KEE LEE: These guys took care of my exhaust leak. Welding job looks great! I gave it 4 stars because they did a great job but my catalytic converter is still rattling so i guess it's internal damage which they cut and weld back on. Mo Kawsar: Worst experience ever. That elderly bald guy lies through his teeth. He worked on my oxygen sensor and asked me to come back after two days if check engine light doesn't go off. I went and he said he sent his scanner for update. I asked him when his scanner gonna come back and he replied saying he updated his scanner at covid time and it took 8months so he can't say. Which scanner on earth needs to be updated within a year. My 15 bucks amazon scanner reading the codes just fine for 5years. He actually messed up and didn't wanna take the responsibility.Service:Exhaust

Ruhul Amin: They replaced my leaking power steering and afterward it leaked worse than before I took it to them. They told me to come pick up the car when it was really dark outside and had the car running when i arrived. Later I found out soon as I turned off the car, all the liquid will come out. They didn't give me a receipt because they said they ran out and said their credit card machine is not working. I told them I didn't have any cash, the credit card machine miraculously started working after few minutes and I paid and left without a receipt.Next day I found all the liquid came out and take it back to their shop. They put more liquid in and looked around the car but never fixed the problem.One of the mechanics made a comment about how the car was trash and I agree, that car had so many accidents before I got it. I'm writing this review mainly because of their shady practices.Advice:1. Always get a receipt2. Never pay cash3. Inspect your vehicle before u leave the mechanic

Khalid Tawil: Called in for some general Q & A and when I asked for some price estimations, informing him that I got the car checked out someplace else, he insisted that I bring it in. I told him I could not do so but told him what I needed. He tried to overwhelm me with technical details in what felt like an attempt to just trip me up and belittle me, but I brushed it off and told him exactly what I needed. “I know things might change after you see the car, but assuming what I’m telling is accurate and I just need x, what would that run me?” I asked. He grew impatient with me, not letting me speak and began cutting me off. In the end he said we were going in circles, which we were, and we decided to end our conversation there.I understand not being able to give exact information over the phone without seeing the car, but you could have met me halfway. You could have explained it to me professionally that you have a policy of needing to see the car first before telling me anything. Even if that were the case, why do you bother asking what all the other auto shops are quoting me first if you weren’t going to give me a price on the phone? Most important of all, even if I’m not a car expert, you don’t need to cut me off, raise your voice at me, and try to belittle me by overwhelming me with a gazillion unrelated other parts that could go wrong.I cannot speak to the quality of the work because I did not get service from them, but I am very dissatisfied with how I was treated.

ken saviko: Took car in for starting issues, got quoted $1600 for serp belt and alternator, was to much $$ for me so brought it home and contacted amechanic friend at work , he gave it the 1nce over , he found the alternator and serp belt just fine . But he did find a loose nut that connects power supply to starter. He tightened and car has been running perfect since. Watch these people......they are either bad mechanics or shady mechanics....

They charged me for full synthetic oil but after two weeks I saw my oil became black and thick, and smells bad.Tire rotation was horrible, when driving my car, it drifts left. Carey C: I can't complain about anything, other than an uninviting waiting room, but I walked to Menards instead of sitting there.I looked into coming here for an oil change, I had free oil changes at the dealership for years, and when they finally dried up, they wanted to charge me $130 for oil change (only semi synthetic) and a tire rotation. I went on the Midas website since there was one near me, and there was a coupon for $49.99 for full synthetic with a tire rotation.I ended up pay $63 including extra oil and disposal fee. No hard up sell on anything like Uncle Eds, which I appreciated whole-heartedly. In and out within an hour!This is my new oil change place!Service:Oil change
