Geneat Norman: I am the only one who can leave a real review! After dealing with Kern, Mindy, Brian and the entire team for over 4 years they are truly authentic. They give real answers they are not in to getting over on you. I have never seen them have a bad day. They always answer the phone. I bring my car to them for service and they discount it every single time. They upgrade my lease they ask me about my occupation and my children are welcome there all the time. They actually care. They feed us when they have staff luncheons and holiday get togethers. I have been difficult in the process from day one and had to let my guard down because their process is way too easy, it’s not a scam their rates are very reasonable and the best in Michigan they do not deserve the attitude and tough skin but they are not afraid of it and not rude. Honestly Kia Golling really is my family. Even the front desk picks up all the time they always transfer me properly. I always get a response back and I feel really special because there is no one here who isn’t good. The one issue I had out of a million encounters now which was at the beginning Brian fixed it, he’s very active intelligent and business savvy, if you want a friend, long term financial consultant, a dealer who is honest and hardworking , a family member then you should really come here. No….. I am not getting paid to place this ad! I really can not thank you all enough!They put people in a position to win with a new car!Okay let me end this I could go on and on

Got a notification that my credit was ran AGAIN a few days later without my consent after a week of talking to them, when they ran my credit the first time. For some reason, I thought I’d be approved for even an older model. Dealership is very popular. So I was confused. Didn’t even offer a recommendation on what to do when I asked.

Not only is the car still dirty, but we have scratches in the vehicle finish from said car wash.Why we think it's a good idea to put brand new vehicles through a non-touchless car wash is absolutely beyond me. The worst part is you cannot fix it. It's already done.Christian, please make sure your techs are ASKING the client if they want a car wash.Never again.

They kept my car for 4 or 5 days, with no loaner car because they were out. That was fine with me as long as my car was fixed.I had to return today because my car was doing the exact same thing. They were very unfazed by the situation. I asked about a loaner and they were out again. There was no trying or acting like they will try and help. Even when I told them I work far away and this is my only vechicle. Now I have to come out of my pocket to rent a car. Also, now I have no trust in them fixing my car at all.

Hunter knows KIA. Hunter is committed to his customers via phone and in person. When you are purchasing or leasing a car check out Hunter and Summit East KIA.May 2021. Still very happy with my decision, but there is one problem, calling the Clinton Twp site, very hard to get someone on the phone. That is the only thing that needs to be seen to. I bet you would have even more customer than now. So please hire a person just for the phone!!!!! WOW! I could not be Happier. Big Jon is the best. The whole crew is Top Notch. Excellent service, pricing and product. You meet all those involved at Summit KIA. Everything is explained. Every question is answered. We waited and waited and no one came or even let us know how long it would be. Pretty disappointing. Bought a Nissan down the street.

RAYMOND HASANI: I made an appointment to see a vehicle. I spoke to the salesman 5 minutes prior to showing up for the appointment. I arrived and they told me the car was “sold” and tried selling me another vehicle. This dealership tricked me into coming into the dealership and wasted my time. Do not shop here. scammers.
Born Dead: I bought a jeep as a family car it hasn’t even been 6 months and I had to replace the motor and now it’s having electrical issues. Neveen swore she would have it fixed and would call me after she talked to her mechanic. This happened for weeks before I just took it to a shop to be repaired myself. These people are con artist who do not care what they sell you as long as they make a buck. Terrible service and even worse people. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to see them.

Ale Fig: Please do not buy any car from this place ! They sell Messed up cars and act like they didn’t know anything was wrong. They make promises and don’t keep them. I bought a truck from them and the engine was burning oil and radiator was all messed up. Neveen was so nice and friendly , but it was all an act she said they were giving me 6 months warranty, an extra key fob , and fix 2 things that were wrong . They NEVER did anything and keep having excuses on why they can’t and I have all the messages asProof ! Please take my advice and look somewhere else. They are thieves!

Gay Rap Artist: A few months back i had a job at great auto sales and the experience was so terrible i had to quit. if anyone wonders why the place reeks of weed is because they are growing reggie in the break room. All the food that was given is taco bell, they even had their own custom taco bell vending machine but it was always empty because if the car sales man Lorezno eating all the crunch wrap supremes. A very fishy thing this dealer does is when they are filling up cars they put a few gallons of baha blast from taco bell into the fuel tank of the car to save money. During work Lorezno is always lazy, he sits down on his computer all day while smoking his plats and eating Taco Bell. Inside the break room i looked inside of one of the drawers and there were hundreds of empty Plat Weed Cartridges, this is the reason why Lorezno has brain damage or known as “poop brain”. Also while on the topic of the break room, the room was filled with empty Taco Bell wrappers most of them filled with meat which attracts ants and cockroaches to the dealership. In the dealership bathrooms they don’t buy toilet paper they make us use microwaved warmed tortillas to wipe out behinds. On one of the desks was Loreznos acne cream but when i went to see what was inside, it contained 70% Taco Bell Taco grease 20% Acne cream and 10% Semen, No wonder why that virgin got mountains of pimples on his face.

Janny Smyth: Lorenzo the Car sales men at Great auto sales ate some of My Taco Bell Nacho Fries out of my Car When he said he could give me a cleaning in my car for $29.99 He began to eat the Nacho fries and he thought i wouldn’t notice a few was gone and he also drinked some of the cheese sauce that came with it.

Jeffery Applegate: Went for a test drive in a nice 08 civic, the interior was covered in Taco Bell wrappers. Matter of fact I stepped in some Crunch Wrap Supreme meat that was on the floor mat, which stained my shoe. Also because I did not want to buy the car after the test drive they tried to charge me 60$ for a test drive fee!!
Kinra Milhouse: After reading reviews I was skeptical about a purchase from this company, but I needed a car for my daughter, and they had was I was looking for at a great price. I purchased the car and 24 hours later the car had to be towed back to the dealer I was literally kicking myself. I expressed my concerns and the staff went above and beyond to make me a satisfied customer. They fixed all the problems and I was picking up my car 2 days later. They kept in constant contact with me the entire time they had my vehicle updating me on what was needed and what they were doing. The customer service was impeccable and I would definitely recommend them for purchases in the future! Thank you

Kler Hltn: At first I'd give 5 stars to this place, but because of the fact that I bought my car in January and now as of September there is a loud tick which I was told was my lifters in my engine, I absolutely belive that he covered up the ticking to get this car sold and also drove that car around before it was purchased to make sure the tick wasn't there. Mind you im a female so I also believe that played a big part in it as well. They seem nice but the truth is they are really sketchy.
