I have frequented the establishment a lot in the last few years, but the lunch service that day was exceptional! The people I brought savored the food and experience. Usually, dinner service is super busy and hectic. During lunch time, we were able to make multiple meat requests and had a steady flow of side refills - fresh bread, caramelized bananas, and creamy mashed potatoes. The manager was attentive and respectful as always. We are planning to visit Gaucho's for our next lunch meeting!May update: Unfortunately will not be returning for dinner service. For $250+ tip, I’d expect better service from our waitress. We ordered a cheap bottle of wine but it was served warm and left on the table warm. 2 servers introduced themselves, but we only ever saw 1. Near the end of the night, the server kept taking our plates and sides away as if to kick us out. When paying the bill, we were still sampling the sides and bread basket. Without even asking, she just took it away… Restaurant was packed but would recommend to deliver higher quality of service (even if that means taking less tables) to match the higher prices you are charging.

Jordan Bettencourt: After a few years of not coming in due to some not great experiences, my husband and I took the chance on Sunday and was completely blown away with the service we had with Paul. There was a huge table sat down right before us and we didn’t want to be sat close to them due to kids running around and just too close for comfort. Our server generously allowed us to go to a different table and still served us. He was so kind and patient with us and just outstanding with everything. I very much am wanting to go back just because of him! Thank you Paul for restoring our faith at the Ann Arbor Outback! Not only was the food incredible, but the service was fantastic too, and that is hard to find now-a-days!

So we got up and mentioned that to hostess. So someone came over and said he was our waiter, but he said that since we were sitting there for a while, he would take our entire order. rois Savvides: My favorite restaurant. Sixth visit in two months in 3 states. The one in Ann Arbor is a little better than the rest and the others were great. Servers seem happy to be working at Texas Roadhouse. Excellent job in having high expectations at the time when our country is suffering with people that do not want to work or care bout their work, especially in the food service industry. I always leave the TR happy about the value I have received. Of course it is not the cheapest restaurant but the value is there: Service, food and atmosphere! Marcela did an excellent job. Congratulations for the managers that have maintained the company culture day in and day out. Some of the details require a lot of work and we appreciate not cutting corners.
