William: I recently bought a car from Ivan the owner. A couple hours after I bought it the AC out. The owner said he would fix it, so I dropped my car back off and the car sat in his lot for over a week before they "fixed" it. A few days later the AC was broken again. He was also very difficult to get a hold of, and when he did respond he was often rude. If your looking for an honest mechanic don't go here.

After calls being ignored, promises of when the vehicle would be done only to be put off another day, and another and....Had to go back to get a couple of things replaced that were broken while putting the new motor in (NOT FUN!), and the biggest complaint is, I had to have the old motor picked up by another company in order to get my $1200 core deposit back, after more than one attempt and practically begging the owner to do his part to get that taken care of, Ivan's exact words to me were, "I don't give a f**k about your motor!!"I wouldn't bring a bicycle to that place to have a tire inflated!!! Very POOR SERVICE AND ATTITUDES!
Sarah Tillman: Wish I could give 0 stars. My husband took his car to this shop to repair his engine, 10 days later we pick it up and : they broke the AC, broke brackets, didn't change the spark plugs that we're stuck in, didn't do all the work promised, the "owner" blocked my husband's number when he tried to discuss the issues. And they accused us of not paying the full amount the day after, mind you they counted it when we paid. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Please find a honest shop to avoid what we went through!!

Vinh: Ended up stopping by this shop due to the stellar reviews I've seen on multiple sites + it's a mile away from home. I needed my brake lines to be replaced since they were leaking, dropped off the vehicle in the morning and heard back the following morning. They recommend to replace all lines since it was just going to be time until the other ones started to leak, I agreed.Unfortunately, they ended up not working on the vehicle. I ended up replacing all my brake lines with OEM over the course of a few weeks since I wasn't in a rush.My second visit, with another vehicle, I was able to get serviced (wheel alignment). Dropped it off at 8 AM and was done around 5 or so (I wasn't in a rush, so call ahead if you know what you need done to see if they're busy or they can book you an appointment or something).Overall, I can agree with the good reviews and I can't beat the convenience of it from home. It needed brake lines and a lot of other work that would cost about $3,000 dollars. He didn't evencharge me the inspection fee. I will use them again with my next vehicle.

Original Greatness: My second experience with Ode didn't disappoint. I was curious to know if it would be of a lower quality compared to the excellent service, I received the first time. I didn't recognize anyone from the previous visit when I had another tire repair done but everyone was just as polite and helpful as the first experience. I wanted to have air put in all the other tires and just to make sure it was done the gentleman behind the counter met me at the garage to personally check the tires himself after the repair was done and paid for. Magdalini Maroulitsas: We've been there twice for repairs on my husband's car. And each time they were up front with what needed to be done nothing more. They let us know that down the road it may need some repairs, that's it. They weren't pushy but very informative. I would definitely say to try them once and see what I mean.
