was very interested in buying it and took it to an independent mechanic of mine (as recommended by Richard) and the inspection came back finding things I was just not willing to deal with or repair. It came back that their are power steering, rack and pinion, ball joint, and tire issues. I repeatedly told him I was no longer interested in the car due to the results and thanked him for his time. It seems like he is a nice guy until you say you’re no longer interested. I was asked the purpose of taking it to the mechanic, but he recommended me to take it to one in the first place. I am simply an informed buyer and want a reliable first car. I’d say if you come here don’t just go buy looks, follow what I did go to an independent mechanic (not his people) for an inspection, it will save your life.

Adrienne: Talk on the phone for hours with one sales rep((black guy)) with the promise to walk out with a car I told him that I could not afford to come up there and not get a car I also tell him I did not have any money I had two cars that I was willing to trade in one was Lexus and one was a Saturn(( both drivable)) he promised that I will walk out with a car got there talk to another salesperson( ( Something but not a white guy)) I'm guessing he was over the sales rep that I talked to on the phone that sales rep called Credit Acceptance and they were going to take the two trade-ins no money down he called himself calling a different finance company and I guess they told him which he told me that I had to give them $472 right then and 2 weeks later that I would have to give them another $472 first off you pay a car note once a month not every 2 weeks second off he was talking as if he was about to get blood up out of turnip like he was trying to talk me out of something which did not happen all he did was waste my time he was a clear waste of my space because he didn't get nothing out of it but look at me in my face lying I would never go to that car company again I don't care if I had the money to put down . I would never go there again and I would not refer them to no one go to RiteWay if you need a car

They even went around and touched up the few paint chips.. I am more than satisfied with these guys! Buying a used vehicle is a hit or miss, but they made sure I was taken care of! I did pay a simple small deductible but the bill would have been $613.. Great job Elite! Truck sounds great! I can't even hear it run!

Richard Poole: I heard about this dealer from a coworker, who has bought several vehicles from the owner. After viewing inventory, and a couple phone calls with the owner, we were trying very hard to find me the truck I was after. After settling on one that wasn't the perfect truck for me, the owner stayed at the office for 2 and a half hours after close to try and get me a credit answer that day as I was desperate. That night, I actually found the exact truck I wanted at another dealer. I called the next day to tell the owner thank you for all the advise and hard work, however I found exactly what I'm looking for somewhere else. He inquired as to what it was, told me I was getting a decent deal, and even offered to help me further by getting the carfax so I could be sure. And sure enough, I sent him the vin, he sent me back the carfax on a SALE THAT WASNT EVEN HIS! He also advised me on exactly what to look for when I went to look at it, and armed me with some things to ask. When I called and told him I purchased the other vehicle, he was very respectful, still helpful and didn't harass me one bit. This is the first 5 star review I've written where I haven't even purchased anything. I seriously wish they would have had the truck I was looking for, because I would happily have purchased it from them.
