Jon Heidorn: I went in to buy a high-end battery for my car and simply asked the gentleman behind the counter to please verify I was buying the right model. He said there wasn’t another version of the model and refused to look it up from the manufacturer and acted as if he was the expert and I somehow didn’t know what I was talking about. After I looked it up on my cell and showed him, he finally looked it up and gave me some snide comment. I decided it was best to take my business elsewhere rather than deal with him.His customer service and interpersonal skills were awful. Arguing with the customer and treating them poorly is no way to build customers.

Ken Siegner: Mask Nazis. Used aggressive tones immediately when I walked in, they would not accept any explanations of written exceptions, as always I was cordial and used a normal tone of voice. I was rudely pointed towards the door, hand in my face, told to get out, they called the police.
John Tyrrell: Great shop when i need something for my Jeep. Always courteous service and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customers are happy. I needed an adapter for my water pump and they gladly pulled one off the shelf for me to verify fitment before purchasing.

G L: Freon is a crazy ripoff. 12 oz for $30 at Oreillys. Their competition is WAY cheaper! Autozone is 11.99 Walmart 9.83 advance auto 11.50. What a scam!I asked the guy at the counter if they had any that was less expensive and he said no but they had some that was more expensive.
Andy Tanguay: Nice people working here. Not always the case at an auto parts store. Very friendly and try to help. What else can you say…they have parts for your car. If I had one complaint is they should have at least automatic exit doors. You’re often leaving there with your hands full of heavy stuff. Give a brother a break. Both directions would be great when you’re hauling a battery or something. But exit would be best. Could probably get that together with a windshield wiper motor and some handiwork.

When I came to pick it up, no one in the store could find it and had no record of my order. What a waste of time. I don't want to order everything off Amazon but when service is this bad what am I supposed to do? I guess I'll just order it from Amazon since they made it impossible to get locally.

Bill Horner: Even though with something very simple with wiper blades being placed on the car ray and the other employee working on Thursday at 11:30 aM did an excellent job. They greeted everyone coming into the store and they were very helpful in getting my blades switched out without any issues or complaints. Nice job guys.

Ricky took one look at it and said you just need to replace a single bulb. Turns out he was right. They did not have the part in the store, but he told me to return later that day, and he would even install it for me. A man of his word! Really grateful for this guy. Incredible customer service. The best!

Jeanie Smith: This is the very first auto zone that I have ever been to that has so many young people working there. They were to each other about personal things or on their cell phones. Not professional at all. The young lady that was helping me did looked up my oil, and only told me what grade I needed, didn’t direct me where it was didn’t help with recommendations with my mileage of my car for the type. So when I when to check out, again the 3 workers we either on the cell phone or talking to one another as I was waiting there. An older gentleman (4th) worker walked in and informed one of them they had a customer and then I was able to check out. I am still unsure about if I got the right type of oil. Might have to return oil after I talk with a friend that know about cars.
Ben Swanson: Chris the manager was about as useless as possible. I called twice and he assured me he had a battery for my car; it would be “no problem” and “his pleasure” to take care of it. Turns out he didn’t want to replace it and made excuses about not being able to work on foreign cars. Good waste of time to have the job completed across the street

Christopher Carpenter: I had trouble with my 4 year old battery starting my car in freezing weather. Randy from Batteries Plus was happy to test my battery, explain that it was down to 400 cold cranking amps, show me options and installed it in my 2014 KIA Forte where it is a tight place to install. After removing my old battery he carefully cleaned both of terminals and sprayed a protectant on terminals to protect them from corrosion. Excellent friendly service by a friendly person. I highly recommend this store for your needs.

I was very happy with the help they provided in finding the correct trans fluid for my Mazda's manual transmission, and the ability to have it in by the next morning. But walking into a business where not a single person was wearing a mask makes me feel unsafe, and regrettable about my decision to shop there. I work with dozens of other people, in close proximity, and I don't appreciate myself or, in turn, my colleagues, being subjected to such unnecessary risk by my visiting another establishment.Please wise up people.
