Robert Weiss: Skip and his team replaced my alternator and belts a week ago. I thought the job would be expensive but turned out to be in my opinion affordable. I was fortunate they were able to take care of me same day. I'm glad I stopped in a couple days prior and met who I believed to be the Owner and heard his business philosophy. I'm thankful the vehicle is moving again I've had it parked for months unable to make the time to do the repair myself. Also while performing the work they noticed a potential future issue they notified me of that I'm closely monitoring. The quote they provided for the future repair was reasonable since I have first hand experience on the difficulty level.

Anita Stylez: This ace hardware give you incorrect information.They told my daughter to tow her car up to there establishment, first they did not give all information they should have told her like park the car in front of the building that something that wasn’t mention on the phone. She told them the key was Broke in half. When we get here this manager by the name of Katey says oh we can’t fix. So I ask will they pay for the tow to go back to the house she said no. Now you gave my Daughter no information correctly she pays for tow to come to this store explained everything throughly to the person on the phone before the car gets there. You tell her no your not going to pay for the towing. Then she says well we need to train a little better with our employees. She was trying to escape she should have talk the employee about it as she say she was listening to the conversation about my daughter bringing the car to the store to get the key fixed and she did nothing.
