Strongheart Yoga: what do users think?
Karen Messineo: An intimate setting with great instructors, varying types of practice, and a place where you walk in as a stranger and leave as family. I have personally enjoyed the growth and the friendships gained here at Strongheart!! Grateful and Thankful 🙏
Lynne Brinkerhoff: Friendly welcoming place. From the first day you feel included, encouraged. You can choose different yoga classes to fit your workout level. Love it.
Erin: I took my first in person yoga class here a few weeks back, and was instantly impressed! All of the teachers are so nice & helpful during class, it really makes your practice get better each time. I love the variety of classes available, too. They also have great deals for new students.100% recommend.
Jean Kaptur: I’ve been going to Strongheart Yoga classes for over a year and my yoga practice has changed my life. I have so much more peace, flexibility and strength and less anxiety and stress. All the teachers are welcoming and you can find a class level that works for you on your yoga journey. I highly recommend checking out classes!!
Shawna Cuda: Wonderful studio with truly caring instructors. I’m thrilled to have a beautiful and high quality studio so close to home.
Carla Sandles: After a few years of practicing at Strongheart, I decided to take teacher training through the studio. Strongheart yoga is a welcoming space to all students, of all levels. I continue to practice there and am privileged to teach as well.
safa sa: The best !!! amazing people
Nancy McPhillips: I have been going for a little over two years. There is a range of classes from gentle basic yoga up to very challenging classes. Plus some special classes in mediation or on different poses or styles of yoga. I enjoy going. I like the different teachers who have different styles and all are very helpful.
Josie Young: I was my privileged to study for my RYT-200 in 2016 at StrongHeart Yoga. My teacher training experience at Strong Heart Yoga was amazing. Pattie the owner and instructor of the studio, made a positive difference in my life and practice. Her knowledge, warmth and passion about yoga inspired me not only to learn, but to find my voice as a person and as a yoga teacher. Thank you Pattie for seeing me as a unique individual and helping me achieve my goal to earn my RYT 200. You are one of the BEST! Thank you.“The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.” – William Arthur Ward
Kelly: I'm so happy I found this amazing yoga studio! I've tried a variety of classes and have loved them all so far. All of the instructors are wonderful too.
shelby knoll: Great place to practice yoga! Especially for a beginner I love every class I go to and feel very comfortable. Every teacher helps bring you to the place you need to be. It's an amazing atmosphere with a beautiful space. If you want your body and mind to be refreshed I would recommend going here! Plus great prices(:

Entouch LLC Yoga, Massage, Wellness: what do users think?
Daniel Pricopio: Wanted to attend Yoga classes on Tuesday evenings because I heard they had a great teacher. Unfortunately they pack the room so full it doesn't even make sense. Seems like they want to just get more money versus having an enjoyable yoga experience.
Barbara Opalewski: Entouch is awesome. I had the most wonderful and relaxing massage ever. I look forward to trying other services they offer as well as more massage.
Jaclyn Mayotte: Seriously can't say enough positive about this place. You step inside, and you feel right at home! The staff and owners are so friendly and helpful. I've been attending their yoga classes, massages, and alternative classes. Every single thing I've been to, I've had an amazing experience! If you are looking for a no judgement place to grow and get healing, this is the place for you!
Alyssa Sheean: If you book a massage online as a first time client, you will see that they show “pricing and information”. It will then make you pay first, after you pay that’s when you are able to see availability. Make sure you check the “availability” tab BEFORE hitting “pricing and information” and “purchase now”. It’s very misleading. You would think after hitting the purchase now button it would lead you to the availability page but it’s entirely separate! As someone who runs their own business, this seems a like a bad system to have and confusing for people who just want something simple to get in and out.I called to see when their soonest available appointment would be, and they were fully booked (it’s a Sunday today so I can understand), I was then called back later (they got overwhelmed with people checking in for a yoga class), and told that I couldn’t be issued a refund until the manager (who isn’t in until Monday) is able to issue me a refund. Which means that the $100 I put down hoping for get an appointment today- when I couldn’t see availability- is now held by them until I can get a refund. Now this obviously doesn’t make me the happiest person in the world because I would like to be able to cancel and go into a walk in parlor that I know will do the job with that $100. I’m on a limited time frame so having to wait to get that back is definitely the biggest inconvenience. I have nothing bad to say about the staff themselves or the venue, just the system and how it could be improved.
Eileen Minna: I’ve attended their yoga classes & have had massages too. Every experience has been wonderful. Their staff is kind and always helpful.
Nina Vuong: Wow. Just wow. I’ve had many massages in my life but this one really takes the cake!! Thank you guys so much for the amazing massage, my boyfriend sat straight down into the car and said “BABE. BABE. The amount of cracks that she got out of me and the best part was the hand and food massage. This was an ART BABE”. I loved all the techniques that my massage therapist used on me, also paying attention to my shoulders, lower back and hands. I was so tense and so sore and I had no idea how bad it was until after this massage. I cannot rave enough how great this massage was for both me and my significant other!! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!
Gabriella Markesino: I had a womb healing session with Angela! She is absolutely amazing! My cranio sacral with Scott was also amazing! I love attending the sound bowl meditation and the shamanic sound journey! An amazing place with amazing healers at affordable prices! Very grateful for Entouch!
Jaclyn Leone: I always have such a wonderful experience at Entouch. I feel relaxed from the moment I walk in. Everyone is so friendly and kind and it is so clean.Mary is such an incredible massage therapist. I will keep coming back and continue to refer people to this lovely place. 😁
Katie Dickinson: The atmosphere was relaxing and friendly. The massage was amazing. There is a large selection of crystals and other offerings. Highly recommend!
Mary Altman: Had a massage with Jodi today and let me say she got me together. I had muscle strain and she was able to work it out. Great atmosphere, great receptionist, definitely going back in 30 days.
Liz Kimble: Scott massages with intention and wonderful care! Everyone there is very kind and welcoming!
Jonna Henris: visited Entouch for the first time on 8/23/21 for a hot stone massage with aromatherapy. I loved the atmosphere, and the massage was excellent. I will be going again very soon.
Sarah Hresh: I love this place it is the best yoga place I ever been in
Lisa Paris: Very nice experience. Large, attractive, and peaceful facility. Excellent reception. Service was very good. I'm looking forward to going back.
Lissa Volz: Amazing staff. Wonderful experience. I feel better than I have in over 10 years. ♥️😀I cant say enough about them.
Cheri Lopez: Awesome massage by Jennifer! Nice calming atmosphere at Entouch. Can’t wait to go back and try different services!
A. H.: Friendly supportive staff. Great massage with Mary. Very relaxing, professional and healing.
Stephanie Perrin: Went to see Angela for “energetic womb healing”, she was fantastic and very personable. I feel like a new woman today! I highly recommend her services to anyone suffering from old trauma attached to them!
Veronica Hermonica: The business was well organized and extremely clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. All of the spaces were large to allow for proper distancing. I had a really nice massage and would love to pursue some yoga classes in this lovely place. I would definitely recommend this facility and their services!
Sarah Waring: I've only had good experiences here. I walk out feeling refreshed and relaxed each time. They asked up front if there was anything that I needed work on or anything to stay away from and they listened. Book your appointment you will not be disappointed as long as you are honest with your massage therapist. The environment is perfect for relaxation and the retail/reception area is very clean and well organized.

Explore Yoga Studio: what do users think?
Vincent Popovski: Have gone to Explore at their previous location and now their new location, and it is my favorite studio ever. All of the instructors are great and the vibe is beautiful. Such a nice place to share some space with such beautiful people! Amy (the owner) is not only a talented instructor but such a kind hearted soul. Thanks for making such a great place for people to connect!
Monica: I started coming to this studio about 3-4 weeks ago and I absolutely love it! I have been practicing yoga for 2 years at home & came here for my first live class. I was so nervous and did not know what to expect. This studio & everyone in it made me feel so comfortable & welcomed.I have been to several different classes and all have been wonderful. I feel that my practice has grown & I have become stronger in my poses from this studio - even in the short time of coming here.I told myself I was just going to go up to the 1/2 marathon I am training for this month...but I am hooked and will be back continuously. This is now in my weekly workout routine. HIGHLY recommend this studio!
Stephanie Joseph: Today was my first (free) class - Gentle Yoga with Amy. I received a warm welcome and a tour of the studio - absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and clean. My body and mind felt amazing afterwards. I will definitely be back for class and will be trying the infrared sauna! Prices are amazing, too! HIGHLY recommend. Your mind and body will thank you!
Claudia Neeb: Staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They offers a good variety of classes with instructors offering alternative poses so you can go at your own pace. A peaceful comfortable environment ... I always leaving feeling more relaxed & centered.
Stephanie Greene: I cannot give enough positive feedback about my experience with Explore YTT. I completed my RYT200 in 2021 at Explore with Amy and an intimate class of students. It was obvious day 1 that Amy was the expert. She was professional, knowledgeable and passionate about yoga, alignment principles and using both the engage and satisfy her clients and students. I thoroughly enjoyed our practice and training and look forward to sharing my obtained knowledge through future teaching opportunities. Please consider her YTT or a class in your future practice.
Reem Tabla: Started going there a month ago and my experience is going great. Very neat and clean place. Plenty of classes with flexible schedules.
jazmyn lopez: The owner is very nice and encouraging! Good parking, good website
Monica Valentine: I love this studio! Amazing teachers and a great place to grow a yoga practice!
Denise Schwerin: Positive:Communication,ProfessionalismI have been going there for a couple of years and I have found the instructors very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the dim lights and way everyone in the room seems to feel at ease. My only wish is the 8:00am classes were at 9:00 in the winter.
KRAVMAGADETROIT: Explore Yoga is top notch! Amy is beyond passionate and embodies the true traits of a yoga practitioner. Try out her school - you won’t be disappointed!
Andrea DeBusschere: Wonderful classes and teachers. There is a little something for everyone, with yoga for all skill levels. First class is free, check them out!
Judi Kaakarli: Amy is such a great instructor I never leave this studio dissatisfied
Sabrina B: Friendly and good instructors
Anthony Delegato: Great yin session, im horrible with names but i think the class was led by Morgan, who is a phenomenal yogi. Definitely recommend.
Jaime Dobronos: So far I have attended two "Gentle Yoga' classes by two different instructors at this studio. The first class was with Instructor Amy. First, she is very welcoming when you walk in the door, greeting you with a smile and making you feel comfortable right off the bat. I told her I really did not have a lot of experience with Yoga. She said I came to the right class! I brought a mat, but she shared a mat the studio offered that had more cushion and traction so I wouldn't slip. There were bins and hangers for coats and it was very clean. The rectangular yoga room is big, dim, and calming. There were candles lit and the perfect background "Yoga" music playing, blankets, bands, and blocks. When we got started, Amy had the perfect, calming voice. One that soothes and makes you feel quite relaxed. She guided the class through the poses, which was helpful for me to see. She also shared where I might be feeling the stretch, or shaking, which I was glad was normal. The class lasted an hour and I felt so amazing when it was done! The second class, I had instructor Gwen. She is her own unique personality. I really enjoyed, her too. She has a great playlist of music, she likes to light several candles down the middle of the room for relaxation and maybe a focus point throughout instruction. She was very sweet and offered correction when necessary. I liked that because I was new and wanted to be sure I was doing the poses correctly without hurting myself. I felt her to be very kind-hearted and approachable. Both classes were fantastic!!!!I'm not quite sure where the random "one star" review came from, but I know this is a fantastic studio with wonderful people who have a purpose of benefiting the health of others. I really appreciated the encouragement during both sessions and allowing me a free "first- timer" class.Excellent studio and would highly recommend! Keep up the great work!!!
Jim Grenier: Best instructors. Intimate class sizes. Great music. Great flows. Competitive pricing. Introductory rates and trial class.
Sumana Palle: The studio looked like every other yoga studio but the instructor of the class was absolutely horrendous. In all the group classes I've taken (yoga, Pilates, kickboxing, etc.), this instructor had to have been the most disengaged and disinterested. My cousin and I went to a Vinyasa class because she found the studio online and wanted to give it a shot. I've done a bit of Bikram and Hatha Flow sporadically and she had never done yoga before (maybe a free group class or two). We walked in and the receptionist was nice enough. We go inside the heated room and do a bit of stretching before class. The instructor walks in and says his name is Austin and that he's subbing for someone named Justin. My cousin and I have never been to this studio before so that means nothing to us. His shirt had a Buddha on it with "Let Shit Go" underneath and I internally groan: Buddhism is an actual religion so slapping a deity millions of people worship on a t-shirt with a basic saying underneath just reeks aloofness. But that's besides the point. He notes that my cousin has never been to yoga or Vinyayas before. The class begins and he walks us through a long series of postures once and then said something like "Now do that flow for the next five minutes." Besides two people in the class who seemed to be regulars, everyone else was entirely lost on the sequence and generally had really confused and lost looks on their faces.Meanwhile, after his initial quick listing of the poses, he doesn't do anything else. He says absolutely nothing and just looks bored. He makes no effort to explain the poses, guide the class (the vast majority of whom were struggling), to correct anyone's postures, to offer advanced alternatives for the only two people who seemed to know what they were doing, or do anything an instructor is expected to do. He just checked out after listing the poses once. The dude literally just stood against a wall and stared into space, only resurfacing two or three times during the entire one-hour class to add more postures to the sequence and say "Now repeat this for 10 minutes."If we wanted something with no engagement, we would have happily stayed home and watched YouTube videos, which quite frankly are better because they at least provide some instruction and guidance. I'm also not sure why he bothered asking if there was anyone new to yoga in the class when he threw that out the window immediately - luckily, my cousin is athletic so she was able to catch on as much as anyone can in that situation. This studio needs to train its instructors better. I've gone to many group classes of all varieties for years and never have I had an instructor that was absolutely disinterested in guiding, teaching, or even minimally engaging with the students. My cousin had bought a series of classes and regretted it after this first class.
Sherry Hutt: Explore Yoga is the best yoga studio around. I have been going there for about four years. I love all the classes that I have been to. Amy is a wonderful teacher and hires other great teachers. I just can't say enough great things about this yoga studio.
Ann Coleman: This studio has a good variety of classes and some solid core teachers. The gentle truly brings you into connection with yourself & is enlivening. Slow flow is a balanced workout. Blend has been a fun, tough work out. Amy is excellent at anatomy & guiding so you can really feel your body in poses. Stephanie's slow flow forces your attention inward & has he space for you to add your own postures in if you're more experienced. No flowery spiritual by-passing here. It's practical, effective mind/body practice.
MoonDancer Tess: First time going to explore yoga studio tonight. Decided on yin yoga. It was a great experience. They offer the first class free and it's a quality atmosphere. It's nice and dim, the floors are soft, and it's very clean. The staff is friendly and inviting. The instructor had a wonderful meditation voice as well and answered all of my questions with much knowledge. 5 stars from me.
Amy Garabedian: I've been attending a variety of classes here for about a year and a half, and I love it. All the instructors are encouraging, knowledgeable and kind. Prices are very reasonable, class sizes are good, too. Ambiance is perfect. Highly recommend!
