Regina Finberg: They have the largest selection of Range Rovers in several states. I am from out of state and they took their time videoing every Rover in the lot until I decided on the best one for me. This was in December. They call on the regular to see if my vehicle is to my satisfaction and have even called service departments in my area for me. I highly recommend them!
Eric Loving: Worst customer Service experience ever.I purchased a used Range Rover Hse in November 2021 from there lot. I was treated with dignity, and respect from salesman Sammi Naoum. I brought my truck into service on January 4 2023. I was helped by service rep Kristian. I told him that my vehicle would not start, and notice a lot of oil in my driveway. On Jan 19 2023 I spoke to Kristian, and he told me that the motor seized up. He told me that it is covered under the extended warranty I purchased at the time I bought the vehicle. I was told that the warranty company needs oil change reciepts, for proof of maintenance. I provided the reciepts on Jan 25 2023. I called Kristian, and left messages for several weeks to check status on my truck. Didnt get a call back. I called the service dept and talked to Jazmine. She told me Kristian dont work there anymore. Jazmine said that she would assist me. At the time she had no info on my truck. For weeks Jazmine told me this. Finally after 4 months of waiting for an update, Jazmine calls me and told me that they looked at my truck again and there blaming the leak on a defected oil filter. She told me the warranty wont cover, because of this, and that I should have gotten my oil change through the dealership. I was getting oil changes at Vavoline. I talked to the service manager Jay. I asked Jay was there any other leaks other than the one they claim that supposedly came from oil filter. Jay told me he dont know for sure. Jay was not helpful at all he just talked in circles. He said he just recently started working there in Jan 2023. Im not sure that he is capable of handling a situation like this. I feel like ive been had. Im out of the cost of the extended warranty, and left with a payment on a truck I cant even drive. And all Jay could say is when are you picking up your truck off of our lot. This is the worst service that I have ever experienced in my life.

kevin hayes: A few years ago i place a hold on a car while waiting for my Mercedes trade in to get the sunroof repaired. Once I got my Mercedes back (2 days) I went to make the deal and was told that a different salesperson unknowingly sold the car to someone else.Fast forward a couple years , I thought I would give them another try. I was interested in a Land Rover , came in for a test drive , but we were a little off on price. (I did not hold the vehicle this time ). My sales person suggested that my trade may be worth more at his dealership and it may make up the difference. He said i can get a real offer by sending pictures of my trade to their trade in portal. I got my car detailed that day and sent he pics the next day. Never heard from anyone. Not the trade in department , not my salesperson.My bank reduced my rate and now the vehicle I wanted was available at the payment I wanted! I called the dealer, the salesperson was off that day so I left a message. I called back and left a message for the trade in department.It has been just over a week, and I still have not heard from anyone, except one email saying that particular Land Rover has been sold. It doesn’t matter because I had already made a deal on the same vehicle at another store, but I thought I should let Troy JLR know about this SECOND horrible attempt to shop with them.
Athena Hair: This place sucks! Where did Farmington Dealership go! Really have to drive an extra 25 minutes just to avoid this place and go to Novi! Service/Part department is horrible they will sit there going back and forth with you instead of providing customer service. They choose to be brats instead of customer servers…

L3DD: Might as well have gone to any other car shop other than here for an oil change. The employees here are uneducated and have not a bit of morality, personality, or knowledge about automobiles as a whole. A simple oil change turned into a nightmare, upon waiting 3 months for a oil change, you would expect the dealership to have prepared with new plastic clips for the bumpers in stock in our brittle cold state, they are common to snap when removed unproperly. The plastic clips prior to taking to dealership were all in tact, i always give me car a full self inspection prior to any service, being that i was in the field myself, i know mistakes can happen.The dealership did not clip my wifes front diffuser back in properly and instead, the head mechanic "Mike" claimed that my car had broken clips. Then i argued on the spot before leaving, and the front desk guy grabbed some clips and a METAL screwdriver and TRIED to clip back in. I left the dealership thinking im all set. One mile down the road, my whole diffuser fell off. I clipped the diffuser back in properly, and finished the job myself properly, in a matter of 5mins and w the help of AUTOZONE having the correct clips IN STOCK unlike land rover.
Dylan Runge: Recently purchased a used Mercedes from here. I live 8hrs away from this dealership. I was assured by the salesman that this vehicle was looked over, and that the vehicle passed their inspection with flying colors. During my 8 hr drive home, I noticed I was getting lower than expected fuel economy. I inspected it myself upon arriving home to find the engine air filter was clogged completely FULL of dirt/debris. The dirtiest engine air filter I have ever seen. How this could pass any sort of inspection, is absolutely mind boggling. Completely unacceptable. I would not trust this dealership to service anything. Side note- I am now getting an extra 3 MPG with a new filter

Saman Sammoe: Never had a worse experience with a dealership. My car started leaking oil and after trying multiple times to reach the service department, they finally answered and told me my car is still under warranty, but when I brought it in they told me it wasn’t and I would be charged a fee just to get it checked. Why would you tell me it’s under warranty and then tell me it’s not? This dealership clearly only cares about money and not about customer experience. I will never be purchasing a car from here ever again.

TLP: Please do not take your Land Rover to Troy I thought once they sold and had new manager in the service department would make a difference. It took almost a week for the phone to get answered. Then I finally reached the new manager Adam. He apologized for the continuous phone calls and that he would make sure this time I would be take care of! Not at all did this happen. It took him more than couple weeks to get back with me. The lack of communication continued. He never followed through like he claimed. And all along my vehicles parts were never ordered due to his feelings being hurt! Toughen up Adam! We have a right to be upset with your lack of service. He finally left me a message a month later that he would not service my Land Rover. Thankfully there are other options! Please save yourself the misery!

Untightened screws and after handed over my keys so-called after service I found a part sitting in my passenger seat then went back and technician fixed infront of me in 1min... and while engine bay is open I saw bunch of screws not tighten and hanging around... he tighten by bringing a power screwdriver again infront of me... man.... dear landrover troy,, thanks for educating me on fixing a car.. well shame on your professionalism. RIP LandRover in North America.

Tom C: Buyers beware!!I purchased my car from Prime motorz in late September, sight unseen. The sales guy Gordon assured me there were no issues with the car other than a couple minor aesthetic issues. The car gets shipped enclosed to me and I take it to the dealership to get routine maintenance and oil change only to find there’s a lot of problems. The air suspension need to be replaced, the brakes are less than 1mm to the point I even had to replace the rotors. Supercharger knocks. Tires soon and the list goes on. I took the car to 3 different car shops and dealership and all came back the same, hence why I waited to post a negative review. I call up prime motors and they put the blame on shipping..Didn’t know my brakes can be worn during transportation. Not only does Prime Motorz lie about the condition of the car, they don’t even check it. I even had the previous owners paper work with their information in the glove compartment . It was CARVANA TITLE..DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS ON HERE.I have all service paper quotes and text messages from Gordon to back my review.

One of Adam's many strong attributes is that he is extremely knowledgeable about the model of my vehicle and explained several of its mechanical and operational features that I had not previously known. And all of his explanations were presented in a clear, concise and understandable manner. Thank you so very much Adam!I do have a request of Land Rover: Please resume your pick-up-and-return service for those of us who reside outside of your 45-mile radius. Adrienne: Talk on the phone for hours with one sales rep((black guy)) with the promise to walk out with a car I told him that I could not afford to come up there and not get a car I also tell him I did not have any money I had two cars that I was willing to trade in one was Lexus and one was a Saturn(( both drivable)) he promised that I will walk out with a car got there talk to another salesperson( ( Something but not a white guy)) I'm guessing he was over the sales rep that I talked to on the phone that sales rep called Credit Acceptance and they were going to take the two trade-ins no money down he called himself calling a different finance company and I guess they told him which he told me that I had to give them $472 right then and 2 weeks later that I would have to give them another $472 first off you pay a car note once a month not every 2 weeks second off he was talking as if he was about to get blood up out of turnip like he was trying to talk me out of something which did not happen all he did was waste my time he was a clear waste of my space because he didn't get nothing out of it but look at me in my face lying I would never go to that car company again I don't care if I had the money to put down . I would never go there again and I would not refer them to no one go to RiteWay if you need a car

Jeramie Childers: In a day and age where people seem to shy away from buy cars for dealerships, me included, I was happily surprised by the outstanding experience I had dealing with the sales team at Jaguar of Troy. Never once did I feel pressured into a purchase, in fact just the opposite. The sales team was patient and spent their time with me answering any questions and engaging in pleasant conversation as we navigated through the financing and purchase process. Big props to my sales consultant James Wawrzyniak and finance manager Cassandra Chapman on their outstanding customer service. Jaguar of Troy should be proud of their team! They will definitely get my repeat business.

Salwa Haji: First of all I'd like to start with saying that I love my car. However, this dealership if probably the worst one to deal with post the purchase. It's bells and whistles till you make the purchase, then it's downhill from there. I dread the simplest visit such as for an oil change.Very disorganized and non caring service department. Not happy with this dealership at all. And they clearly aren't happy to have me as a customer or anyone else. A good shake down needed ASAP or customers will being going elsewhere!

Joe Gallo: Mechanical repairs are thorough and the team does great (on the repairs). Service communication has been horrendous, no updates, being on hold for what feels like HOURS at a time. My service associate (Melissa) never even responds to the text messages that literally say TEXT ME IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. It is impossible to get service updates, the list goes on. I understand parts sometimes take a week or two to get... Just tell me that, relay that information, keep me in the loop! I would take this elsewhere, but because of warranty it has to be the Troy location.

Joshua Kane: Bought an Fpace on 12-23-22. After a few days with the car, realized it needed some warranty work. Took it back to the dealer on 1-19-23. Not a great customer service experience in service. Not kind or accommodating. After voicing my concerns to the service manager, they were a little more flexible in diagnosing and fixing my vehicle. Now here we sit a month later still "waiting on parts" or "waiting on the manager to be in" because no one else knows how to fix a car apparently or schedule an appointment. The entire dealership must shut down because the rest of their staff other than the manager must be incapable of servicing a vehicle. At this moment there is still no resolve and I continue getting pushed. Do yourself a favor, don't buy a unreliable jaguar, and if you do because you believe the warranty will have you covered when repairs are needed, think again, because you'll be blown off for ages.
Sasha Oza: I wish I could give 0 stars!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! I have never seen worse customer service anywhere!!!! I have had nothing but issues with my E-Pace. Since it was under warranty the service had it for an entire month! Then out of no where my car spontaneously burst into flames while off and parked in my driveway! The insurance investigator deemed it the dealerships fault (they are planning on suing this dealership for their negligence!). YOU COULD HAVE KILL ME AND MY FAMILY!!!!

Ms. Smith: Where do I start, Melissa is horrible with her customer service skills and very unprofessional! She never answered my call or kept me updated about my vehicle! I literally had to track her down every step of the way! Had my car towed there at 10:30am then started calling at about 1:00 pm you can never get through so I started to get worried, I literally had to have the operator track someone down to confirm my vehicle was there, because Melissa never did! Melissa told me my car would be ready on Thursday , she never called me or kept me posted! I called the service department manager left a message and after two days when he called me back I was very disgusted with Melissa unprofessional behavior not keeping me updated having to call the dealership 55 times just to get an answer finally the manager gave me a loaner yes he did the evening before my car was ready the next day!I spent almost $3,000 at this dealership to be treated like trash, I PRAY MY CAR DOESN'T BREAKDOWN FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENTS HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR ! Melissa needs to be fired or trained she is horrible for the business. Not to mention the day I picked up the loaner vehicle she was at her desk all Getty eyed with a technician , Oh I see why the phones never get answered and you never return messages you are busy with your coworkers and not tending to the customer needs ! I left a message in Melissa’s voicemail indicating keep all my old parts I want to see them, yeah no that never happened and when I asked deer in headlights! I just wanted to get as far away from there as possible ! Lastly, how did you do an overall check of my vehicle when my headlight was out and I had a nail in my tire! All I know , it was not that way when my vehicle was towed there ! Avoid them at any cost ! In fact Jaguar of Lakeside are really customer friendly and appreciates the business, according to my fiancée he stated that’s where I’ll be going next time! It’s such a shame when we live so much closer to Troy! SMH ridiculous just ridiculous !

Dale Campion: Do not take your car to be repaired here. My 97 XJ6 had a mystery fault it would drive fine for a few miles then die, and not restart. First was a 4 hour diagnostic at $1000 which showed nothing. I then suggested replacing the coil packs after they didn't get back to me after 3 weeks, which was duly done for another $300 and to no avail. It then took another 3 weeks of calls to get a response after which I picked up the car and figured it out myself. British Jaguar would be ashamed to have any connection with this dealership.

Rohit Gandhi: Useless place useless cars.I have Jaguar ipace 2022. It's a piece of garbage. I named it death trap. In 6 months I escaped death 4 times. Jaguar is not concerned about it. Service is zero level. If we have cars and dealer like jaguar. Trust me jaguar will not be in business in near future. Beware this car stops abruptly in the middle of nowhere 🤔. Jaguar says they're is no problem. Seriously.

Lisa Litton: Run away from this dealership and their service department as fast as you can unless you want to spend thousands of dollars to keep fixing the same problem over, and over, and over, again. They will not stand behind their work and I seriously question whether they are forthcoming in relaying what the real issues are with the vehicle.
Scott Ashworth: A very poor experience that seriously lets down the amazing vehicle range that is Jaguar.Poor levels of communication between departmental teams lead to additional, unnecessary works performed at my expense. The extra works were palatable but it took five calls to the dealership and almost a week to get a return call.After spending a significant amount of money, sadly three of the 5 issues still remain.I am overwhelmingly disappointed about the blatant lack of customer appreciation. I have owned Jaguar vehicles since 1989 and always felt good about my choice and the level of engineering support. I have been left with a feeling of mistrust.I have since been contacted by the service manager who has booked my car in for corrective works. He has called numerous times to follow up and I will of-course adjust my review once we close this issue. I’m hoping this was just an isolated issue.
