MEICO liberty hill mine: This is the second time I deal with Cheva at all team auto. First transaction I paid $900 deposit for a vehicle and lost the bid. Called cheva and he promptly refunded $800, per our agreement. If I sign up with them it's $200 and no additional bidding fees or $100 per vehicle.Second transaction I placed a deposit of $1400 and won the bid. I called Cheva back and he promptly refunded $1300 and congratulated me on the winning bid.Both interactions Cheva has been courteous, diligent, and above all very professional with a sincere passion to garner my business. He offered to help me with transportation and is very knowledgeable.I'll definitely use them again.

Kiley M: I was in a hurry when I reached out to All Team Auto & must say that I did not read any of these reviews before working with this company and if I had, I definitely would not have chosen them. However, I worked directly with Shiva and my experience was the complete opposite of all the complaints. I called and he spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me to explain the entire process and answer ALL of my questions. Each time I called, I spoke with Shiva and he made the process very easy. Additionally, my deposit refund was processed the same day I called to request. Hopefully, they are on an upward trend and people moving forward will have a better experience.

It's called stealing , many phone calls many emails of proof which I already posted up on few other automotie sites. I've used a few brokers & this place is the worst ,they make you wait for improperly signed title's over a month . I dont know why IAA is still listing them as brokers but soon they will be booted off that list if i get enough signatures & people to convince iaa of their poor business conduct. Not replying emails no matter who you email in the company, no returing calls & stealing customers deposit's is not good business. stay away from these people everyone they are liars & just want to scam you out of your money. Now they took away customer's power to bid accordingly & new policy is to contact them if you want to bid on a car 1st but the middle man is the main issue how can you trust All Team Auto thats already stealing from you & others , how can you trust that a bid will go through when you wanted it to go through asap on the spur of the moment or wash your hands of the entire car deal at any given time, but instead one has to call in & or wait on them to do so for you :/ goodluck with that new policy. Beware everyone doing business with them. The main guy lies so much saying I will call you back its been almost a month & still he act's like he dont know me or my buyers number or how to refund my security deposit into my pay pal account. Since 2014 we had many issue's, improperly signed title's , wait over a month late for title was to much, just to name a few . This new bidding policy they have now where you must call in to bid & let them know how much are you willing to spend is too much for me. I want out of this scam. Also by reading everyones feedback / reviews abouth this business I'd rather use another broker period . As of this day still 5-24-2019 they stole money from me , my security deposit, lie after lie . All this negative input from many customers will catch up with All Team Auto cause the automotive world is all so small. I will see another IAA boss soon in person about this business on the broker list which should be removed immediately . Beware of this business that steals money from customer's . Hm: Keep away from them I get an account for iaai trough allteamauto everything it was good till now that I’m requesting a refund of the deposits that i made to be able to bid in iaai it’s been one month and they just refund me $400 I’m still waiting on $3200 I lost my job and I need the money and they just don’t sent it someone knows what I can do to get my money back

Tina Shelton: I was online looking to purchase a used vehicle I was looking for an Impala 2020 or 19. I found six Impalas at this car lot! I was very interested in two of the Impalas one was an excellent deal $4,000 less than what they say retail prices the other one had a question mark because the price was so low with such low miles. I then drive to the dealership and of course when I pull through I don't see one in Paola on the lot. I walk into the office and say to them you had six Impalas on your website for sale 15 minutes ago I don't see one on the lot I was told all six Impalas sold last week LOL! This is the most ridiculous dealership I have ever heard of! It is not a dealership remember it is an auto sales. If you want to purchase a vehicle I would suggest you look elsewhere maybe a reputable dealership that actually post the cars that they have on the lot not putting cars with such a low price with such a low miles so that they get you in don't waste your time! This was a major bad experience I was looking at these cars this afternoon looking them up and doing my research that is several hours of my life I will never get back.

Test drove my new car and did all paper work on Thursday . Took about a hour and half getting everything together , drove off in my new car Thursday afternoon . Highly recommended !!!

Mohemmed Al-Ansari: Car I went to look at was ok but not good enough to warrant the price tag, brakes worn tires bald and so on. It was also wrecked which they hid in the pictures. Check engine light came in during the test drive and the salesman said it was an O2 sensor. They cleared the codes hoping it wouldn’t come back on the test drive, you never know what’s actually broke. Definitely buyer beware here.

Was in a pinch so I shopped around online, after finding what I thought was a good deal I decided to check it out. Patrick, Antonio, Sue are amazing staff. Patrick will go above and beyond to help his customers out. Antonio came outside and talked and explained their warranty program very in depth, Sue was a wiz with our paperwork and payment. She made the purchase so easy and quick. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars, the owner/ manager Joe was a little unpleasant to deal with. After mentioning some rust spots, he said he didn't want to sell to me. Ended up with a great vehicle with awesome value though, very appreciative of the staff here.

The vehicle apparently (by j&j mechanic) passed inspections, after i got home with multiple complications with the vehicle, i took it to my mechanic and was inspected and needed over $3,000 in parts to pass his inspection. I would strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere.

Then they did a shoddy job sealing the cracked radiator so that it wouldnt leak until after I bought it.This business deserves to be investigated and shut down!

Polikron Tesho: Bought a vehicle for my partner with a total coming out to 70k from this establishment. 10 days of ownership the car was leaking coolant, not thinking much of it being a used car I took it to get looked at. Upon the front bumper being removed so the mechanics can look into the vehicle they see that the vehicle was involved in an accident. The drivers side radiator case and air vents are completely destroyed from a collusion. At the time of sale the owner of the establishment stated all of his Range/Land Rovers get inspected by Land Rover prior to him listing the vehicles for sale. I reached out to Land Rover they confirmed they know the owner of Carzone and they said that the vehicle I had purchased was never taken to Land Rover to be inspected. I hate even writing reviews especially negative ones but please do not do business with this establishment I promise you if the deal seems too good to be true it probably is. Long story short I was sold a vehicle that was involved in an accident and the owner of this that is why the vehicle was never taken into Land Rover to be inspected prior to it being sold.

I would never go there again and I would not refer them to no one go to RiteWay if you need a car
