Rachel Stewart: I was lead here from recommendations on the Next Door app because I was looking for a better place to have my dogs nails cut. He is an extremely anxious pittie with a tough history prior to me rescuing him. I can not give enough praise to Lisa for how great she did with cutting my dogs nails. Shelby, who was grooming another dog at the same time was also very kind. I am so, so thankful for her patience and kindness with me and my dog. This is where we will go from now on for his nail trims. THANK YOU!

I was pleasantly surprised to see that Hollywood Feed provides instant rebates online for its products to guarantee customers always get the best price. As prices rise, it’s nice to see that stores are proactively price comparing to other stores. While the overall price paid was slightly higher than other places I’ve recently bought my dog’s food from, it was the location that made it worth it. I was immediately greeted when I entered the store and the process to picking up my order was very easy. The store was very well organized and spacious.

Rachel Wortmann: My go-to place for grooming. My dog hates getting her nails cut but the groomer here is the kindest, dog whisperer out there. Don't be fooled by his young face and sweatpants - he truly cares for and is professional with these animals. Now I'm a loyal customer given the care my dog has received here and the staff's attitudes are friendly, helpful and positive.

Karen Dyers: This place has really gone downhill since it was sold and remodeled. The animals aren’t well taken care of. I saw dead fish piled in tanks, sickly Guinea pigs, and inappropriate reptile enclosures. I miss when the store was well taken care of and the employees were friendly.

Blake Hammond: This is a great place to get food for cats and dogs. They carry a lot of very legitimate foods, most of which have excellent sourcing for their ingredients, that way your pet is getting what they really need for their diet. They have a large selection of toys, leashes, collars, and everything else you need for your pet!! The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The prices are what you would expect from most other stores but like I said, sense the food/treats are better quality, so it's worth the money. They also have a wash room where you can bring your pet in to give them a bath!! Overall, a great all around pet store, and don't forget to sign up for their rewards program you get soom good stuff back!

One of their specialists, Stefanie, helped me change my dogs entire diet and has dramatically helped my dogs heart failure side effects which changed their whole quality of life. They carry everything from raw food, dry food, freeze dried, bakery treats, broths, CBD to toys and dental care for dogs and cats. The staff remembered me after 1 time of being there and cater you educationally better than any place I've ever been to! Not to mention they're so kind.

Brandon Baker: I got my dog Smokey washed by a groomer Lindsey and she did the BEST job!!! Cared for him and loved him as if he was her own. I think he so comfortable with her that he wanted to stay. Love this place and everyone there. Will definitely tell everyone to come here and I’ll for sure be back time and time again❤️

Rachel Arnsdorf: Like most pet shops, care for small mammals is not meeting current standards. I tried to inform management that the wheels were half the size they needed to be for all the hamsters, causing pain and permanent back damage to those hamsters. The response was there’s nothing they could do and refused to direct me to a manager or someone who made decisions. The manager could have at least pretended to care. The cages, while small, had plenty of room to add appropriately sized wheels.
Bobak Bakhtiari: Great selection of variety, corporate not great at recognizing that hamsters need at least 8 inch wheels . They had several 4 inch wheels. Watched one little guy in deep funk on wheel struggling. Staff says it’s corporate guidelines and to “come in tomorrow when my boss Ashley can answer your questions.” Well Ashley let’s SNAP IT UP and get the right intel to corporate so these tiny creatures at least can spin in peace.
Nicole: I love this location. The staff is always VERY friendly and they carry cat food that I can't find at many other pet stores. Sometimes my favorite cat food isn't available but that's because of national shortages and isn't the fault of the store. However, I know that I can always find a great substitute with all of the options that they have!

Kathi Parks: The in-store shopping experience is excellent! But I can’t always get there and things I order are often too heavy for me to carry. They offer online shopping and delivery after you reach a certain amount. Their online shopping is horrible. Their web people can’t seem to get this site up and running properly. It’s either down or presents multiple problems when trying to add things to the cart. The worst partIs the final checkout. It fails to move through the steps and always freezes. This is not an issue at my end. Very disappointed. If you’re going to provide online shopping, at least keep your website up-to-date. I want to support local. But the Chewy site is much more user friendly.

Kenneth Brockmiller: As with most PSP Stores, aisles are well lit, clean and wide enough for leashed pets to pass without crowding /unwanted interaction.The Staff at Ann Arbor-Plymouth Rd location are very friendly and they know the layout of their store rather well.I definitely recommend PSP for any of your pet (...and MOST of your service animal...) needs.
Denise Sims: Convenient to go to, but they sometimes don't have what I want like red pepper spiked bird suet.
Steph: Fish tanks were full of dead fish stuck to the filters. The bettas were in water so cloudy the fish could hardly be seen. Cruel.
Y Li: This is such a nice pet supply store in our neighborhood! We take both of our dogs there for grooming. Kelsey and Katherine are very knowledgeable and gentle with our dogs! Highly recommend!
