Last week I had to buy inserts for my windshield wipers and after purchasing it, I politely asked their service department if anyone is available to change it for me or show me how it’s done. They said they don’t have time for it. After reading about it, I was able to change both of it under a minute. It would have take them 1-2 mins to help me out but chose not to. Today I had an appointment scheduled for 75k service. They quoted me 163.99 on the phone but when I got there they said no with other fees it’s 196. I said fine. I have asked them in advance if I can have the loaner car until Saturday over the phone because I have to go an hour west and won’t be coming back and the girl on the phone said that’s absolutely fine if your return it on Saturday and I said absolutely. Today they said oh no you have to bring it back today. I informed them about the conversation and said nope can’t. I told them I am unable to come back and they didn’t try to help me out and gave me my key back. Woke up at 7am to get this done before driving west and this is how unprofessional I was treated. I am fine with bringing the car back when they tell me if they are honest on the phone so I can plan around it. I have done every service at their location and paid a lot of money but loyalty doesn’t mean anything to them. Extremely unprofessional!

I’ve always had a great experience at Meade and Shannon was no exception. She was attentive, greeted me quickly, and I immediately received a text message to choose how I wanted to be updated throughout my service: email, text or phone call. I appreciate the use of technology and the ability to get text updates. My car was serviced much quicker than the original 90 minutes I was told it would take. I was in and out under one hour, which is nice.The waiting area is comfortable spacious, and has ample places to set up and plug in if you need to work while you wait. The area also has a tv, water, snacks, and a place for kids to hang out.Highly recommend Meade Lexus and Shannon!

Sui 193: I love taking my car here for service but as today I will take it elsewhere. I took my car in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When my car was done and ready I came out and look at my tires and knew that it wasn't rotated. I walk up to the front desk and ask what service was done to my vehicle and the guy said oil changed and tire rotation that's when I stated that my tires was still on the same spot as I brought it in cause there was marks on my tires so I knew that it wasn't messed with. So he end up calling someone in the back and they said that they didn't do a tire rotation. If I didn't notice it i would have been charged for the rotations and I'm not even sure if they changed my oil now.

I believe your manager knows this matter and asked one laddy to talk with me on Tuesday. Please confirm with your manager! I would never delete this comment! NEVER!To be completely honest, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone due to their high prices and rare discounts on new cars. Despite visiting the dealership many times, they were unable to offer me a good price, so I ended up purchasing my Lexus in the GTA area instead. As for service/maintenance, it was a disaster. They don't offer loan cars, only a shuttle service, which can be quite inconvenient. Additionally, they don't provide car wash services. Unfortunately, if you reside in the Essex area, you don't have many options when it comes to servicing your Lexus. Having visited almost all of the Lexus dealerships in Ontario, I have to say that this dealership deserves a one-star rating. If I could, I would rate it zero. In my opinion, their service doesn't meet the high standards expected of the Lexus brand.Based on my experience, I would recommend visiting Don Valley North Lexus, Erin Park Lexus, or Lexus of Richmond Hill to get a good deal on a new car. They always have a large inventory. Also, be sure to use Unhaggle to negotiate the price. It is free. Some sales may tell you that no one sells the car for the Unhaggle price now, but don't be discouraged. Simply walk away and try another dealership. Some dealerships will likely offer a price close to the average transaction price, especially for the petrol version of the car.

Amanda was in charge of the service department on Saturday, and I can’t thank her enough for the assistance she provided. Unfortunately, on Friday night, my tire pressure went down to 20. Not only was she able to fit me in to have the tire fixed, the work was completed in less than two hours, and they also provided a 30 point inspection, as well as a car wash. They cleared the codes hoping it wouldn’t come back on the test drive, you never know what’s actually broke. Definitely buyer beware here.

Tiffany Blight: Called because I wanted to purchase a car cash in hand asked if they could send me pictures since they weren’t on the website and he said if it isn’t on the website then no lmaooo it’s the laziness for me it’s the fact that whoever I spoke to on the phone couldn’t take two seconds to go outside and take a picture of the car whoever is running this dealership could at least take the time to find better people to answer the phone and speak to there future buyers

Justin Defer: I'd like to say as a retired mechanic I've always been a little judgemental about used car lots. Was in a pinch so I shopped around online, after finding what I thought was a good deal I decided to check it out. Patrick, Antonio, Sue are amazing staff. Patrick will go above and beyond to help his customers out. Antonio came outside and talked and explained their warranty program very in depth, Sue was a wiz with our paperwork and payment. She made the purchase so easy and quick. Only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars, the owner/ manager Joe was a little unpleasant to deal with. After mentioning some rust spots, he said he didn't want to sell to me. Ended up with a great vehicle with awesome value though, very appreciative of the staff here.

Tom C: Buyers beware!!I purchased my car from Prime motorz in late September, sight unseen. The sales guy Gordon assured me there were no issues with the car other than a couple minor aesthetic issues. The car gets shipped enclosed to me and I take it to the dealership to get routine maintenance and oil change only to find there’s a lot of problems. The air suspension need to be replaced, the brakes are less than 1mm to the point I even had to replace the rotors. Supercharger knocks. Tires soon and the list goes on. I took the car to 3 different car shops and dealership and all came back the same, hence why I waited to post a negative review. I call up prime motors and they put the blame on shipping..Didn’t know my brakes can be worn during transportation. Not only does Prime Motorz lie about the condition of the car, they don’t even check it. I even had the previous owners paper work with their information in the glove compartment . It was CARVANA TITLE..DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS ON HERE.I have all service paper quotes and text messages from Gordon to back my review.

Fidler Family: I talked with a TFS rep on 10/3/2018 about a future transaction. The representative I talked to talked about a disposition fee. They said that in order to waive the fee, all I had to do was purchase another Toyota vehicle. I did so. Now I received a bill with a Disp fee (NOT WAIVED). I talked to 2 representatives from Toyota Lease Trust/TFS and they refused to take my word and retain my business.

Satya Munzar: I returned my vehicle on the 5th and they had it incorrectly listed as 17th of July. They charged me a whole extra month for lease. I waited on the phone for hours and hours before I could even be directed to the right person to talk. I still am waiting for this issue to be resolved.

Tim Parks: Toyota leasing ....beware....I have leased two cars from Toyota. It wasn't until I just turned in my Toyota this month April/2016 that I heard it was going to cost me $350. 00....a disposition fee they said....A term, you would think....they would tell you about ...BEFORE you sign a lease with them. Of course if you agree to lease or buy Another Toyota...they might wave the fee......This is complete bulshit....and I will NEVER Lease or Buy Toyota again.....that $350.00 fee they just made on me , will cost them 10 fold . I Lease two cars every two or three years...with 3 daughters that do the same....And they listen to their Dad about what car to buy....

The parking break sensor is damaged and the air bags are missing which is very dangerous. Shady very shady business practices
