Marissa Partridge: Cameron was an awesome sales guy to work with. Introduced himself and then let us wander the store until we had questions. Then he went above and beyond, even repositioned a sectional, to make sure we were completely sure of what we were ordering. He was professional and fun to work with. Noah, the manager, was also fantastic. Reviewed our order and made sure we were happy. Quality furniture with prices you can’t beat!

They are never pushy and always very knowledgeable when you have questions which make a great shopping experience. This is our second purchase from them in a year and will definitely return again!

He asked clarifying questions and made sure he offered me as many options as were available. It was my intention to just look and price compare at three different furniture stores. I ended up making the purchase right then and there! The furniture is beautiful and appears to be well made. Connor was knowledgeable about the furniture I was looking for.The only down side was a part of the furniture set I purchased will not be available for a few weeks.

Taylor Cuddy: It took forever to try and register here due to problems with the buy buy baby app and login, then after registering for all of our items in the store, the items we registered for were never put in our actual registry and linked with our account after giving the scanner to an employee. This store was a gigantic waste of time.
Tariq Jallad: This place sells unsafe and broken products. The stroller we bought from there does not stay Latched and open from the first use.The stroller unlatched and closed with my baby inside, thankfully the baby was ok. I am telling all the people I know not to purchase anything from there.
Bee Kozmic: I would give them zero if I could. Do not shop here. I have never heard of a place that does not let you return a product that you bought from them broken. I bought something , went home opened it and found out it was broken. They are unwilling to help and said I must go through the manufacturer. I HIGHLY recommend not buying anything expensive here l.
John Jones: We ordered a rocking chair 6 months ago that was broken after taken it out of the package at home. It was the biggest headache ever trying to get this store to agree to replace after spending multiple hours on the phone with them. 6 months later and we still haven’t received the replacement rocker…

D B: The worst customer service. They sold us a changing table that was broken upon opening it at home. They spent 2 months fighting having to replace it. After finally agreeing to replace the item, they said it is now sold out and we would have to wait another 2 months for our product to be replaced.
E: Glitchy website and horrible customer service. You will be much better off buying at a random internet store. Same sort of protection.The only thing customer service can do is to place your order and take your money.
Waly Alloush: Worst location ever. The people that work in this location are very extremely rude. The way they spoke to not just me but other customers is absolutely horrible. Not to mention the manager on duty is the one who initiated the horrible attitude and then her colleagues followed her.

Chanel L: Chantel went over and above the call of duty to help me order nursery furniture for my first daughter coming soon! She was very detail oriented going through all the prices and shipping times/delays/and pick up. Her patience and kindness was the reason I added more furniture on to my purchase. I felt very comfortable and not pressured and was able to get everything I needed for baby girl. Even walked me up to the register to make sure I was checked out throughly. I hope the company understands what a valuable employee they have here and recognize her outstanding performance in customer service. I will definitely be returning to this location! Thank you so much for the wonderful experience!
Kate Huddleston: Don’t do a registry here! Opened a mamaroo swing ($250) that was purchased as a gift off my registry, it didn’t work at all, they wouldn’t take it back because it was manually taken off the registry and not scanned at the time of purchase (out of my control). Even though I have the receipt and it shows purchased off my registry. They said I can go directly through the manufacturer and try to resolve this.. great idea! I’m 8 months pregnant and have TONS of time to deal with that. I will not purchase from here again and have since taken my registry to Amazon (who’s taken everything that’s broken back so far)
Yan Yang: Made an order at July 21, two weeks passed, still one item didn't get processed, tried to call customers service and using chat, all got auto response, still don't know how to get service.
Lady Love: Make sure when you return things that you get the exact amount that you spent on the items. Somehow they applied a coupon code when they was refunding my money that I didn't used at checkout. So I was stiffed out of 5 dollars.

BreJayelle: Very poor customer service. Placed a pickup order for this location and extended the pickup. Order was cancelled before the day started good. No explanation. No attempts to correct the issue. Not even an offer to hold the item at the front desk for purchase. Just “you can come in store and repurchase”. Manager was rude, said “mmhmmm” and hung up the phone.
Lauren Bodziony: Poor customer service. Apparently you are not able to return items WITH a receipt, in the original packaging and within the return time frame.
Airri Belle: I would never come here again. I had no help putting my stuff in my car being pregnant. I asked the girls in the front for help and one of them said my stuff wasn’t heavy. Which it was! It was raining hail and freezing and I got extremely sick after that. They also never confirmed I picked up my order so I kept receiving emails saying I never picked up my order. It was not busy the day I went in there. Those girls were just lazy and no help!
Josh Mawri: Placed an order online. Went to pick it up at 7 they were close store hours say 8pm, people were inside the store they didn’t even look at me and others standing out side .
Wlffc -: Don’t buy furniture unless you are 100% positive you don’t think you’ll return it. I Lost a couple hundred dollars on a nursery chair. It was a whole big issue, but nobody was helpful and nobody did what they said they were going to do to resolve my problem. I had to send the chair to the warehouse, I couldn’t bring it into the store, to return it. so I had to ship it, it was a whole big 9 month Long problem of trying to get a replacement chair or a refund. They eventually sent out a refund but it got sent to the wrong person, so I was out the money and out the chair. Because of this horrible situation, I won’t buy anything from buy buy baby again. It was so disappointing. My newborn grew up not being able to rocking in a rocking chair. We didn’t get to have that bonding experience of rocking and nursing, and rocking my baby to sleep. It was a HUGE bummer!
Farah Benghodera: If I can put a zero I would, they are horrible I am not talking about the product but this place need to a good management and good staff know how to treat customers I stayed 3 hours in the store and kept asking for someone to help me, then there system was down I paid for my purchase and they said it's voided but my bank account showed that they took it. I really hate that place I'll never try to buy anything from them, that's shame.

Joyce Vivirski: The salesperson was very knowledgeable but tried to upsell me on mattresses. He also did a bait and switch, telling me the box springs were free but when we went to write up the sales agreement, he told me he made a mistake. The box springs were not free BUT he could give me a $300 master card gift certificate. He would have given me the gift certificate anyway because that was part of the promotion. He knew his stuff so he knew the box springs weren't included in the price. I don't like sales people that aren't honest.
