Carmen Ramos: This is the only place I trust to get my fish and fish supplies! I've been a constant customer for months now, and all of the staff are absolutely amazing, nice, and helpful. Shoutout to Zach, who was instrumental in getting my 60 gal cichlid tank up and running and well stocked. Alexis and Luke are so so helpful as well. Luke is an expert at identifying peacock and mbuna species, so definitely recommend to ask him any questions you may have regarding keeping cichlids. Overall, just a great community of fish lovers and employees that love what they do!

Yue Qiu: I have very bad experience grooming my puppy there. I don't know they don't do full-body grooming for puppy if it's the first time grooming for them. I spend almost $70 only for a bath, and face grooming. The person who called me telling me I don't have the information because I booked online without calling them first. If you do not provide the full-body grooming for the first time, you should mentioned it on the website. Booking online is the easiest way for me, but YOU SHOULD NOT BLAME ME JUST BECAUSE I DIDN'T CALL BEFORE BOOKING!!!!When I go to the appointment, she told me because the puppy will be really overwhelmed, which I totally understand. But if I know it before I go to the appointment, I will consider to go a different grooming store. At least on the website, or for the first time booking customer, they should let them know before they book the appointment.Above is not the worst. The worst part is after I give the feedback to them, the Petco person called Wendy called me and tell me "You should just go to a different store or find a different groomer", which is very rude and impolite!Is this the right attitude to your customer? does customer not have the right to know the first-time grooming policy??? Why you are so rude to me????

Rachel Wortmann: My go-to place for grooming. My dog hates getting her nails cut but the groomer here is the kindest, dog whisperer out there. Don't be fooled by his young face and sweatpants - he truly cares for and is professional with these animals. Now I'm a loyal customer given the care my dog has received here and the staff's attitudes are friendly, helpful and positive.

Karen Dyers: This place has really gone downhill since it was sold and remodeled. The animals aren’t well taken care of. I saw dead fish piled in tanks, sickly Guinea pigs, and inappropriate reptile enclosures. I miss when the store was well taken care of and the employees were friendly.

It's not often you find healthy, unique, freshwater fish. He also has sooo many rare plecos that I've never seen before!

Sign on the door indicates they should have been open. Gave em a second try Monday around 4:15, again sign says they're supposed to be open but weren't. No sign saying sorry closed for vacation or anything. Call the store and got nothing not even an answering machine. 🤷🏻♂️

My wife called him to see what kind of cichlids he had and what the price was for them and he said oh that would mean I have to go to the other side of the store what a great customer service. We love mom and pop stores but when you don't show you care don't be in the business. Also the store is not clean at all...

Brandon Baker: I got my dog Smokey washed by a groomer Lindsey and she did the BEST job!!! Cared for him and loved him as if he was her own. I think he so comfortable with her that he wanted to stay. Love this place and everyone there. Will definitely tell everyone to come here and I’ll for sure be back time and time again❤️

I am sure they can’t be bothered to stay a minute past closing time to clean. If that service is not going to be available during regular business hours it should be posted as such. Rachel Arnsdorf: Like most pet shops, care for small mammals is not meeting current standards. I tried to inform management that the wheels were half the size they needed to be for all the hamsters, causing pain and permanent back damage to those hamsters. The response was there’s nothing they could do and refused to direct me to a manager or someone who made decisions. The manager could have at least pretended to care. The cages, while small, had plenty of room to add appropriately sized wheels.
Bobak Bakhtiari: Great selection of variety, corporate not great at recognizing that hamsters need at least 8 inch wheels . They had several 4 inch wheels. Watched one little guy in deep funk on wheel struggling. Staff says it’s corporate guidelines and to “come in tomorrow when my boss Ashley can answer your questions.” Well Ashley let’s SNAP IT UP and get the right intel to corporate so these tiny creatures at least can spin in peace.
Nicole: I love this location. The staff is always VERY friendly and they carry cat food that I can't find at many other pet stores. Sometimes my favorite cat food isn't available but that's because of national shortages and isn't the fault of the store. However, I know that I can always find a great substitute with all of the options that they have!

Kathi Parks: The in-store shopping experience is excellent! But I can’t always get there and things I order are often too heavy for me to carry. They offer online shopping and delivery after you reach a certain amount. Their online shopping is horrible. Their web people can’t seem to get this site up and running properly. It’s either down or presents multiple problems when trying to add things to the cart. The worst partIs the final checkout. It fails to move through the steps and always freezes. This is not an issue at my end. Very disappointed. If you’re going to provide online shopping, at least keep your website up-to-date. I want to support local. But the Chewy site is much more user friendly.

Tanisha: My pets’ cut was very uneven. One side of the fur on his face was longer than the other making him look ridiculous. My dogs collar, that also had his registered license on it, was understandably removed for bathing/grooming and had not been put back on at the time of picking up my dog. It is the responsibility of grooming my pet, to ensure that if collars are removed, it should also put it back on. I got all the way home(which is 20mins away), and had to return to retrieve my dogs license with NO APOLOGY! I called and spoke to grooming customer service rep. asking if I could at least get a percentage off of my bill for the inconvenience but was ONLY offered $5 off for my next booking by the grooming manager. I will not be back and I will also warn all other pet owners, who ask for my opinion about the disappointing customer service at this particular PetSmart grooming location.
Tammi T: This is genuinely the best pet store I've ever been in. The employees wrote suggestions for pet care on the glass of the enclosures, and they recommended the appropriate size tanks and habitats (when most stores sell you the teeny tiny ones that are NOT suitable). The animals all had plenty of toys, food, treats, and enrichment, it was amazing!!! The only negative was the betta fish suffering in those tiny cups but I know that that's a PetSmart standard and the individual store probably couldn't do anything about it.

Ally Einhaus: I would like to give zero stars. If you work for or buy from Petsmart you are supporting a chain who treats animals like products and does not care for them as living beings. I was recently taken into a back room which was the size of a small closet with roughly 20 animals in there if not more. They were kept in spaces that are extremely unhealthy for them. I came to see Guinea pigs and saw them in DRAWERS which can greatly impact their health. Do your research about other incidents (including deaths of pets caused by petsmart employees) before purchasing from or bringing your companions to Petsmart.

The arrived on time and worked all day to drain the pond, remove the fish, power wash every rock and remove tons of water lillies. They men working today were pleasant and respectful.
