Karen Hickey: We had reservations, and after being seated, after a period of time, no one had annitiually come to our table to start us with appetizers and drinks. So we got up and mentioned that to hostess. So someone came over and said he was our waiter, but he said that since we were sitting there for a while, he would take our entire order. We did ask for refills on drinks, and we never got them. Service was not what we expected. We didn't make an issue of it because we were celebrating an event. We told them they could separate us if need be. While waiting multiple groups of other parties came in and got seated before us. We had been waiting for an hour at this point. rois Savvides: My favorite restaurant. Sixth visit in two months in 3 states. The one in Ann Arbor is a little better than the rest and the others were great. Servers seem happy to be working at Texas Roadhouse. Excellent job in having high expectations at the time when our country is suffering with people that do not want to work or care bout their work, especially in the food service industry. I always leave the TR happy about the value I have received. Of course it is not the cheapest restaurant but the value is there: Service, food and atmosphere! Marcela did an excellent job. Congratulations for the managers that have maintained the company culture day in and day out. Some of the details require a lot of work and we appreciate not cutting corners.
