Kler Hltn: At first I'd give 5 stars to this place, but because of the fact that I bought my car in January and now as of September there is a loud tick which I was told was my lifters in my engine, I absolutely belive that he covered up the ticking to get this car sold and also drove that car around before it was purchased to make sure the tick wasn't there. Mind you im a female so I also believe that played a big part in it as well. They seem nice but the truth is they are really sketchy.

RAYMOND HASANI: I made an appointment to see a vehicle. I spoke to the salesman 5 minutes prior to showing up for the appointment. I arrived and they told me the car was “sold” and tried selling me another vehicle. This dealership tricked me into coming into the dealership and wasted my time. Do not shop here. scammers.
Born Dead: I bought a jeep as a family car it hasn’t even been 6 months and I had to replace the motor and now it’s having electrical issues. Neveen swore she would have it fixed and would call me after she talked to her mechanic. This happened for weeks before I just took it to a shop to be repaired myself. These people are con artist who do not care what they sell you as long as they make a buck. Terrible service and even worse people. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to see them.

Gay Rap Artist: A few months back i had a job at great auto sales and the experience was so terrible i had to quit. if anyone wonders why the place reeks of weed is because they are growing reggie in the break room. All the food that was given is taco bell, they even had their own custom taco bell vending machine but it was always empty because if the car sales man Lorezno eating all the crunch wrap supremes. A very fishy thing this dealer does is when they are filling up cars they put a few gallons of baha blast from taco bell into the fuel tank of the car to save money. During work Lorezno is always lazy, he sits down on his computer all day while smoking his plats and eating Taco Bell. Inside the break room i looked inside of one of the drawers and there were hundreds of empty Plat Weed Cartridges, this is the reason why Lorezno has brain damage or known as “poop brain”. Also while on the topic of the break room, the room was filled with empty Taco Bell wrappers most of them filled with meat which attracts ants and cockroaches to the dealership. In the dealership bathrooms they don’t buy toilet paper they make us use microwaved warmed tortillas to wipe out behinds. On one of the desks was Loreznos acne cream but when i went to see what was inside, it contained 70% Taco Bell Taco grease 20% Acne cream and 10% Semen, No wonder why that virgin got mountains of pimples on his face.

Jeffery Applegate: Went for a test drive in a nice 08 civic, the interior was covered in Taco Bell wrappers. Matter of fact I stepped in some Crunch Wrap Supreme meat that was on the floor mat, which stained my shoe. Also because I did not want to buy the car after the test drive they tried to charge me 60$ for a test drive fee!!

I purchased the car and 24 hours later the car had to be towed back to the dealer I was literally kicking myself. I expressed my concerns and the staff went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. They fixed all the problems and I was picking up my car 2 days later. They kept in constant contact with me the entire time they had my vehicle updating me on what was needed and what they were doing. The customer service was impeccable and I would definitely recommend them for purchases in the future! Thank you

Not only did I get a great truck, exceptionally clean but the service plan came through shining with Premier. I'm about 6 months in and the water pump failed, I took it in and the service contract I purchased with the vehicle came through. I had my truck back in 24 hours!! They even went around and touched up the few paint chips.. I am more than satisfied with these guys! Buying a used vehicle is a hit or miss, but they made sure I was taken care of! I did pay a simple small deductible but the bill would have been $613.. Great job Elite! Truck sounds great! I can't even hear it run!

Richard Poole: I heard about this dealer from a coworker, who has bought several vehicles from the owner. After viewing inventory, and a couple phone calls with the owner, we were trying very hard to find me the truck I was after. After settling on one that wasn't the perfect truck for me, the owner stayed at the office for 2 and a half hours after close to try and get me a credit answer that day as I was desperate. That night, I actually found the exact truck I wanted at another dealer. I called the next day to tell the owner thank you for all the advise and hard work, however I found exactly what I'm looking for somewhere else. He inquired as to what it was, told me I was getting a decent deal, and even offered to help me further by getting the carfax so I could be sure. And sure enough, I sent him the vin, he sent me back the carfax on a SALE THAT WASNT EVEN HIS! He also advised me on exactly what to look for when I went to look at it, and armed me with some things to ask. When I called and told him I purchased the other vehicle, he was very respectful, still helpful and didn't harass me one bit. This is the first 5 star review I've written where I haven't even purchased anything. I seriously wish they would have had the truck I was looking for, because I would happily have purchased it from them.

P Cannon: I bought a car from here a little over a year ago, ran fine for the most part but I had to put on new tires, breaks, shocks and do some electrical work right after buying. What deserves the 1 star is it’s reported on Carfax as a total loss. The dealership did not mention the car was in an accident and had no problem selling it at market value. That’s shady business.

Penny Miller: Went there and the person showing me the cars was on the phone the whole time I was there I will not buy a car from them
Daisy Karen: I bought a van in April of 2015, for 3890 has gotten 120k miles and 7.5 years it need 15 tires, breakers twice two cats two flex pipes 4 paint jobs, plate lights, cleaning the in side a computer , a coil a headers, hoses, gasoline a lot of fill up. Over all I have about 14,000 in maintenance in it it still runs ok.

Mohemmed Al-Ansari: Car I went to look at was ok but not good enough to warrant the price tag, brakes worn tires bald and so on. It was also wrecked which they hid in the pictures. Check engine light came in during the test drive and the salesman said it was an O2 sensor. They cleared the codes hoping it wouldn’t come back on the test drive, you never know what’s actually broke. Definitely buyer beware here.

Was in a pinch so I shopped around online, after finding what I thought was a good deal I decided to check it out. Patrick, Antonio, Sue are amazing staff. Patrick will go above and beyond to help his customers out. Antonio came outside and talked and explained their warranty program very in depth, Sue was a wiz with our paperwork and payment. She made the purchase so easy and quick. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars, the owner/ manager Joe was a little unpleasant to deal with. After mentioning some rust spots, he said he didn't want to sell to me. Ended up with a great vehicle with awesome value though, very appreciative of the staff here.

They are the biggest scammers I️ have ever had the displeasure of doing business with.Let me break it down for you, I️ purchased a car in April and fast forward to now, I️ am putting $3300 into fixing the whole thing due to MULTIPLE problems and the engine on the verge of failing. My brother got a car around the same time and literally TWO weeks after purchasing it, the transmission started acting up. Best believe he took it right back up there and demanded they fix it. They did but who knows how well they did. They are VERY unprofessional!! Seriously steer clear of this place and don’t even give them the time of Day! Only gave this hell hole a one star cause you have to otherwise I️ would give them absolutely nothing because they are absolute garbage!

jason gibson: Horrible customer service. The guy seemed annoyed that I wanted to look at cars and kept suggesting I visit their other store at 9 and dequindre.I did look at a few vehicles. At a glance they seem ok though still high priced. Upon looking closer, there was a lot of issues with the 2 vehicles I looked at. Heavy rust damage, quick temporary repairs instead that will break before your first oil change. They think a wash and wax will distract you from the mechanical integrity.

The person who answered the phone sounded so nonchalant and had his personal phone ringing in the background. I asked about a 2001 Ford Escape on their lot and he told me that if I was paying cash then the price would be about $4,000.00 and if I was financing then the price would be $6,500.00. I will not be doing business here.

Kirk Sadek: Got a car for a decent negotiated out the door price on a Cash As-Is agreement. Car had a few problems I noticed on lot and was aware of nothing major. But also a few I couldn't find that were. Contacted dealer they worked with me, replaced some parts even being as is. Neither friendly nor unfriendly. Some good deals on lot some bad. I would say your average car dealer, I went cheap I got cheap. They are fairly honest but I will say I truly don't think they even know much about the condition of their cars. They seem to buy and flip. Just check everything out and they will work with you. You get what you pay for.

Mike Wolfskhal: Idk about the bad reviews but I certainly had a very great experience and would highly recommend turning In leases here all day ! I called them up and they offered me 3k cashiers check on top and they take the vehicle out of my name and purchase it outright. They ended up giving me 2500 which I understand because the windshield was cracked. But literally in and out with everything in under an hour. They even gave me a lift back home. So I would say if you want out of a lease definitely look into here might even make positive equity like i did.

Terrible service, They will give you high hopes when you call, message and look on website but upon arriving to their lot everything you thought you knew on them it's probably wrong and a waste of your time. Upon researching/calling through 10 different cities and autosales/dealership stores in north, south and west of Detroit, Ryan's Auto Sales ranks up there in one of the biggest rip offs. They purchase used vehicles at their market value and resale them thousands over priced knowing people will purchase the vehicle and no guilt of overcharging/ ripping people off. Thankfully we didnt fall for the bait as we did our research and eventually came across multiple dealerships with better quality and truth in their service leading us to buy a car in less than a day compared to their 1 week paperwork at Ryan's. I wanted to buy a 2021 Cadillac Escalade when I walked into the office I was told they had between 15-20 of them so I had a wide variety to choose from right? WRONG. They had 2 and even though I told them I’d leave deposits on them because I came later towards the day, near closing time I was told I didn’t have to as long as I came by the next day. The next day comes I call to get the vin to give it to my bank to finance through them and once again they don’t give me any help, 3rd day goes by same thing, 4th day comes by I call they tell me “oh we don’t have 15-20” ( guys name is ROMEO). Tina Shelton: I was online looking to purchase a used vehicle I was looking for an Impala 2020 or 19. I found six Impalas at this car lot! I was very interested in two of the Impalas one was an excellent deal $4,000 less than what they say retail prices the other one had a question mark because the price was so low with such low miles. I then drive to the dealership and of course when I pull through I don't see one in Paola on the lot. I walk into the office and say to them you had six Impalas on your website for sale 15 minutes ago I don't see one on the lot I was told all six Impalas sold last week LOL! This is the most ridiculous dealership I have ever heard of! It is not a dealership remember it is an auto sales. If you want to purchase a vehicle I would suggest you look elsewhere maybe a reputable dealership that actually post the cars that they have on the lot not putting cars with such a low price with such a low miles so that they get you in don't waste your time! This was a major bad experience I was looking at these cars this afternoon looking them up and doing my research that is several hours of my life I will never get back.

Test drove my new car and did all paper work on Thursday . Took about a hour and half getting everything together , drove off in my new car Thursday afternoon . Highly recommended !!!

Don't buy the 2011 Subaru Legacy (or anything else) from them.
