The Blind Pig: what do users think?
Steve B: This place was awesome. Extremely affordable place to drink off the radar. They have the perfect grungeband basement.
Official YoungLink: Amazing Venue with two bars, one Down stairs and the other on the Ground Floor. Both offer great and strong drinks at a great price! The show was amazing and highly suggest coming here for a great night! Very well ventilated as well!
Will K: Great show featuring The World Is A Beautiful Place & I Am No Longer Afraid To Die.
Katie Hammond: This old place
aubrey allen: Went to Ann Arbor to see 38 Spesh and he killed it. Great show, superb lyricism and showmanship. I got to see some Detroit and Chi-town Legends in the building too. Shout Bizarre and Big T!!!
Alice Fox: I have had nothing but great memories from this place. It is a great spot so is the 8 ball underneath
Gregory Brandon: Great venue for live music
joie fuertez: Do not come here. I had a terrible experience with the service this place provides.
Cathy Morris: We had a great time here watching a Grateful Dead cover band. It's a really cool venue. There's a completely separate bar area in the basement.
Emma Huber: Was touched without consent by a performer. Was then treated extremely aggressively by staff (which after reading reviews seems like a common experience). I hate to leave this review cause I appreciate this venue a lot, but felt extremely unsafe despite being in a group. Especially young women, I would only go here for big events with a crowd. Had no problems when I was here for a bigger event. Left in tears at a small one.
Jeff B.: One of the best places small clubs to see a show at. I don't know where else you can go to see the caliber of bands they have and still be able to buy a beer for $5.
Adam Eldridge: Amazing place amazing people
Joel Watson: Really fun venue, good sound quality overall, and a really nice selection of drinks at very reasonable prices.
Mark Howie: Live venue. Doors opened at 7:00. Place filled up to point you couldn’t move. At 8:10 still no one on stage. Seems it could be a touch more organized.
Tracy Koenn: Rude bouncers and staff.
Michael Croteau: shadow of it's former self. employees are just awful. pipes leak on you. used to love this place. very sad
Pia Lombardi: LARGE venue bar upstairs and down . Beautiful murals along the right side. Safe neighborhood. Very clean. Fast service even when busy. Saw King Buffalo and a few other bands there . Highly recommend this place
Dawn McAfee: Had a blast, Jalen Frazier had it lit af!
Nick Szczechowski: If those walls could talk...J. Mascis...Nirvana and Pearl Jam played there before they blew up
Kris Thomas: This place slaps......Hard
Rob Traviss: Went there for a story slam after dinner. Loved it. Small venue, we were close to stage. No problem in or out. Large parking lot across the street.

The Ark: what do users think?
Quinn Kegelmann: It says great music, great seating, and great drinks and popcorn. And it is very fun for anyone.
Bob Loyd: Great facility, enjoy Carrie Newcomer
Megan Baljo: The staff is always so welcoming and accommodating!
gary strahm: Louden Wainwright the III played @ the Ark in Ann Arbor Friday evening. Outstanding performance in a fabulous and intimate venue.
Paige Erickson: Charming venue
Raymond Buchalter: Intimate setting for great folk music Don't really need reserved seating for good sight lines. Food limited to Popcorn, cookies and brownies (Zingermans).
Donald Lippert: Intimate 400 seat theater with awesome sound and laid back atmosphere.
Thomas Smith: Great intimate place for music
Andrew Ferris: Very nice venue with a appreciation of music!
Terry Ryan Kane: Great music and quite a variety
Robin Stromski: Small intimate venue, The staff was helpful and friendly, and the venue was clean and pleasant. It's much nicer and less stressful than the larger venues for music. We will definitely be back.
Paul Gaughan: The BEST place for live music I have ever been to. A class operation in every way!
Rebecca Rohre: One of my favorite venues for great music. Friendly staff and performers.
Esther Ullman: Great place to experience music!
dusty hemingway: It is a great place to get personal with musical artists
Hockey Mom 7: I appreciate a music venue that supports local and indie musicians! The sound system is great and the seating is perfect. A small(er) place to listen to live shows but with big meaning.
Geoffrey Collins: Nice venue. Decent priced drinks. The hot chocolate was nice after a long cold wait outside!! Heywood Banks is still funny but was a smidge rusty after he mentioned taking a couple months break.
P & M Eastman: Great venue that reminds me of my high school 🏫 music classroom.
Ashley Chase: Giving 3 stars only bc I LOVE how much they support local artists and amazing music. You have to be a member to buy beer, which wouldn't be an issue except I never plan to return. The shows I've been to have been seated, which is never my favorite but fine as long as you'reable to view the stage. The last show I saw, not every seat could see the stage, many were behind pillars and sooo many were way off to the side with horrible views. I spent the whole show able to see 1 of the band members butts, which is a shame bc I see live music for the joy of seeing the performance. I'm not sure if they oversold tickets or why it was setup like it but it was difficult to enjoy the show which is a shame bc it was one of my favorite Michigan bands playing.
Tony Nelson: Venue sounded great. I don’t like places that require membership to get a drink.
TheLeakingGenius: Nice little theater to check out a show. If you're visiting and looking for something to do go check it out!

Lo-Fi: what do users think?
Tanvi: Atmosphere: 5/5More
Chuck Venditto: Great spot, great karaoke Thursdays!
Heather G: This is what LIVE wishes it could be
Steve Searl: Great vibe
Thulani Moyo: New DJ blew it out of its space
sarah: Justina and Lauren were amazing! They took good care of us. It was our first time in and we felt so welcomed. We’ll be back for sure!!! Come check them out. The vibes were immaculate!
Joshua Polaczyk: Cute little basement bar with a simple drink/beer menu and cool neon signs. Love the dragon over the bar. Check it out if you want chill vibes and don’t care too much about the drink choices.
Joseph Livermore: Exuberant
Steven Fields: Always a good time! Drinks are kind of pricey, but it's downtown so that's expected, staff is really nice and attentive.
Tara Turner: Very cool vibe! Love the neon, music was great:) Easy to walk up and get a drink. Definitely check them out for a fun Friday or Saturday night out!
Michigan RoadRunner: Most eclectic place i've ever seen. Music selection could be better
Marcus A: Love Lo-Fi!
Meg Lorencen: I love this bar so much. The neon lights? 🏻 🏻 🏻
Zach Bell: UPDATE: Lofi management took the time to review video and identify the fraudsters for our Credit Card Company to pursue. These guys truly CARE about their Customers and we look forward to visiting next time we're in Ann Arbor. Well done!BEWARE - had several bogus charges from this bar - they apparently support criminal use of stolen cards by not requiring a physical card or checking Identification.
Realtalk 4eva: I must mention, I have been to this place three times, and only one time could I dance to the music. I like dance music, and today's dance music and this club was not it two of the three times I have been there. I went last Friday, and they had some type of rock thing, ugh, IDK, some weird music. I came in, no cover charge, and had one drink, hoping that the music would change, but you could tell it was not happenin. I left after my one drink. It has been the same two of the times, terrible music. I keep tryin with this bar in hopes of being able to dance because I have been there when the music was on point, like frfr...EDM, Diplo stuff and a combo of it all, but most nights, blah! Nice bar inside, has so much potential to be so packed!
Ryan Wright: Solid music scene. Douchey tall guys
MH W: Friendly responsive bartenders, good tunes, no cover! how else would you spend Black Friday?
Jase Joshua (MauiPlayz): Dope spot
Steven Hensel: This is the kinda place you can wander into any night they're open and have a good time. Lots of dancing, solid karaoke.
Pamela AA: Went there with a group for the first time a couple weeks ago and they had an amazing DJ (mixing disco 70s with new hits), we were dacing all night.Their closing time is later than most of the bars around.
Cara Noelle: Nice little bar, good drinks and overall good time.
